신선한 느타리버섯을 expanded polystyrene (EPS)와 볏짚펄프만 사용한 tray(RP)에 starch, carboxyl methylcellulose(CMC), polyacrylamide(PAM), alkylketen dimer(AKD), rosin size제, polyethylene glycol (PEG) 등을 도포한 8종류의 tray에 담아서 wrap으로 2중 밀봉 후, 8~10℃, 습도 70~80% 유지되는 조건에서 6일간 저장하면서 저장 특성을 살펴보았다. 저장 6일째 tray의 중량 증가율은 CMC, RP tray가 상대적으로 낮았으며(p<0.05), tray별 버섯중량의 변화는 RP, CMC, AKD tray에 포장한 버섯의 중량이 상대적으로 낮았다(p<0.05). 포장재내의 CO₂ 함량은 모든 포장재에서 초기 0.5%에서 저장 하루만에 5.5~8.6%로 급격히 증가하였으며, O₂ 함량은 초기 20%에서 저장 하루만에 0.8~8.2%로 급격히 감소하였다. L값은 모든 포장재에서 증가하는 경향을 보였으며, 이취발생은 EPS, AKD, PEG tray에서 심하였고, starch, CMC tray는 저장 4일째까지는 거의 발생하지 않았다. 이상의 결과로 볼 때 AKD, CMC, RP tray는 코팅처리를 개선하고, 저장 온도와, 습도를 조절한다면 EPS tray 대체품으로 사용이 가능하리라 판단된다. This study was carried out to storage of Pleurotus ostreatus packed in various trays made by different matrials-expanded polystyrene (EPS), rice straw pulp (RP), and RP trays coated with starch, carboxyl methyl cellulose (CMC), polyacrylamide (PAM), alkylketen dimer (AKD), rosin size (RS) and polyethylene glycol (PEG) at 8~10℃ and 70~80% relative humidity for 6 days. At 6 days storage, weight increase of RP and CMC tray was lower (p<0.05) than those of others and the weight of oyster mushroom packed in RP, CMC and AKD tray decreased lower (p<0.05) than those of others. Carbon dioxide contents in trays were increased from 0.5% to 5.5%~8.6% within 1 day storage. Oxygen contents in trays were sharply decreased from 20% to 0.8%~8.2% within 1 day storage. Lightness of oyster mushroom increased all trays. Off flavor appeared strongly in oyster mushroom packed in EPS, AKD and PEG during storage, but was not detected in mushroom packed in starch and CMC untill 4 days storage.

Professional construction companies named as sub-contractors are playing a big role to domestic construction market. After IMF period, the professional construction companies are undergoing serious financial problems such as bankruptcy and financial difficulties. However, the role of sub-contractors becomes gradually important according to the current trend of international construction market. The purpose of this study is to present the improvement method of sub-contractors system based on the fundamental data acquired through investigating the actual condition between the contractor and sub-contractor companies at the aspect of their change under the IMF period. To improve sub-contractors' competitiveness, a institutional amendment of government and specialization are considered to select sub-constructors in bidding for projects by considering construction ability. Also the need of organizational changes of sub-constructors is required to the ability of competitiveness of construction market at the age of never-ending competition.
