고유특징을 이용한 얼굴인식에 있어서 얼굴영상에 대한 분수차 Fourier 변환의 효과

We studied the effects of fractional fourier transform in face recognition, in which only the amplitude spectra of transformed facial images were used.We used two recently developed face recognition methods, the most effective feature (MEF) method (i.e., eigenface method) and most discriminating feature (MDF) method, and the effects of th etransform for th etwo methods were consistent. We confirmed that the recognition rate by the use of MDF method is better than that consistent. We confirmed that the recognition rate by the use of MDF method is better than that by MEF regardless of the order to transform, these methods provided slightly better results when the order was 1 than for any other order values. Only when the order was close to 1, the recognition rates were robust to the shift of the input images, and the trend that the recognition rates decreased as the input size varied was independent of the order. From these results, we fond that it is most advantageous to use the amplitude spectra of the conventional fourier transform whose order is 1.

청소년의 스트레스, 내적자원과 정신건강과의 인과관계 분석 연구

The purpose of this study is to analysis casual relationship between juvenile stress, internal resource and mental health. The data of 4th year (the year of 2007) from the Korea Youth Panel Survey (KYPS), which Korean Research Institute of Young boys and girls Policy examined nationwide middle school second-year grade juveniles in 2003, was used for this study. Considering on the results of previous study for improving mental health, we select that independent valuable is stress and internal resource, and dependent valuable is mental health. The main result of this study is as follows. First, this proposal model was the complete causal relationship model. Second, the study showed stress such as their parents, studying, or friends’ stress and internal resource such as self-control, self-esteem had consistently significant effects on mental health. Also it showed that stress and internal resource influence on mental health, stress influence on internal resource, and internal resource influence on mental health again. In other words, it showed that stress had negative effects on mental health, internal resource had positive effects on mental health. Also, it showed stress had negative effects on internal resource, and internal resource had negative effects on mental health. 본 연구의 목적은 청소년의 스트레스, 내적자원과 정신건강과의 인과관계를 분석하기 위하여 구조방정식 모형을 적용, 검증함으로써 청소년의 정신건강을 증진할 수 있는 방안을 제시하는 것이다. 본 연구의 주요결과는 첫째, 모형의 적합도는 확인적 요인분석결과 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 청소년의 스트레스가 높을수록 정신건강 측정변수인 우울과 불안에는 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 스트레스가 내적자원에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고, 내적자원이 정신건강에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 청소년의 스트레스가 높을수록 정신건강에는 나쁜 영향을 주고 있으며, 스트레스가 높을수록 자아통제감과 자아존중감은 낮아지는 것으로 나타났다. 자아통제감과 자아존중감이 높을수록 우울과 불안은 낮아지는 것으로 조사되었다. 따라서 청소년의 정신건강을 위협하는 스트레스를 감소시키고, 내적자원을 증가시킬 수 있는 실제적인 교육정책에서의 대안이 필요하다.

지역사회복지서비스 전달체계의 향상을 위한 서비스공급자와 수요자간의 인식비교 연구: 의정부, 양주, 포천시 공무원과 노인을 중심으로

본 연구는 의정부, 양주, 포천시 노인복지서비스 전달체계의 향상을 위하여 서비스의 공급자인 공무원과 수혜자인 노인들의 인식을 비교하였다. 이는 전달체계의 효율적인 운영을 통해 노인의 삶의 질 향상을 위한 방안을 모색하는데 토대가 될 수 있는 기초자료로 제공하고자 함이다. 의정부, 양주, 포천은 경기북부 지역 중 대표적인 일반도시 및 도농복합시이며, 노인인구가 지속적으로 증가하는 곳이다. 선행연구를 통해 사회복지서비스 전달체계의 구성원칙 중 가장 활용빈도가 높은 원칙 즉 접근성, 적절성, 책임성, 통합성, 전문성, 지속성을 비교 변수로 선정하였고, 설문조사를 통해 노인과 공무원의 인식을 비교를 하였다. 인식비교 결과, 공무원이 인식하는 만족정도보다 낮은 수준에서 노인이 만족하는 것으로 보아 확연한 인식차이를 보였다. 구성원칙 중 접근성이 가장 큰 인식차이를 보였고, 다음으로 적절성, 지속성, 전문성, 통합성, 책임성 순이었다. 연구결과를 토대로 한 정책적 제언은 수요자 중심의 전달체계, 접근성 확보를 위한 지역방송매체 등 활용, 노인복지전담공무원을 전달체계 내에 확대 배치, 민간네트워크 역할 확대, 다양한 참여 등을 제언하였다. 지역노인복지서비스 향상을 위한 전달체계의 실태분석 및 인식비교 연구: 의정부, 양주시 공무원과 노인을 중심으로

