        코스메슈티컬 화장품 소비자의 선호도와 구매결정요인

        Cosmeceutical products have come in coping with satisfying the consumer`s desire longing for high quality of having dual cosmetic and therapeutic effects. They are showing high rate of growth over 20~30% a year. So this survey is aimed at preparing fundamental data for the promotion of development and sales marketing of cosmeceutical products, especially in the aspects of consumer`s preference and determinants of purchase of cosmeceutical products. The results were as follows. Workers who prefer cosmeceutical products showed intention of keeping use, and the consumers of over twenty years of age showed positive preference patterns recommending other people to use. In the consumers in junior college education, the brand image mostly affected preference for cosmeceutical products. Furthermore, the determinants of purchase affecting the preference for cosmeceutical products were the price, the brand image, the perceived quality, and the impression on a salesperson in order. But the design of the container didn`t affect the preference. It means that the redesign of the container is needed to differ the products from others. Concretely, the price beside the degree of preference for cosmeceutical products, the impression on a salesperson for consecutive use, the brand image for recommending other people, the perceived quality for effective satisfaction were the principal factors respectively. Conclusively, the important determinants of purchase of cosmeceutical products like appropriate price range with good quality, brand image for positive public relations, the trustworthy impression on a salesperson and the good quality should be managed carefully and paid more attention to. The differentiated and deliberate marketing strategies considering above determinants of purchase based upon the preference of each consumer`s age, job and educational background, are needed for the sales promotion of cosmeceutical products.

        경상지역 미용학 전공 대학생들의 국내자격증 취득현황과 국제자격증 취득 희망특성

        I studied the cosmetology Students from Gyeongsang province to see the current obtainment status, relationship between students` specialty and certificate type, and certificate types students wish to obtain. This study seeks to provide what to consider when obtaining domestic certificates and to suggest curriculum to colleges and universities following the students` wishes to obtain a certain certificate. Among numerous types of international certificates, I chose three of them, CIDESCO, ITEC, and ICLO, explained them briefly, and asked whether a subject wanted to obtain them. I used SPSS (ver 18.0, Chicago, Illinois, USA) and Medcalc (ver.11.6.1, Mariakerke, Belgium) to arrange and analyze the data. As a result of this study, Correspondence between the wish for specialty and certificate obtainment status was highest in hair group and there are makeup and nail group in descending order. The more students are satisfied with their specialty the more they want to obtain international certificates. This is true even when they have average satisfaction of their specialty. 400 students (44.9%) want to obtain CIDESCO; 363 of them (40.7%) want ITEC; 124 of them (13.9%) want ICLO; and 4 of them (0.4%) want the other certificates. Regardless of the university type, students take certificate courses because of the following reasons: to get help for major courses, to obtain the certificate in the future, to make a firm resume, and to prepare for studying abroad. Therefore, it can be suggested that universities should perform survey the students` demand for domestic and international certificates to develop corresponding programs satisfying students` desire to learn more and preparing them for the future. Subjects preferred to take courses to obtain international certificates in vacation period regardless of the types of university. I suggest to open numerous courses from various angles by developing appropriate curriculums for students who want to use vacation well.

        한국과 일본의 미용제도 비교연구

        This research aims- by comparing cosmetic treatment systems in Korea and Japan, which are geographically close but much different emotionally, socioculturally, and politically- to contribute to improving cosmetic treatment policies in Korea. The cosmetic treatment act is not managed and operated independently and is under the public health management act in Korea; whereas, Japan has an independent and unified beauty artist act, thereby emphasizing the rights and responsibilities of beauticians in a more systematic and professional manner. In Korea, in regard to obtaining necessary qualifications, beauticians can attain licenses more easily at private training schools in addition to regular colleges, and the system is set up in a way that allows candidates to take a practical skill test at their discretion after passing a written examination. In contrast, in Japan, permission to take a theoretic examination is given only after a prescribed process - about 2,000 hour training ? has been completed at a state-designated cosmetic treatment school and permission to take practical skill tests is given only after gaining a minimum of 1-year of practical experience. Korea’s beautician training system ought to be differentiated between the training process of 2-year and 4-year colleges, and it should have a standardized training process that offers a harmonious theory as pure fundamental science and practical training. This research finds that Korea should enact a beautician act, which ensures professionalism for cosmetic treatment-like Japan- and should reform it’s qualifications and license systems into a test system that facilitates theory and practical skills to be helpful in cosmetic treatment shops.

