This paper shows the rotordynamic characteristics of a turbo blower which is one of BOP(Balance Of Plant) for of a 1㎾ class fuel cell system for domestic use. The rotor-bearing system consists of magnetic shaft, compressor impeller, 2 oil free air foil journal bearings, and thrust bearings. Preliminary design such as critical speed map is considered. Static and dynamic characteristics of the journal and thrust AFB(Air Foil Bearing)s are estimated by the soft elasto-hydrodynamic analysis technique and the perturbation method. Also the natural frequencies, mode shapes, and unbalance response of the rotor-bearing system are analyzed.

본 연구에서는 하수관거의 예방적 유지관리의 조직과 체계가 효율적인 운영을 하기위한 가장 경제적인 방법임을 보여준다. 이 체계는 자관리와 생애주기비용(LCC)의 개념이 사용되었다. 본 연구는 점검 및 조사, 현재상태 평가, 미래상태 예측, 대안에 대한 LCC분석, 보수 및 보강, 모니터링과 같은 처리순서를 중점으로 연구하였다. 본 연구에서 제안된 유지관리 조직과 체계는 실용적인 관점에서 지방자치단체 하수관거 운영시 효과적이고 효율적으로 유지관리에 적용될 수 있다. This study demonstrates that a good organization and preventive maintenance management system of sewer pipe lines for local agency is the most economical tool available for achieving a cost-effective operation The system uses asset management and Life-cycle cost (LCC) concepts. This study concentrates on procedure of management such as inspection and surveys, assessment of soundness, prediction of deterioration, estimation of LCC, strengthening and repair, and monitoring. It may be argued that in the practical perspective, the management system and organization proposed in this study be successfully applied to maintenance of sewer pipe lines for local agency with effectiveness and efficiency.

LCC분석을 통한 궤도도상구조의 적정 유지관리수준 선정에 관한 연구

Several research institutes including KISTEC and KRRI etc., recently, have studied maintenance activities and performance, in order to determine proper maintenance level and maintenance cost of rail tracks. But it may extremely difficult to make a decision in maintenance matters of concrete track and ballast containing other sub-components. For these reasons, this study investigate variables related to current maintenance, essential maintenance, and preventive maintenance. It is intended to suggest estimation method of proper maintenance cost maximizing rail track performance. It is stated that proposed approach may be very useful to make a decision of proper maintenance level. Typical section of rail track is applied for calculation of life cycle cost according to each maintenance strategy. A proper profile for maintenance is determined minimum life cycle cost.
