        성과평가 시스템이 구성원의 지식 창출 및 업무성과에 미치는 영향: 공공기관을 대상으로

        본 연구의 목적은 공공기관에서의 성과평가 시스템이 구성원의 지식 형성에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보는데 있다. 지방자치단체의 직원을 대상으로 3주간 설문조사를 통해 자료를 수집하였고, 실증적 분석을 위해 SPSS 18.0과 AMOS 21.0을 이용해 분석하였다. 공공기관의 구성원들을 대상으로 수집한 설문조사 자료를 활용하여성과평가 시스템의 방법론’과 추진환경 측면, 그리고 탐색적 지식과 활용적 지식의 개념적 적합성을 확인하고, 나아가성과평가 시스템의 방법론과 추진환경이 구성원의 탐색적 지식과 활용적 지식에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지, 그리고두 가지 형태의 지식이 구성원의 성과에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 성과평가 시스템의 방법론과추진환경은 유의한 상관관계를 가지며, 추진환경은 탐색적 지식과 활용적 지식에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로나타났다. 그리고, 활용적 지식은 탐색적 지식에 정의 영향을 미치며, 활용적 및 탐색적 지식 모두 구성원의 성과에정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결과에 의하면, 성과평가 시스템의 방법론은 지식 창출에 직접적인 영향을 미치기보다 추진환경을 매개로 영향을 미치고 있음을 보여준다. 이는 성과평가 시스템이 지식 창출에 영향을 주기위해서는 추진환경이 제대로 구축되어야 함을 암시한다고 볼 수 있다.

        돈분뇨와 음폐수를 이용한 혐기성 소화조 운영의 공정별 악취배출 특성평가

        This study was performed to measure the concentration of odorous compounds and dilution ratio values at each part of the anaerobic digester process with composting facilities using swine manure and food waste. Complex odors, ammonia, volatile fatty acids and sulfur compounds were measured at each part of the process. Complex odors measured during swine manure storage, food waste storage and in the digested liquid tank, were 35,312 Odor Unit(OU), 39,086 OU and 17,733 OU, respectively. The odor contribution index was calculated by the concentration of odorous compounds during each process divided by the threshold limit. As a result, the major odorous compound that appeared during swine manure storage, food waste storage and in the digested liquid tank was hydrogen sulfide. On the other hand, the major odorous compound in the other processes was ammonia. The overall average concentrations of ammonia were highest in the digested liquid tank(337 ppm) and the separated liquid tank(131 ppm). Wastewater treatment process(10.9 ppm) and deodorization process(11.6 ppm) revealed the lowest concentration of ammonia. The overall average concentration of total volatile fatty acids(TVFAs) was 102.8 ppb during food waste storage and among the TVFAs, the main element was propionic acid(66.1 ppb). Sulfur compounds were only detected during swine manure storage, food waste storage and in the digested liquid tank. The dominant sulfur compound was hydrogen sulfide during swine manure storage(96.3 ppm) and methyl mercaptan during food waste storage(17.7 ppm) and dimethyl sulfide during food waste storage(34.5 ppm).

        꽌시에 기초한 기업 네트워크가 정보공유와 기업성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        This study examined how the network based on the Chinese Guanxi relationship affects information sharing among companies and the performance of firms with the supply chain. We formulated research hypotheses and models, which were then tested using survey data collected from the employees involved in procurement and supply chain functions at Chinese companies. This data collection process involved a 4weeks survey of employees responsible for procurement and supply chain operations, or those processing relevant work experience. The data were analyzed using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 21.0. We tested the validity of the conceptual constructs in this study, which include the network based on Guanxi, information sharing, and the firm’s performance. The analysis showed that the network based on the Guanxi relationship had a positive effect on the information sharing of inventory, orders, production planning, and shipping among companies in China. Furthermore, the study revealed that information sharing regarding inventory, production planning, and shipping exhibited positive (+) effects on the firm’s performance. However, information sharing about orders did not have a significant positive effect on the firm’s performance. These results imply that the Guanxi-based network facilitates information sharing between companies and enhance firm’s performance as well. The finding of this study has several implications. First, networks based on the Guanxi relationship play a vital role in enhancing company performance, particularly in countries lacking strong management support infrastructure compared to developed nations. Second, in the event of increased uncertainty in the business environment and a decline in trust between companies, Guanxi-based networks can server as an effective means to overcome these challenges. Third, companies should prioritize strengthening information sharing to enhance their performance within the supply chain.

