        의료기관 사무직 종사자의 조직공정성이 Followership과 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향 - LMX 조절효과 -

        Purposes: Based on samples of government officials who are working at public health centers, following research examines the Effect of Organizational Justice on the relationships between Followership and Organizational Citizenship Behavior and analyzes the moderating effect of Leader-Member Exchange. Methodology: For the methods, Sphericity verification, Exploratory factor analysis, Correlation analysis, Causal relation, Mediating effect of followership and Moderating Effect of The Leader-Member Exchange have been analyzed with SPSS 22.0 & AMOS 22.0 Ver. Findings: As a result of Correlation analysis, Predictive validity and Construct validity have meaningful effect. Also, In case of Path analysis, distributive justice and interactional justice have meaningful effect but procedural justice has no such effect on Followership. As a result of Mediated effect of followership analysis, distributive and interactional justice have positive impact on (Organizational and Interpersonal). As to the mediation effect of followership analysis, It is shown that distributive and Followership have meaningful effect on In-group, not Out-group. Lastly, It is shown that procedural justice and Followership have no meaningful effect on both In-group and Out-group. Practical Implications: For the implications, distributive justice and interactional justice have positive impact on Followership, while procedural justice has no such impact on Followership. Also, It also possibly has same result to the moderating effect of Leader-Member Exchange. Consequently, It is recognized that a fair process without a fair result cannot be valued. also, We can know that reward for procedural justice is evaluated to kind of negative.

        내부지향 조직문화가 리더-구성원 교환관계와 협업3Cs에 미치는 영향 - 상사신뢰의 조절효과를 중심으로 -

        본 연구는 급변하고 있는 공조직의 혁신을 강화하기 위한 협업방안을 모색하고자 경기도 내 45 개 보건소에 근무하는 공무원을 대상으로 실증 분석하였다. 연구의 목적은 내부지향 문화를 중심으로 리더-구성원 교환관계(LMX)와 협업(3Cs: 소통, 협력, 조정)과의 관계성과 상사신뢰가 LMX와 협업3Cs의 사이에서 조절효과가 존재하는지를 검증하는 것이다. 연구결과를 살펴보면 위계문화요인은 협업(3Cs)과 LMX에 대하여 모두 영향을 주지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 위계적 질서가 중시되던 과거의 공조직의 문화가 변화되었다는 것을 알 수 있다. 반면, 집단문화에서는 협업(3Cs)과 LMX에서 높은 상관성이 있는 것으로 나타나서, 위계중심의 공조직문화가 변화되었다는 결과에 대한 반증으로 해석된다. 그리고 LMX의 매개효과와 상사 신뢰의 조절효과 역시 내부지향문화인 위계문화와 집단문화에 유의한 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났 다. 따라서 보건소에 근무하는 공무원 문화는 위계문화보다는 집단문화에 가까우며, 위계문화는 업무의 효율성 또는 효과성에 있어 무의미한 영향이 미치는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 결과는 보건소라는 전문화된 공조직이 갖는 특수성에 기인한 것으로 판단하기는 어렵지만, 계층적 구조중 심의 공조직에 대한 전반적 변화가 반영된 것으로 해석되어지며, 향후 공조직 협업을 강화하려면 위계적, 계층적 문화가 아닌 집단적 문화가 보다 강조되어야 한다. 현대조직의 핵심요인인 리더 십과 관련하여 LMX와 상사신뢰는 조직운영의 필수적인 요소라는 것이 다시 한 번 확인되었다. 그러므로 조직효율성을 향상하려면 상사와 부하 간에 교환과정이 중요하며, 상사에 대한 신뢰강 화는 조직의 목표달성에 있어 긍정적인 효과가 가져올 것이다. This study was intended to public officials working in 45 health centers in Gyeonggi Province. The purpose of the study is to examine the relationships between Leader-Member Exchange(LMX) and Collaborative 3C; Communication, Cooperation, Coordination, focused on Inter-organizational Culture in an integrated perspective. As a result, It also examined the moderating effects on LMX trust and collaborative(3Cs) to trust in supervisors. Whereas group had given a positive effect on collaboration(3Cs) and LMX, Hierarchical culture has had a negative impact on collaboration (3Cs) and LMX. Mediating effects of LMX and Moderating role of trust in supervisors has also been demonstrated that it can be significant impact on the inter-organizational culture of hierarchy culture and group culture. Therefore, officials culture working in the health center was found to be close to the group culture rather than cultural hierarchy. It can be seen that the hierarchical culture is insignificant impact on the efficiency or effectiveness of the business. With regard to leadership, it is revalidated that trust in supervisors is essential factor to lead organization. Thus, leading organization member based on trust is expected to have a positive effect on the organization’s goal.

