Recently, there has been increasing interest in reduction of energy consumption worldwide, which is the same in the field of manufacturing engineering. However, a standard power consumption of machining processes have yet to be addressed. So, the power consumption of machining processes needs to be evaluated and documented properly. In this research, we found that the machining power consumption is proportional to Material Removal Rate (MRR), that depends cutting parameters such as cutting speed, feed rate and depth of cut. And the machining power consumption could be simplified with the 1st order polynomial model via MRR. But the slope of this polynomial may vary among properties of a specimen on the same machine. To be standardized, a specimen was annealed by heat treatment and a material of a specimen was selected. Heat treatment effects of specimens from different manufacturers were eliminated by ISO-annealing. The machining power consumption might not be affected by differences of equivalent metal, SM45C and AISI 1045. Finally, the machining power consumption via MRR was modeled, and predicted by cutting parameters of NC codes.

This study researched the working status and problems of the facility management workers based on the employees, and derived the following results. First, differentiated political enhancement understanding the business characteristics of the employees is necessary. Second, alternatives such as adequate allocation of the number of personnel and adjustment of the amount of the work is necessary in the cleaning management field which has a relatively higher turnover rate due to excessive amount of the works. Third, 61.4% of the facility management employees prefer the direct management among the building management types, and the advantage of the outsourcing of the management shall be utilized as much as possible by politically enhancing the problems of the outsourcing of the management to increase the expectations for stable employment. Fourth, the facility management workers have the most interest in adequate salary and stable employment. Without only thinking of the short term cost, but with the strong will in the long term perspective, encouraging their business maturity and service mind, and responsibility and pride, etc. is one way of efficient building management.
시스템 오브 시스템즈의 오류 위치 추정을 위한 통계적 검증 결과 활용 기법 분석

시스템 오브 시스템즈(System-of-Systems, SoS)는 독립적인 이종의 구성시스템들로 이루어진 크고 복잡한 시스템이며, 이런 SoS의 목표 달성도 확인을 위해 통계적 모델 검증(Statistical Model Checking, SMC) 기법이 주로 사용된다. 하지만 SoS가 특정 목표를 달성하지 못하는 경우, SoS내에 존재하는 목표 달성 저해 요소를 효율적으로 찾기 위해 기존 오류 위치 추정 기법을 확장 적용할 수 있다. 하지만, 기존 기법들은 성공, 실패의 테스팅 결과만을 사용하기 때문에, SMC의 확률적 결과값을 기존 위치 추정 기법에 사용하기 위한 추가적인 해석 기법이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 SoS에 기존의 오류위치 추정기법을 적용하기 위한 6가지 기법을 소개하고, 재난 대응 SoS를 이용하여 해당 기법들에 대한 비교 분석을 진행하였다. 그 결과, SMC의 결과를 기댓값으로 활용한 기법이 모든 시나리오에서 평균적으로 좋은 성능을 보임을 밝힐 수 있었다. System of Systems (SoS) is a large and complex system comprising independent constituent systems. Statistical Model Checking (SMC) techniques can be used to verify if the SoS achieves its goals or not. However, even if the SoS goal failure is detected using the SMC, finding a root cause of the SoS failure requires more cost than that of a system. One of the candidate solutions for reducing the debugging cost is to apply fault localization techniques on the SoS. However, existing fault localization techniques are designed to utilize testing results of a system. Thus, a method to utilize SMC results is needed to apply existing fault localization techniques to the SoS. In this study, we suggest six utilization methods of SMC results for SoS fault localization, and compare the performance of them on the emergency-response SoS. We found that the method based on the expectation value showed the best performance in the experiment.

There are several approaches to calculate a sample size for bioequivalence test. Among these approaches, sample sizes determination based on Schuirmann's two one-sided tests procedures has been used most popularly in case of 2${\times}$2 bioequivalence study. Here we proposed simple sample size table for conventional 2${\times}$2 bioequivalence test based on Schuirmann's two one-sided tests in accordance with Korean Guidelines for Bioequivalence Test. This table will allow researchers with a little statistical background to calculate the sample size for bioequivalence with easy process.
