        근로소득보전세제 시행에 따른 의사결정지원 시뮬레이션 모형에 관한 연구

        The earned income tax credit(EITC) lately introduced in korea responds sensitively to social security and economic condition. Therefore, both a model of the supply and demand and a change of its requirements are needed to preserve the original function of the EITC. In addition, we must analyze the characteristics of qualifying people in response to the change of the influence factors. In this study, a simulation model is developed to assume the budget and scale for the EITC according to a model of supply and demand and its requirements. This simulation model is contains a model of supply and its requirements as condition variables and also includes the functions of prediction and revision about the influence factors. It will support strategically both the prediction information of social influence in the program change and decision making information to improve the EITC.

      • 體育系講習所의 實態와 改善策에 관한 調査硏究

        1.The Aim : The aim of this study is to know the actual state of the facilities, trainers, trainees, the contents of training, etc., In the physical training institutions which established privately, and to take the improving measures. 2.The Methods : (The Step) This study is a kind of investigation, and the subject of investigation is 98 private physical training institutions in Pusan. The questionaire made by the research worker himself was used. The data was collected through trained investigators visiting there and interviewing the staffs. 3.The Result : 1) Facilities : Most of them is small in size and very poor in management, and therefore the financial support is needed and the standard of establishing institutions must be adjusted. 2) Trainers : The average age is 33.4 years old, and more than 57% of them are graduates from training college. The institution management career is about 1--6 years, and most have over ten years' experience as players and have the certificate of 4--6 grader in each major field(of sports). As 79.6% of them have careers as players, their physical training skill is excellent. 86% of the respondents participated in the study and training workshop for the improvement in quality, which are mostly under the superintendence of the association. For the improvement in quality of the trainers, the related laws and regulations need to be strengthened and also the standards of qualification need to be graded according to their abilities. 3) Trainees : Most of them are men, and that mostly elementary and secondary school students. The number is increasing but irregular, and 81.6% of them take part in the athletic contests 1--3 times a year. 4) The contents of training : Facilities are opened 3--4 times a day, and each is about 90 minutes long. The training plans are not good enough, and so it is desirable that the association presents a prescribed form. The completion term is formally decided, but it is for the acquisition of upper class or grade, and in general it is a continuous course. 5) The rest : 40.8% of respondents have had 1--2 accidents per year and most of the hospital expenses are paid by the institutions. The management of the institutions is their main business for 88% of them, and they are satisfied with the job. The most difficult thing in management is the financial problem.

      • 肥滿體重과 體力要素間의 相關에 관한 硏究

        The purpose of this study is to find out the correlation between weight and physical fitness by analysing the results of tested six physical items. The items were subdivided into such as the 100M running(power), running broad-jump(power and balance), the 600M running(endurance), Throw(power and balance), Chin-up & Hang-up(muscular endurance), and Raise(muscular endurance), respectively. And three groups classified into the obesity-body weighters, the standard-body weighters and the under-body weighters were selected according to the index of the koroan stand body weight. The total number of experimental groups was 150 of men and women. The detailed results obtained in this test were as followings. 1.The obesity-body weighers had worse physical fitness in the 100M running, 600M running, throw and muscular endurance, respectively than standard-body weighters and under-body weighters. 2.In the case of men, the obesity-body weighters had a bad score in the running broad-jumps but, in the case of women, it was found to be reversed. Therefore, the effect of obesity on women physical fitness in the running broad-jump was found to be of no significance. 3.Female obesity-body weighters, especially, were inferior to both of standard and under-body weighters in the throwing capacity. From the above results, it was concluded that physical fitness was significantly corelated to obesity-body weight.

      • 보디빌딩의 效果的인 指導方法에 관한 硏究

        The reasearch thesis of bodybuilding and all sorts of physical education books made comparative analyzed for effective coaching method of bodybuilding. The conclusion of this study is summarized as follows ; 1. Bodybuilding training method is effective to follow Joe, Weider's Principles of bodybuilding. 2. Not only the training but also the nutrition is very important in bodybuilding. 3. Off-season training is good to be used split-system and pre-contest training is good to be used double split-system. 4. Off-season training frequency is good 4∼5 days per weekly, pre-contest training frequency is good 6 days per weekly. 5. Bodybuilding competitiors suit to train 15-20 sets per each muscle group. 6. Off-season training is good to use of heavy weight(80-100% of maximum strength) for strength improvement and muscle hypertrophy, pre-contest training is good to use of light weight(70-80% of maximum strength) for definition. 7. A day training time suti 2~3 hours. 8. To take multiple-vitamin and minerals will be effective for bodybulders. 9. Protein intake quantity of a day is effective 2∼39 per 1 kg of bodyweight 10. Off-season diet is effective to take high calorie food for increase muscle size, pre-contest diet is effective to take low calorie and protein supplement(protein powder and amino acids) for definition. 11. Beginners and intermediates must be effective to train Strict style. 12. Sleeping time of a day is effective 9 hours and nap of 10-15 minutes is effective for recuperation 13. Bodybuilding is many effected skin color(sun bath) and mental attitude with the exception of training, nutrition, rest and recuperation. 14. Training program is effective to consider training intensity, training frequency, repetitions, rest interval, sets and so on, and is effective to consider the aim of training, physical fitness, bodybuilder's age and so on. Korean bodybuilders shall many develop to take good nutrition and hard training above mentioned is based knowledge.

      • 기술자산평가를 위한 점수산정법의 개발

        Since the technology is one of the most important factors for national and cooperate competition, the development of new and profitable technologies is highly emphasized. Then the question occurs for the new technology as how much it would be profitable and valuable. To solve such a problem the Point assessment system(PAS) is developed in this paper. The PAS would provide sales price and mortgage value for technology assets. For this purpose, this paper include the analysis of existing PA methodologies throughout the world to find the differences and features to make new and improved assessment factors. In order to enhance objectivity of qualitative characteristics of technology, PAS suggests 10 factors for assessment. The 10 factors were divided into three groups that consist of technology feature, technology environment and economic environment. Various pointing questionnaires are provided for each 10 assessment factor in order to calculate the total grade and value of the given technology.