        동결건조 보호제와 기질이 동결건조된 Bacillus sp. SH1RP8의 생존율에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 식물성장촉진 근권세균인 Bacillus sp. SH1RP8 를 친환경 생물비료로 이용하기 위하여 수행되었다. SH1RP8 균주를 동결건조시 세포의 용혈을 방지하도록 여러 가지 동결건조 보호제를 첨가하여 균주의 성장과 활성에 미치는 영향을 알아보았다. SH1RP8 균주의 동결건조 시 동결건조 보호제로 skim milk, glucose, peptone 등을 이용하였을 때, 그중 5%의 skim milk를 첨가하였을 때 가장 높은 (30.6%)의 생존율을 보였다. 또한, 균주의 성장을 촉진하는 기질 그룹을 첨가하여 5%의 skim milk 단독으로 첨가한 경우와 기질 그룹을 각각 첨가한 경우의 동결건조 보호 효과를 비교하여 보았다. 그 결과 5% skim milk에 glycerol을 동시에 첨가할 경우 균주의 생존율이 skim milk 단독 첨가효과와 비교 시214.29%의 향상율을 보여주었다. 또한 동결건조된 Bacillus sp. SH1RP8 은 매우 효과적인 PGPR로 활성을 보여주어 생물비료로서의 훌륭한 기능이 기대된다. In order to develop an eco-friendly biofertilizer, a plant growth promoting rhizobacterium (PGPR), Bacillus sp., SH1RP8 was investigated. SH1RP8 was lyophilized via freeze-drying along with other protective agents that protect cells from lysis. The freezedried powder of Bacillus sp. SH1RP8, containing 5% skim milk (w/v), exhibited the highest survival rate of 30.6% among all the protective agents (skim milk, glucose, and peptone). The lyoprotective effect of the skim milk, mixture including 5% skim milk, and substrates on the survival of the test strain was examined. Control group was added only skim milk and test groups were added skim milk and other substrates. As a result, the group supplemented with both glycerol and 5% skim milk showed the protective effect much higher by 214.29% than the control group. Freeze-dried Bacillus sp. SH1RP8 could be a good candidate as a potential biofertilizer due to its effective PGPR activity.

        The Effects of Vietnamese Consumers’ Perceived Quality Shoes on Repurchase Intention: A Case of MLB Product*

        Purpose – This paper aims to analyze the effect of perceived footwear quality on the satisfaction and repurchase intentions of Vietnamese customers, with a focus on various footwear attributes. Design/Methodology/Approach – This study employs a comprehensive approach, incorporating various methodologies, namely exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation modeling (SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 20.0 Ver). The study involves analyzing 200 verified samples of Vietnamese individuals administered through an online survey. The survey questionnaire includes diverse footwear attributes such as aesthetics, style, color, material, size measure, fit, comfort, perspiration, durability, performance of color fastness, workmanship, ease of care, coordination with the wardrobe, price, brand, and country of origin. Findings – The analysis identifies six significant shoe quality attributes from the perspective of Vietnamese customers. These are aesthetic beauty, comfort, sweat-wicking, durability, price, and brand origin. Consequently, The study investigate d the relationship between theses six quality attributes and customer satisfaction and between customer satisfaction and repurchase intentions. Research Implications – The empirical analysis revealed that, the six identified factors are consistent with shoe attributes valued by Vietnamese consumers, which include aesthetics, comfort, sweat-wicking, durability, price, and brand origin. Hence, companies seeking to enter or enhance competitiveness in the Vietnamese shoe market must be particularly sensitive to pricing.

        식물성장촉진근권미생물 Arthrobacter scleromae SYE-3의 분리 및 Yam (Dioscorea japonica Thunb.) 성장에 미치는 영향 연구

        In this study, Arthrobacter scleromae SYE-3, which was isolated from indigenous plant in a subtropical region, Neigeria, with plant growth promoting activity was evaluated to determine the optimal culture condition. A bacterial strain SYE-3 had the IAA productivity (89.15±0.36 mg/L) and ACC deaminase activity (0.20±0.06 at 72 hours). Also, optimal culture conditions such as temperature and pH of strain SYE-3 were 20℃ and 10 in LB medium, respectively. Strain SYE-3 had up to 3% salt tolerance in the LB medium. Plant growth promoting ability of strain SYE-3 using yam (Dioscorea japonica Thunb.) was evaluated. As a result, strain SYE-3 had showed very powerful effect on the increase of the shoot length and root biomass of yam (190.0% and 282.41% increase for 112 days, respectively). These results indicated that Arthrobacter scleromae SYE-3 can serve as a promising microbial resource for the biofertilizers of subtropical crops.