        가감대황목단피탕(加減大黃牧丹皮湯)의 급성 췌장염 억제 효과

        Objectives : In this study, we investigated the effects of Daehwangmokdanpitang-gagambang(DMG) on treatment for cholecystokinin-octapeptide(CCK)-induced acute pancreatitis(AP) in rats. Methods : Male Wistar rats weighing 200 to 250 g were divided into three groups. The first was normal untreated group, the second was in treatment with DMG group; DMG was administered orally, followed by 75 ${\mu}g/kg$ CCK subcutaneously three times, after 1, 3 and 5 h. This whole procedure was repeated for 5 days. The third was in treatment with saline group, the protocol was the same as in treatment group with DMG. We determined the pancreatic weight/body weight ratio, the levels of pancreatic HSP60, HSP72, ERK, p38 MAPK and the secretion of pro-inflammatory cytokines. Repeated CCK treatment resulted in the typical laboratory and morphological changes of experimentally induced pancreatitis. Results : DMG was significantly decreased the pancreatic weight/body weight ratio in CCKinduced AP and DMG increased HSP60 and HSP72 compared with CCK-induced AP. DMG suppressed ERK and p38 MAPK activation. Additionally, the secretion of $IL-1{\beta}$ and $TNF-{\alpha}$ and the levels of amylase and lipase were lower than that saline. Conclusions : DMG has an effect to treatment for CCK-induced AP.

        초등학생의 건강기능식품 및 한약 복용 실태에 대한 연구

        Objectives The purpose of this study is to get the basic information from patients how much they understood about their medication and also to know whether patients are making reasonable drug choice between Health Functional Foods and Herbal medicine. Methods 500 questionnaires were handed out to the parents of students in two elementary schools located in OO, Junlabukdo province. 421 questionnaires were completed to be evaluated. Results Among 421 subjects, 53.0% were female, and 47.0% were male. The percentages of the subjects consuming Health Functional Foods and herbal medicine were67.7% and 67.8%, respectively. Among those people who consumed Health Functional Food, 44.1% were using nutritional supplements, red ginseng or ginseng products (26.9%), chlorella products (11.5%), and plum extract products (7.7%). As for the reason to consume Health Functional Foods were varied, but 'in order to be healthy, although currently displaying no illness.'(43.0%) were the most responses among the given choices. On the other hand, the reason for consuming herbal medicine was 'In order to grow taller'(26.1%), 'In order to cure weak physical state frequently displaying common illnesses',(25.9%), and 'In order to cure diseases.'(23.3%). For the questions about effectiveness after consumption,the 69.9% subjects said that it seemed to be effected, and that % was slightly higher than that of subjects with consuming Health Functional Foods(64.4%). For question concerning preferences between Health Functional Foods and herbal medicine, 57.5% chose herbal medicine, and this percentage was higher than that of Health Functional Foods(42.5%).As for the reasons of additional consumption of the Health Functional Foods, subject answered as 'Easy to consume.'(41,6%), which was the most common among the subjects consuming Health Functional Foods. On other hand, the subjects of herbal medicine answered as that herbal medicine is 'more effective'(45.7%), and 'more trustworthy in preventing side-effects.'(40.3%). After consumption of the herbal medication, only 3.9% of the subjects consuming either Health Functional Foods or herbal medicine had side-effects. The most common side-effects were 'dermal reaction' which is normally caused by Health Functional Foods and 'indigestion' problems caused by herbal consumption. Conclusions According to the 421 subjects those involved in study, the percentages of consuming Health Functional Foods(67.7%) and herbal medicine(67.8%) were similar. The most commonly consumed products were a type of Health Functional Foods which were the nutrition-supplying products. Ginseng or red ginseng products were the next commonly used products. Health Functional Foods were commonly consumed for preventing illness and maintaining health rather than any other purpose. In contrary, herbal medicines were more commonly consumed for purposes such as for growth or treating certain type of disease. As a result of consumption, more than half of both subject replied as 'satisfied'. As for the side effects, dermal reaction was the most common problem for those with consuming Health Functional Foods, while indigestion was the most common side effect from the subjects with consuming herbal medicine.