        연구논문 : 의료미용서비스산업 종사자의 직무스트레스와 서비스 품질과의 관련성

        This study attempted to analyze the correlation between jobstress and service quality in medical beauty service industry workers and analyzing influential factors. This study was conducted a survey on women working in hospitals providing beauty services in Busan, Geongsangnamdo and Jeju from December 3, 2013 to Feburary 10, 2014. Collected survey data were analyzed with MedCalc version 14.8.1. In the result, the most stressful type of work was found to be responding to customer complaints. The degree of job stress was high in three subscales of work-related stress in the order of work environment, work system and psychological burden. The subscales of service quality level ranked in the order of tangibles, assurance, reliability, empathy and responsiveness. The higher the jobstress, the lower the service quality, showing a statistically significantly negative correlation. Of all subscales of stress, work environment was the most influential factor. In regard to the correlation between stress and service quality, psychological burden was the most powerful factor. In terms of all service quality, tangibles and assurance were found to have the largest effect on stress. The study findings suggest that a range of efforts are needed to manage and improve work-related stress of service providers in medical beauty service industry. Efficient management of stress leading to enhanced service quality will satisfy both demanders and suppliers in medical beauty service.

        아로마오일(유칼립투스, 레몬, 티트리) 흡입이 면역세포에 미치는 영향

        Recently, aromatherapy is the fastest growing one among the complementary and alternative medicine. This study conducted to identify the effects of aroma oils on Th1/Th2 immune balance. Female ICR mice with 5 weeks old and the three aroma oils; Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus globulus), Lemon (Citrus limon), Tee tree (Melaleuca alternifolia) were used. For experiment, the total 60 mice were grouped into reference (no-treatment, 6), control (distilled water inhalation, 6), low and high dose of each aroma oils (6 groups, each 8) and inhaled every other days for 22 days. After then during 7 days, all mice did not treated to test remain effects of aroma oil. Serum was collected for 4 times from orbital plexus under anesthesia at the point of 24 hours after 3 consecutive inhalations and finally after 7 days from the last collection, and the immune cell populations in serum were analyzed with flow cytometry. The B220+ cell population was showed higher in Eucalyptus treated group (x10, 29.4±6.5%; x100, 32.4±8.7%), Lemon (x10, 25.6±7.6%; x100, 30.5±4.5%), and Tea tree (x10, 21.7%±5.4%; x100, 27.1 ± 3.6%) than reference (x10, 19.2±9.9%; x100, 19.2±9.9%) and control (x10, 14.4±4.2%; x100, 14.4±4.2%) group (p=0.0039). The CD3+ and CD8+ T cell population were slightly increased in all aroma oil treated group, but these phenomenons were statistically not significant. In this study, three aroma oils did not showed the acceptable significant effects on the observed indicators of immune systems, retrospectively. However, this study is suggested that aroma oil may act as an factor which can do a role of immune shifting from Th2 to Th1.

        MTS를 이용한 두피관리가 갱년기 여성의 탈모개선에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to verify whether scalp care using scalp tonic and MTS(Micro-needle Therapy system) is effective in improving scalp hair of middle aged women having menopausal symptoms and to provide findings of this study for establishing useful scalp program. For the purpose of this study, twenty women aged 40`s-60`s who visited H Scalp Care Center and resided in Suyeong-gu, Busan and had both menopausal symptoms and alopecia were requested to receive special care and use home care products from December 1, 2014 to February 28, 2015. Condition, density and thickness of scalp before and after experiment were analyzed by using analysor. Findings of this study are as follows. First, before experiment, scalp of both experimental group and control group was dull and their hair follicle was closed by sebum and keratin. In twelve weeks after experiment, scalp of both experimental group and control group became clean and transparent which was close to normal state and amount of sebum that secreted excessively reduced and scalp became bluish white and lots of new hair was found. Second, for a change in density of hair, Hair of experimental group is more than that of control group by 1.2 on average. Third, for a change in thickness of hair, Hair of experimental group is thicker than that of control group by 0.013mm on average. This study proved that scalp care which used MTS was effective in improving alopecia.

        숙지황을 첨가한 쌀 쿠키의 품질특성 및 항산화성

        The aim of this study was to evaluate the quality characteristics and anti-oxidative activities in the rice cookies with R. glutinosa Preparata (0%, 4%, 8%, 12%) and bean flour (10%). The moisture of cookies was increased depending on amount of R. glutinosa Preparata (RRP). The pH of cookies with RRP was lower than that of the control cookies. Sugar content and reducing sugar of cookies were increased according to the amount of RRP. L-value and b-value of cookies with 12% RRP were lower than the control, whereas a-value was higher than the control. Spread factor of cookies with RRP was lower than the control, and hardness of cookies was increased depending on amount of RRP added. The antioxidant activity such as DPPH radical and hydroxyl radical scavenging activity was significantly increased in the cookies with RRP, compared with that of the control. Also, total phenol content of cookies was increased according to the amount of RRP. In sensory test, cookies with 8% RRP received the highest score for overall preference. As a result, the optimum amount of RRP concentrate to be added in the cookies was found to be 8%.

