우리나라의 대부분의 노동자는 노동력을 제공한 대가인 월급, 즉 근로기준법에서 말하는 임금으로 생활한다. 이와 같이 임금은 근로자가 생존을 확보하기 위한 유일한 수단이다. 따라서 임금문제는 노동운동에 있어서도 가장 큰 관심사일 뿐만 아니라, 근로자의 최저한의 근로조건을 규율하는 근로기준법에 있어서도 필수적인 보호대상이 된다. 그러나 근로자의 생존기반인 임금을 보호하기 위한 장치들을 두고 있지만, 매년 체불임금에 대한 신고건수는 증가하고 있으며, 명절이나 연말연시가 되면 정부는 체불임금 문제에 대해서 강력한 대처와 체불임금문제의 조속한 해결을 위한 근로자의 지원책을 발표하고 있으나, 경제사정의 악화 또는 악덕 사업주에 의한 임금체불은 줄지 않고 있는 것이 현실이다. 근로자 또한 체불임금 해결을 위한 법적제도에 대한 무지와 경제적 어려움으로 인하여 보호를 받지 못하는 것도 엄연히 존재하는 사실이다. 따라서 본 논문은 체불임금에 대한 현재의 구제제도 및 노동관서에 접수된 체불임금의 처리 현황을 살펴보고, 체불임금제도의 처리제도의 문제점과 개선방안 및 현행의 노동위원회 제도를 통해서 체불임금의 신속하고 효율적인 처리방안 및 기타 제도를 통한 구제방안에 대해서 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 위해 우선 체불임금의 현황 및 현행의 구제제도에 대해서 살펴보고, 이러한 구제제도의 문제점과 개선방안에 대해서 차례로 검토해 봄으로써 합리적인 체불임금의 해결방안을 모색하였다. Almost workers in Korea live on their salary for their labor, in other words, wage according to the Labor Standards Act. Wage is worker’s only way to secure its survival. Therefore, wage is the vital target of the Labor Standards Act which regulates minimum working conditions as well as the biggest matter of concern in labor movements. Even if there are strategies to protect wage, base of worker’s survival, report of overdue wage is increasing every year, and the government announces aid programs to deal with wage unpaid strongly and to solve it as soon as possible every holidays, but overdue wage due to deterioration of economy and vicious enterprisers does not decrease. Furthermore, workers oneself are not protected owing to ignorance of legal measures and economic pain. Accordingly, the study aims to investigate the current relif policies for overdue wage and the status of handling wage unpaid reported at labor authorities and to examine swift and effective remedies and help program through other policies. To achieve this, the status of wage unpaid and the current relief policies are searched, then problems and reformation of the relief policies are looked into in order to seek reasonable solution of overdue wage.

최근 컴퓨팅 환경은 네트워크의 급속한 확산과 더불어 신개념 컴퓨팅 디바이스의 등장으로 다양한 삶의 영역에 컴퓨팅을 적용하는 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경이 되고 있다. 이러한 환경은 물리적 객체와 디지털 정보가 유기적으로 연계되어 사용자에게 컴퓨팅을 통한 편리한 생활 환경을 제공하는 방향으로 발전하고 있다. 이러한 컴퓨팅 발전 추세에 따라 다양한 물리적 객체와 디지털 정보를 연동하기 위하여 바코드 등의 이미지 코드나 RFID등을 이용한 태그 인터페이스에 관한 여러 연구가 진행중이다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 하이브리드 태그 인터페이스는 폭넓게 사용되고 있는 이미지 코드와 근래에 다양한 영역에 적용되는 RFID를 결합하여 사용하는 인터페이스 모델로서, 물리적 객체에 관련된 다양한 정보를 이미지코드와 RFID를 혼용하여 그 관계에 따라 듀얼, 부분, 연관, 속박, 이산의 5가지 모델로 정립하였다. 하이브리드 태그 인터페이스는 이미지 코드와 RFID 같은 태그 인터페이스의 장단점을 분석하여 사용자의 편의성을 향상시키고 적용 어플리케이션을 다양화 함으로써 효율적이고 편리하게 적용가능한 태그 인터페이스이다. Recently, new computing technologies are emerging from various life environments, as a result of the spread of network environments and the advent of new computing devices. This trend in computing technology is called “Ubiquitous computing” and is being developed to provide a convenient lifestyle through the dynamic integration of physical objects and digital information. The hybrid tag interface suggested in this paper is a usage model that integrates widely used image codes and recently applied RFIDs in various applications. On the basis of this concept, we eventually designed five different models such as Dual, Partial, Relative, Rebind and Discrete types according to their interrelation. In this paper, the characteristics of tag interfaces in the form of image codes and RFIDs are analyzed and the hybrid tag interface is proposed here for more efficient and convenient interface.

광반사를 이용한 광선반 채광시스템의 기본형상 설계 및 성능평가에 관한 연구

Good natural lighting and unimpeded views out of a building belongs to the minimum standards required by guidelines for natural, healthy, productive workplace. Attention, however, should be focused not so much on a simple maximization of the natural light available in a space, as on improving the quality of lighting by ensuring as even but intense distribution of illumination in all inner areas. An architectural means of optimal daylight distribution is by using so-called light shelf systems, horizontal shading and redirecting devices. They improve the uniformity of natural light in a space by reducing the level of illumination near the window and redirecting light deeply into the space. In most cases, systems of this kind consist of light-colored, reflecting or mirror elements in the area of the building facade. One problem in selecting and positioning elements of this kind is the facts that ultimately the amount of light available in the facade plane is merely redistributed and reduced a little with each reflection. This paper aims to provide the design guidelines for optimal light shelves based on their geometric and optical characteristics. Their role, that is, a tradeoff between optimal distribution of the daylight and glare control has been evaluated simultaneously. A series of computer simulation deals with the basic geometrical design elements of a commonly used light shelf and sky conditions. As is shown in the results, for best distribution, light shelves should be located as low in a space as possible without causing glare, typically above standing eye level. In addition, more uniformity of light distribution can be improved by extending of the shelf and reflectance of the shelf and higher ceiling height might play a role in increasing the effectiveness of light shelves.