        가미보중익기탕과 가미좌귀음의 폐 섬유화 치료 기전에 대한 예비 연구

        Objectives In this study, we evaluated the therapeutic effects of Gami-Bojungikgitang and Gami-Jwagwieum for bleomycin-induced lung fibrosis in mice. Methods Extracted lyophilization, Gami-Bojungikgitang (96g) and Gami-Jwagwieum (118g) boiled, filtered, depressed, concentrated, and are obtained. They were divided into five groups: normal, group IA; Animal group treated with bleomycin observed on the 21th day, group IB; Animal group treated with bleomycin observed on the 42th day, group IIA; Animal group treated with bleomycin and Gami-Bojungikgitang. Gami-Jwagwieum observed on the 21th day, group IIB; Animal group treated with bleomycin and Gami-Bojungikgitang/Gami-Jwagwieum observed on the 42th day. Mice are used on the 42th day and as a result, bronchoalveolar lavages fluid is obtained. Counting total number of cells, different ratio of macrophage, lymphocyte, and neutrophil are established. Results In animal group treated with bleomycin and Gami-Bojungikgitang, total cell count decreased by 50% in 3 weeks compared to animal group with non-administrated Gami-Bojungikgitang. However, total cell count in 6 weeks increased compared to 3 weeks although total cell count still decreased compared to animal group with non-administrated Gami-Bojungikgitang. In the view of differential cell counts in bronchoalveolar lavages fluid in treatment group on 3 and 6 weeks, neutrophile was a few and lymphocyte decreased. In animal group treated with bleomycin and Gami-Jwagwieum, total cell count decreased by 50% in 3 and 6 weeks compared to animal group with non-administrated Gami-Jwagwieum. In the view of differential cell counts in bronchoalveolar lavages fluid in treatment group on 3 and 6 weeks, lymphocyte also decreased. Conclusions Gami-Bojungikgitang and especially Gami-Jwagwieum for bleomycin-induced lung fibrosis in mice were effective in total cell count and differential cell count.

        보건소 종사자의 감정노동과 직무소진이 조직유효성에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: This study examines the relationship among emotional labor, job burnout and organizational effectiveness of public healthcare center workers. In specific, authors focus on the relationships between emotional labor and job burnout and the one between job burnout and organizational effectiveness and mediating effect of job burnout between emotional labor and organizational effectiveness. Methods: For the empirical analysis, survey was conducted of workers in the public healthcare center, and 502 final data was secured after eliminating the insufficient ones, which were used in the statistical analysis. Results: Emotive effort showed to have a positive effect on organizational effectiveness, however emotive dissonance showed to have a negative effect on organizational effectiveness. Emotive effort showed to reduce the level of all job burnouts while emotive dissonance showed to increase the level of all job burnouts. All job burnout showed to have negative effects on organizational effectiveness. Job burnout showed to have mediating effect between emotional labor and organizational effectiveness. Conclusion: Emotive efforts of emotional labor has positive impact on organizational effectiveness while emotive dissonance has negative impact on organizational effectiveness overall. Therefore, public healthcare center should try to seek for proper way to reduce job burnout of workers, because job burnout functions as mediating element between emotional labor and organizational effectiveness.

        요로감염이 동반된 소아 요로결석 환아 증례 보고

        Objectives A purpose of this study is to report a case study of a child with urolithiasis and urinary tract infections. Methods A four-year-old female had been taken Korean traditional medicine for two weeks, and clinical symptoms had been observed. Results Treating with Korean traditional medicine, symptoms of urolithiasis with urinary tract infections has been improved. Conclusions This study supports that Korean traditional medicine can be an effective means of treating internal medicine for urolithiasis with urinary tract infections, and further case studies are needed for more accurate results.