        마케팅믹스 7Ps를 적용한 일반 미용실과 프랜차이즈 미용실과의 선택요인 연구 -부산지역을 중심으로-

        This research intends to analyze effects of service marketing mix 7P`s (Product. Price, Promotion, Place, People, Physical Evidence, Process) factors in customer`s selection of beauty parlor for franchise beauty parlor and general beauty parlor and compare and analyze differences of the selection between franchise beauty parlor and general beauty parlor. If examining the results of research, an important of product was higher as franchise beauty parlor was. In price, an importance of users of beauty parlor on main street was significant high. In people, an importance of people was significant high in group who have an opinion to use continuously and an importance of franchise beauty parlor. In process, an importance of group who used more than 12 times per a year. In physical evidence, an importance of users of general beauty parlor, group whose average payment per a time is 150-200 thousand won and users of beauty parlor on main street was significantly high. In promotion, an importance of group whose average payment per a time was 150-200 thousand won was high. In place, an importance of users of general beauty parlor, group who use 6-12 times per a year was high. If examining the differences between franchise beauty parlor and general beauty parlor, they selected franchise beauty parlor as putting an emphasis on product factor and general beauty parlor as putting an emphasis on physical evidence. The result implies that the technology of franchise beauty parlor is recognized and physical environment of general beauty parlor and qualitative improvement for facility are necessary to draw big customers. Results of this research on customer`s beauty parlor selection by marketing mix factor should be used usefully for the marketing of beauty parlor customer in the future.

        연구논문 : DiSC 행동유형이 미용전공대학생의 교육 만족도와진로결정 자기효능감에 미치는 영향

        Diverse researches are recently being conducted about diverse career choices and decisions, but there is a need to give segmented consultations for university students majoring in cosmetology according to their diverse patterns of characters, and to conduct relevant researches. To enable a more scientific and systematic career consultation, the DiSC behavioral patterns were used to classify the characteristics of individual university students majoring in cosmetology, and it was examined how education satisfaction and career decision self-efficiency were influenced by each behavioral pattern. For the research methodology, from September 15 to October 21,2013, self-administered surveys were conducted targeting students majoring in cosmetology in Busan, Gyeongnam and Gyeonggi-do. Asa result, in terms of age, early 20s were the largest group, and in terms of the DiSC behavioral pattern, the social I type was the largest group. The effect of career decision self-efficacy on education satisfaction was this: the greater the number of occupation information factors was, the greater overall education satisfaction was. Of DiSC behavioral patterns, the effect of career decision self-efficacy on education satisfaction was this: in the initiative D type and the social I type, the occupation information factors influenced education satisfaction. Given all these findings, to help university students majoring in cosmetology choose their careers, behavior (character) type examinations should be conducted, and human resources should be allocated accordingly. Also, by giving career guidance suitable for individual types, better career decisions should be made.

        근신경등척성수기요법(MNIT)이 중년여성의 신체조성 및 혈관탄성에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this research is to analyze the effects of MNIT manipulative therapy on middle-aged women’s body composition and blood vessel elasticity. In order to do so, it selected a total of 22 married middle-aged women living in Ulsan-city with 30% of body fat ratio and 0.85-0.95%of abdominal fat ratio. Then, the research assigned 11 women in group MNIT where MNIT manipulative therapy was conducted and in 11 other in group CON where MNIT manipulative therapy was not carried out, and conducted MNIT manipulative therapy(abdomen) 3 times a week for 12 weeks from February 2, 2015 to April 24, 2015. Before and after the experiment on both groups, their physiological changes were examined in terms of their body composition (weight, skeletal muscle mass, body fat amount, body fat ratio, BMI, abdominal fat ratio, basal metabolic rate, lean mass amount, waist circumference, and hip circumference)and vessel elasticity (left and right upper and pelvic limbs) through a physiological test. In addition, the general characteristics, eating habits, exercise habits, management effect, and satisfaction of the women in group MNIT were studied before and after the experiment. The statistical data of the experiment was analyzed using SPSS(Statistical package for Social Science) v. 21.0, which generated the following results.
