大學生의 人性特性類型에 따른 人間關係에 關한 硏究 : 大學生의 人間關係에 關한 知覺을 中心으로 Perception of Students of Their Human Relations

It was found out that the human relations of college students played the important role in adaptation of college life and student’s personality development in previous studies. The purpose of this study is to suggest a proposal which could help to make more active human relations on the compus by: 1)Through literature survey, investigating the relation between personality types and human relations. 2)Investigating the perception of student’s relations with their companions and faculties; 3)Finding out the factors which had effected on the active and positive human relations. The questionaires prepared by the investigator, were consisted of items, perception of general human relations, the actual conditions of student-student relations, and student-faculty relations. The subjects were 1,800 students randomly selected from Yonsei University. Major findings are as follows: 1. The tendency of human relations on the campus was not so active as desired. But they thought that maintaining a tctive human relations with others could make them enjoy a good campus life. 2. Mutual humanistic understanding, and the sociable personality were important factors for maintaining successful human relations in student-faculty relations, in particular, students wanted their faculties should have more interest in them. 3. Generally, the upper class students were more active in their than lower class human relations. Based on the findings of this study, It can be concluded that the administrators, faculties and students should recognize the serious influences of human relations upon students, and that they should try to establish the policies and to plan the programs for improving the human relations. But they must consider that the open mind and deep humanistic understanding are very important for achieving these tasks.