      • 보건소직원의 감정노동과 조직신뢰, 조직몰입의 관계: 경기도 45개 보건소를 대상으로

        연구의 목적은 공공부문의 감정노동자인 보건소에 근무하는 보건의료직 공무원을 대상으로 감 정노동의 표면행위와 내면행위가 조직신뢰와 조직몰입에 밀접한 영향관계가 있는지를 확인하고자 한다. 분석방법은 표본 추출은 경기도에 위치한 45개 보건소를 대상으로 하였으며, 표본의 수는 675부를 배포하여 324부를 사용하였으며, 요인분석, 상관관계분석, 각 경로별 인과관계와 매개효과 검증을 위해 IBM SPSS & AMOS 22.0 Ver 이용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과는 보건소에 근무하는 직원의 감정노동이 조직신뢰에 유의한 영향이 있으며, 조직신뢰가 조직몰입에 유의한 영향이 미치고, 감정노동 행위가 조직몰입에 유의한 영향이 있음이 증명되었다. [연구결과]는 감정노동에 있어 조직몰입에 부정적인 영향이 있는 선행연구가 많이 있으나 본 연구에서는 보건소직원의 감정노동이 조직신뢰와 조직몰입에 긍정적인 영향력이 있음을 알 수 있었다. 공공기관에 근무하는 공무원들 역시 감정노동을 하고 있다. 단순한 연구일수도 있겠으나 타 기관에 비해 보건소에 근무하는 공무원의 감정노동이 조직몰입에 긍정적인 영향이 있음을 확인시켜 준 결과를 제시하는 데 있어 의의를 찾을 수 있었다. 제언으로는 본 연구에서도 조직과 직무와 관련되어 있음을 알 수 있듯이 선행연구의 대부분은 감정노동의 결과변수로 태도와 행동에 초점을 두고 있다. 결과변수에 대한 다양하게 제시하고, 특히, 보건소 공무원의 인적자원에 대한 연구가 활발하게 진행되었으면 한다. The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is a close relationship between organizational trust and organizational commitment on the surface acting and deep acting of emotional labor for public official in public health centers. The analysis method was sampled from 45 public health centers located in Gyeonggi-do. The sample was distributed with 675 copies, and 324 copies were used. By using Structural Equation Model of statistical program SPSS & AMOS 22.0, primary factor and correlation has been analyzed. Validity of each variables’has been verified through primary factor and correlation analysis. As a result, it was proved that emotional labor had a significant effect on organizational trust, organizational trust had a significant influence on organizational commitment, and emotional labor had a significant influence on organizational commitment. This study suggests that emotional labor has a positive influence on organizational trust and organizational commitment, although there are many prior studies that have negative effects on organizational commitment in emotional labor. Public officials working in public institutions are also doing emotional labor. It is possible to find a meaningful result in confirming that the emotional labor of the public servants working at the public health center has a positive influence on organizational commitment. As suggested in the previous section, most of the previous researches focus on attitudes and behaviors as the outcome variables of emotional labor. The results of this study are as follows. I hope that the research on the human resources of public servants in public health centers will be actively conducted.

        이마트에 대한 기존의 소비자 태도가 재 구매의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증연구 - 마케팅 믹스(7Ps)의 매개효과 -

