        교통사고 환자 237예에 대한 한의치료 만족도 조사

        Objectives The purpose of this study is to carry out a survey on satisfaction for Korean medicine treatments in traffic injury patients. Methods Satisfaction survey was carried out on the 237 traffic injury patients who had been treated by Korean medicine treatments in Department of Korean Rehabilitation Medicine, Wonkwang University Gwangju Medical Center from February, 2017 to August, 2017. The questionnaire form of preceding study was used to assess the satisfaction degree of patients. All data were coded by SPSS v20.0 (IBM Corp., Armonk, NY, USA) and analysed by descriptive maneuver, x2-test, T-test and correlation. Results Among the 237 cases, the first hospital to be selected for traffic injury treatment was Korean medicine hospital in 91 cases. And 97 patients were transferred from the western medicine hospital. The main reason for choosing Korean medicine hospital was that the patients prefer Korean medicine treatments than western medicine treatments. 85.2.% of patients answered that their symptoms were improved, and 75.1% of patients answered that they were satisfied with Korean medicine treatments. The satisfaction degree of cupping treatment and acupuncture was relatively high, but the degree of Herbal medicine and physical treatment was relatively low. There were no statistically significant differences in satisfaction degree with sex and age. The satisfaction degree, improvement of symptoms, intention to revisit and intention to recommend was significantly correlated each other. Conclusions The degree of improvement of symptoms and The satisfaction degree were revealed relatively high. Additional and repetitive studies are needed to understand the patient's position and improve the quality of Korean medicine treatments for traffic accident patients.         미얀마 따운뾴(Taungpyone) 낫(Nats) 축제와 낫난(Nat Nan)의 제신

        미얀마 국민의 89%가 불교를 종교로 삼고 있으며, 외형적으로도 불교가 미얀마의 종교로 알려져 있다. 미얀마인들의 궁극적인 지향점도 불교적 가치관을 앞세우고 있지만, 이들이 현실적으로 의존하는 대상은 토속신앙인 ‘낫(Nat)’이다. 미얀마인들은 낫은 모든 자연현상과 만물을 관장하는 주인이라고 믿고 있다. 낫은 정령과 전설 속 인물로 구성되어 있다. 미얀마에서는 태어나서 죽을 때까지 일생동안 복을 받을 수 있다는 믿음 때문으로 낫을 모시는 것을 스승을 모시는 것과 동일시 한다. 띤리짜웅(Thinlikyaung) 왕은 왕국을 건립한 이후, 공동체의 정체성을 확립하기 위하여 통일된 종교의 필요성을 절감했고, 가장 효율적인 방법으로 수많은 형태의 낫을 정리했다. 이후 낫은 점차 단순화되어 가다가 11세기 중엽 미얀마 최초의 왕조인 바간왕조(1044~287)를 개국한 아노야타(Anawratha) 왕에 의해 37낫을 정립하였다. 아노야타왕은 스리랑카의 테라바다 불교를 도입하여 정체성을 확고히 하였고, 기존의 낫신앙을 배격하기보다는 통제하고 관리하는 정책을 마련한 것이다. 미얀마에서 가장 유명한 낫 축제는 미얀마에서 두 번째로 큰 도시인 만달레이 북쪽 따운뾴 마을에서 열리는 형제신을 위한 낫 축제이다. 따운뾴 마을에는 형제신전 외에 낫을 모신 많은 신당, 즉 낫난이 존재한다. 그러나 따운뾴 마을에 위치한 낫난의 수와 낫난에서 모시는 신격, 위치 등은 조사 또는 보고된 바가 없다. 이 글에서는 따운뾴에서 형제신이 낫으로 좌정하는 이야기를 통해 신화의 지속성과 다양성을 주목하였고, 따운뾴 낫축제의 절차와 양상을 정리하였다. 그리고 낫축제의 현장과 공간을 상세히 기록하였다. 이를 통해 미얀마의 37낫과 실제 신앙하는 사람들의 낫과는 차이를 보이며, 미얀마 사람들에게 낫은 여전히 일상생활을 지배하는 신앙이라는 것을 규명하였다. 89% of Myanmar’s people have Buddhism as their religion, and Buddhism is known as Myanmar’s religion. The ultimate aim of the Myanmar people is also the Buddhist values, but the object they depend on in reality is “Nat”, a local belief. Myanmar people believe that Nats is the master of all natural phenomena and everything. Nats consists of souls and legendary characters. Believing in Nats in Myanmar is like treating a teacher because of the belief that you can be blessed for a lifetime from birth to death. After the establishment of the kingdom, King Thinlikyaung felt the necessity of a unified religion in order to induce the identity of the community, and arranged numerous types of Nats in the most efficient way. Afterwards, the Nats was gradually simplified and unified, and in the middle of the 11th century, 37 Nats were established by King Anawratha, who founded the Bagan dynasty, the first dynasty of Myanmar. King Anawratha introduced Sri Lanka’s Theravada Buddhism to solidify his identity, and established a policy to control and manage the existing Nats belief rather than reject it. The most famous Nats festival in Myanmar is the Nats festival for brother held in the village of Thaungpyone, north of Mandalay, Myanmar’s second largest city. In Thaungpyone, there are many shrines with Nats besides Min-Nyinaung. However, the number of Nat Nans located in Thaungpyone, the sanctity and location of Nat Nan are unknown. In this article, you can see the persistence and diversity of the myth through the story of the brothers becoming Nat in Thaungpyone. We looked at the contents of the Thaungpyone Nat festival. In addition, Nat Nan, the site of the Thaungpyone Nat festival, was summarized in detail, and through this, 37 Nat in Myanmar and Nat in Thaungpyone village were compared.

        건강한 오른손잡이 남성의 자세분석에 따른 추나치료의 효과

        Objectives The present study was designed to analyze the posture pattern of healthy right-handed male and to investigate the effect of Chuna treatment. Methods Twenty healthy right-handed male were selected in this study. Body posture was measured by Body Styleⓡ. After that, subjects received Chuna treatment on lumbar and pelvis area. Finally, the 2nd measurement was carried out. Results In shoulder height, left shoulder was higher than right one. In pelvic height, right iliac crest was higher than left, followed by longer right leg than left. In lower limb angle suggesting valgus or varus knee. In height of scapula inferior angle, right seemed higher than left. After the Chuna treatment, shoulder height, pelvic height, and leg length difference showed significant improvement. Other variables showed improvement but it was not significant. Conclusions These results suggest that right-handed male have some characteristic posture pattern because of their daily life habits, and Chuna treatment can be effective in correcting bad posture.