The results of this study, we suggested to improve the delivery system of welfare service for the elderly(① Required of Unified delivery system for providing efficient welfare services for the elderly ② The public officials of social welfare for the elderly should be expanded. ③ The efficient operation of the elderly welfare budget should be expanded. 본 연구는 경기북부 지역복지서비스의 향상을 위하여 의정부시와 양주시의 노인복지서비스 전달체계의 실태분석 및 지역의 공무원과 노인들의 인식을 비교하였다. 이는 전달체계의 효율적인 운영을 통해 노인의 삶의 질 향상을 위한 방안을 모색하는데 토대가 될 수 있는 기초자료로 제공하고자 함이다. 경기북부 지역 중 일반시와 도농복합시의 대표적인 의정부시와 양주시를 중심으로 살펴보았으며, 문헌연구와 설문조사를 통해 조직, 자원, 서비스의 실태 분석 및 인식비교를 하였다. 연구결과를 토대로 한 정책적 제언은 첫째, 중앙집권적 상의하달식 의사전달체계, 이원화된 집행구조와 비공식체계의 형식적 참여는 전반적인 노인복지서비스 질을 경감시키는 문제점으로 지적되고 있다. 따라서 이러한 조직구조상의 문제점을 해결하기 위해서는 노인복지전달체계의 일원화 또는 단순화가 요구된다. 둘째, 노인복지업무의 비효율성을 야기시키는 원인 중에 하나는 과중한 업무와 전문성의 부재로 조사되었다. 의정부시와 양주시 공무원 모두 노인복지분야 인력이 절대적으로 부족하며, 일반민원업무까지 담당하고 있어 과중한 업무 부담을 느끼고 있다. 노인복지전담공무원의 증원과 노인복지전담업무만을 수행하는 방안을 강구하여야 한다. 셋째, 노인복지전달체계의 효율적인 운영을 위해서는 노인복지예산이 확충되어야 한다. 의정부시와 양주시의 공무원의 설문결과 중앙정부의 예산지원이 지역실정에 맞지 않게 매우 부족하다고 인식하고 있었다. 이러한 노인복지예산은 노인복지서비스 질 향상, 노인복지인력의 처우 및 전문성 제고를 위한 방안 마련과도 밀접한 관계가 있다. 따라서 지방자치단체에서 대부분 부담하는 방안과 자원봉사 및 민간시설로 유도하는 방안도 살펴보아야 한다.

Fourier 변환된 얼굴의 진폭스펙트럼의 karhunen-loeve 근사 방법에 기초한 변위불변적 얼굴인식

In face recognition based on the Karhunen-Loeve approximation, amplitudespectra of Fourier transformed facial images were used. We found taht the use of amplitude spetra gives not only the shift-invariance property but also some improvment of recognition rate. This is because the distance between the varing faces of a person compared with that between the different persons perfomed computer experiments on face recognitio with varing facial images obtained from total 55 male and 25 females. We confirmed that the use of amplitude spectra of Fourier-trnsformed facial imagesgives better recognition rate for avariety of varying facial images including shifted ones than the use of direct facial images does.

The purpose of this study is to enable a resource for the network in conjunction with the community to develop the resources. To achieve the purpose, form a national network of practices(Gyeong-gi infinite care centers and community councils) were examined. Results, policy proposals are as follows:First, a public-private integration reconcile diversity is needed. Second, it is important to ensure the stability of the manpower for Gyeong-gi infinite care centers and Local community councils. Third, the infinite care centers and social welfare council is important to reset the relationship. Fourth, we are worried about the problem of integration and employment services is needed. Fifth, we are linked to the National Pension Service and National Health Insurance Service, and need to be organized.