        본 연구는 대형유통업 이마트 이용자를 대상으로 소비자 태도와 마케팅 전략(7Ps)이 재 구매의도에 미치는 영향관계를 실증 분석하고자 한다. 이마트를 이용하는 소비자의 재 구매의도에 대해 알아보고자 한다. 연구목적을 위해 분석방법으로 전국에 있는 이마트 이용 고객을 대상으로 설문지를 통해 정보를 수집하였다. 최초 532부를 배부하여 불성실한 답변을 제거하고 최종 364부를 사용하였다. IBM 통계프로그램 SPSS & AMOS 22.0 버전을 사용하여, 구형성검정, 요인분석, 경로분석, 매개효과 검정을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 경로분석을 살펴보면, 소비자 태도는 7Ps 요인 중 3가지(제품, 사람, 물리적 증거)에 대해서 유의한 영향이 미치는 것으로 조사되었으며, 4가지 요인(가격, 유통, 촉진, 사람)은 재 구매의도에 대하여 유의한 영향이 미치는 것으로 조사되었고, 소비자 태도는 재 구매의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었다. 또한 매개효과 검증결과 7Ps 요인 중에서 사람만이 부분매개 효과가 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 시사점으로 이마트를 이용하는 고객은 구매행동 특성에 따라 저렴한 가격, 좋은 제품 품질을 원하는 소비자의 행동과 구매동기 등이 비슷하다는 가정 하에 기존의 마케팅 믹스 4Ps에 3Ps를 더한 7Ps를 적용하여 한층 폭넓게 살펴보았다. 사람(People)이 공통적으로 인과관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 마트는 물건을 팔고 사는 행위가 이루어지는 장소이다. 거래관계 다시 말해서 교환관계에 의해 이루어진다. 이것은 서로에 대한 신뢰가 바탕이 되고, 사람은 신뢰의 한 축으로서 서로 믿을 수 있는 관계는 의사소통에 의해 이루어진다. 따라서 사람은 고객과의 관계에 있어 상품 구매행위를 촉진시키는 요인임을 알수 있다. 접점요원인 사람이 고객과 응대할 때 느끼는 공감 또는 진실성 있는 응대가 매우 중요하다. 매장을 이용하는데 있어 불편함을 느끼지 않을 때 믿음이 강하게 나타날 수 있다. 이러한 이유에서 접점요원이 고객을 친절히 응대할 수 있는 능력의 배양이 매우 중요하다는 시사점을 얻을 수 있다. 제언으로 첫째, 이마트에서는 접점요원의 확대를 통해 소비자들이 가깝게 접근할 수 있는 각 매장의 안내 인원을 확대할 필요성이 있다. 둘째, 유통업 종업원들은 소비자의 행동을 충실히 분석하여 소비자에게 편안하고 적합한 구매환경을 조성할 수 있는 능력을 배양하는 것이 중요할 것이다. 마지막으로, 이마트는 종업원들에게 지속적인 교육을 제공하여 그들의 역량을 개발하도록 지원해야 할 것이다. 한계점으로 전국의 이마트 소비자를 대상으로 하였기 때문에 표본의 세분화가 이루어지지 않았다는 점이다. 표적시장을 선정하고 세분화하여 후속연구를 진행한다면, 표본특성에 따른 차이를 도출해낼 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. The purpose of this study is to verify whether there is a close relationship between consumer attitude and marketing mix(7Ps) on repurchase intention of E-mart users of large retailers. To achieve purpose of this study, we used questionnaires as an empirical study method to collect information data from E-Mart consumers across the country. The survey has been finally used only 364 out of total 532 to exclude 168 surveys which were judged as lack of sincerity. By using Structural Equation Model of statistical program SPSS & AMOS 22.0, primary factor and correlation has been analyzed. Validity of each variables’ has been verified through primary factor and correlation analysis. As a result, First, consumer attitude has showed positive effect on three factors(product, people, physical evidence)out of 7Ps of marketing mix. Second, four factors(price, place, promotion, people) of marketing mix(7Ps) factors have showed positive influence on repurchase intention. Third, consumer attitude has a significant effect on repurchase intention. Lastly, It has turned out that only ‘people’ out of 7Ps has showed mediating effect between consumer attitude and repurchase intention. For implications, based on assumption that consumers who use E-Mart have similar needs which are reasonable price and high quality of product depending on their purchasing behaviors, it is important for retailers to apply differentiated marketing mix. Mart is the place that exchange relationship between consumer and employee. If there is something problem for consumer to purchase products, employee can important role to find solutions for their consumer by using communication. Therefore, consumer who use E-Mart can have strong trust to retailers. For these reasons, it is crucial for employee to provide kind service satisfying for consumers. For further research, First, there is a need to expand the number of people in each store where consumers can get close to each other through the expansion of contact agents in E-Mart. Second, it is important for retailers to be educated the ability to create a comfortable and appropriate buying environment for consumers by analyzing their purchasing behavior. Finally, E-Mart should provide employees with ongoing education to help them develop their capabilities. For the limitation, the sample is not classified because it is targeted to E-mart nationwide. If target markets are selected and segmented, subsequent studies will be able to derive differences according to sample characteristics.
