차세대 이동통신 네트워크는 3G 진화망, 차세대 무선랜, WiMAX/WiBro 등 다양한 무선 접속 기술이 All-IP 기반 핵심망에 연결되어 통합되는 형태로 발전하고 있으며 무선 접속 기술의 커버리지에 따라 이기종 무선망이 중첩되어 운영될 수 있으나, 이에 대한 사항은 고려되고 있지 않은 상황이다. 이에 따라 4G 를 위한 차세대 네트워크와 현존하는 이기종 인터페이스를 지원하는 서비스 프레임워크가 요구되는 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 현재 사용되는 MIPv4 를 기반으로 하는 이기종 무선서비스 프레임워크를 위한 Hand-off 상황에 따른 패킷손실을 최소화 하는 방안을 제안한다.

중첩된 이기종 무선망에서의 다중 무선 서비스 프레임워크

WLAN, WiBro, cdma2000, HSDPA와 같은 여러 이기종 무선 네트워크 서비스가 늘어나고 무선 서비스를 사용하기 위한 사용자의 선택의 폭도 점점 커짐에 따라 다양한 이기종 무선인터페이스를 동시에 사용하고자 하는 Multiple Care-of Address 방안이 IETF MONAMI6 WG에서 제안되었다. 이 방안을 통해 단말은 다중 인터페이스를 사용하여 동시에 여러 네트워크로의 접속이 가능하다. 이처럼 다양한 무선 접속 기술은 All-IP 기반 핵심망에 연결되어 통합되는 형태로 발전하고 있으며 무선 접속 기술의 커버리지에 따라 이기종 무선망이 중첩되어 운영되고 있어, 이에 대한 고려가 요구되고 있다. 이에 따라 4G를 위한 차세대 네트워크와 현존하는 이기종 인터페이스를 지원하는 서비스 프레임워크가 요구되는 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 현재 서비스되고 있는 환경을 고려한 이기종 무선 서비스 프레임워크를 제안하고 여러 인터페이스 특성과 사용자 정의를 고려하여 효율적인 네트워크를 선택하는 수정된 MCoA (Multiple Care-of Address) 방안과 다중 인터페이스 핸드오버 상황에 따른 패킷 손실을 최소화 하는 방안을 제안한다. As a variety of wireless network services, such as WLAN, WiBro, cdma2000, and HSDPA, are provided and the range of users' choices for the wireless services are broaden. MCoA (Multiple Care-of Address) concepts that enable users to use wireless interfaces simultaneously have been presented in IETF MONAMI6 WG. Through this scheme, users can access several networks simultaneously by using multiple wireless interfaces. Such various wireless connection technologies continue to advance as they are connected and integrated to All-IP-based core network, and at the as time, heterogeneous networks are being managed overlaid according to the coverage of the wireless connection technologies. Under such circumstances, needs for an integrated architecture have arisen, and thus wireless service framework is required that effectively manages heterogeneous networks which coexist with next generation’s networks for 4G. In this paper, a wireless service framework is suggested in the consideration of current wireless service environment, and the framework covers the schemes to minimize the packet loss caused by handover, and also modified Multiple Care-of Address that helps to select most effective network by considering characteristics of various interfaces as well as users' preferences.

무선 통신 기술의 발달과 함께 다양한 무선 접속 기술이 늘어나고 이에 따라 다양한 무선 네트워크가 공존하는 환경으로 변화되고 있다. 이러한 환경에 맞추어 스마트 폰과 같이 하나이상의 무선 인터페이스를 탑재한 단말들이 늘어나고 있다. 그러나 무선 접속 기술이 증가하고 이를 지원하는 다양한 무선 서비스들이 증가함에 따라 특정 네트워크 자원이 부족하게 되는 현상들이 발생될 수 있다. 이러한 문제는 중첩되어 존재하는 이기종 네트워크의 자원을 활용함으로써 해결이 가능하며 이를 위해 이기종 네트워크간 통합 지원관리가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 이기종 네트워크들의 통합을 위한 표준과 관련된 방안들을 알아보고 표준화 방안들에 기반한 이기종 네트워크의 통합 자원관리 방안 구조를 제안한다.

무선 통신 기술의 발달과 함께 다양한 무선 접속 기술이 늘어나고 이에 따라 다양한 무선 네트워크가 공존하는 환경으로 변화되고 있다. 이러한 환경에 맞추어 스마트 폰과 같이 하나 이상의 무선 인터페이스를 탑재한 단말들이 늘어나고 있다. 그러나 무선 접속 기술이 증가하고 이를 지원하는 다양한 무선 서비스들이 증가함에 따라 특정 네트워크 자원이 부족하게 되는 현상들이 발생될 수 있다. 이러한 문제는 중첩되어 존재하는 이기종 네트워크의 자원을 활용함으로써 해결이 가능하며 이를 위해 이기종 네트워크간 통합 자원관리가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 이기종 네트워크들의 통합을 위한 표준과 관련된 방안들을 알아보고 표준화 방안들에 기반한 이기종 네트워크의 통합자원관리 방안 구조를 제안한다. Due to the advances of wireless technologies, a variety of Radio Access Technologies (RATs) coexist. Under the heterogeneous RAT environment, mobile terminals such as smart phones, has are equipped with multiple wireless interfaces to support various RATs. However, the popularity of various wireless services causes lack of radio resources of wireless networks temporarily. This problem can be alleviated by common radio resource management (CRRM) for cooperating overlaid wireless networks. In this paper, we survey current standards for heterogeneous wireless networks to cooperate with each other and propose a novel CRRM architecture based on current standards.

The purpose of this study was to find out the differences in physical educators′value orientations based on gender, college, education level, and teaching experience. 114 physical education teachers were randomly selected from three cities of Chungchong Province. The Value Orientation Inventory developed by Ennis and Hooper(1988) used as a means of examining the education belief structure of physical education teachers. The results of this study were as follows; 1. Teachers prioritized disciplinary mastery into the highest categories, following by self-actualization, ecological integration, learning process, and social reconstruction within any of the orientations. 2. Both male and females ranked disciplinary mastery from the other orientations. Male teachers placed self-actualization in higher than female teachers. 3. Both teachers who graduated from college of education and teachers who graduated from college of non-education prioritized disciplinary mastery into the highest category. While teachers who graduated from college of education ranked disciplinary mastery as a high priority, teachers who graduated from college of non-education ranked learning process and social reconstruction as a high priority. 4. Both teachers with bachelor degree and teachers with master degree demonstrated a high priority on disciplinary mastery. While teachers with bachelor degree ranked learning process and social reconstruction as a high priority, teachers with master degree ranked self-actualization as a high priority. 5. Without regarding teaching experience, teachers placed disciplinary mastery in a high priority. While teachers with more experience were to place a high priority on the ecological integration, teachers with less experience were to place a high priority on the self-actualization.

FMC 서비스 사례 연구 : UMA와 Femtocell

가정과 기업의 실내 환경에서 휴대전화를 사용하는 비중이 점차 확대됨에 따라 유선사업자와 이동통신사업자간의 시장 방어 이슈로 본격화된 UMA(Unlicensed Mobile Alliance)와 Femtocell에 대한 논의는 점차 단말과 시스템의 기술면/비용면의 문제가 해결되면서 현실성 있는 방안으로 인정받고 있다. 더불어, 지금까지의 휴대전화 중심의 무선통신 단말기가 점차 PMP(Portable Multimedia Player), 게임기, 노트북, UMPC(Ultra Mobile PC), 카메라 등 다양한 형태로 확대됨에 따라 새로운 통신 서비스에 대한 요구와 시장 확대로 이어지고 있다. 이에 따라 FMC(Fixed Mobile Convergence)의 실현은 점차 가시화 되고 있으며, TPS(Triple Play Service)를 넘어서 QPS(Quadruple Play Service)로의 진화가 본격적으로 시작되는 상황이라 하겠다. 이에 본 연구에서는 FMC를 가능하게 하는 핵심 기술로서 UMA와 Femtocell에 대한 표준/기술/시장 현황을 설명하고, 앞으로 해결해나가야 하는 이슈들을 정리한다. 아울러, 점차 진화해 나갈 모습에 대해서도 기술한다.
