The purposes of this study are not only to reduce the delay of educational equipment repairs by means of improvovement of science and technology and accumulation of repair skills, but also to enhance both import substitution effects by localization of the equipment and its parts and educational efficiency, through the inspiration of management awareness for educational equipment and the promotion of its application to education. For these purposes, the Educational Equipment Management and Maintenance Center of this university should try to achieve the following. a) allocation of regular staffs and recruitment of high-skilled persons to the center to facilitate educational experiments and practice, b) establishment of new budget items from some of the national budget to be assiged to the center, c) security of auxiliary facilities for the center, d) conversion of the center to a more active and dynamic repair-supporting system, e) extension of repair support to other institutions, f) conversion of premodern closed thought to multiple open recognition, g) conversion of the center to a more advanced and independent system.

In our country, the universities are not sufficient for laboratory facilities as well as research systems. Therefore, It is necessary to introduce the systematic co-operative methods and to operate the systems rationally. After all, if co-operative laboratory facilities are equipped in universities, the effects will be expected as follows : 1) The efficiency on saving the budget effectively by the prevention of the overlapping investments. 2) The greatest efficiency of the use according to co-operative practical uses. 3) The rational management and the technological accumulation by professional agents. 4) The efficiency on laboratory educational-industrial co-operation. 5) The international exchange with the information of technology.

The establishment of enterprise culture has been promoted by the appearance of huge enterprises with the rapid growth of Korean economy. The basic characteristic of enterprise which distinguishes the enterprise culture each nation is decided by the situations (if the times and the traditional elements. This characteristic accumulated over the times has influenced the negative strategies and the consciousness of of enterprise members. English historian, E. H. Carr, said that the core of this world had transferred from western countries to eastern countries and Asia. His argument means that the culture of the world moves Pacific region to call "the period of Pacific." According to this change, it is needed to investigate the mangement of culture for Korean enterprise because Korea and Japan play important roles in the economy of the world. Also many economists have accounted for Japanes enterprise in the following studies : "On Japan Factory in 1958 by J. Abbelen, Z Theory W. Ouchi, Japan Mangement A. G. Athos and R. T. Pascale, and JIT System, etc. Korean enterprise has been developed in the industrial process based on the economic growth and development by government. It led to negative results because the enterprises depend on the others rather than the independence in the mangement and the culture establishment of enterprise. Also it was caused from the short sight to take the mangement of the advanced nations rather than the characteristic for Korean enterprise : Unscientific method which would commit trial and error brought about the poor Korean enterprise culture. In conclusion, it is needed to establish Korean enterprise culture, preventing the impact and the confusion caused by mixing our traditional enterprise culture and Japanes enterprise culture.
기계업 종업원의 직무만족·불만족에 관한 연구 : 대전·충남지역을 중심으로 A Case of Tae-Jeon and Chung-Nam Area

This paper is focused on identifying job-satisfaction level that employee of mechanical industry being located in Tae-Jeon city and Chung-Cheung Provine of Korea. The "two Factor Theory of Motivation" by Herzberg was adapted for this paper. To identify the factors of job-satisfaction, correlation and ANOVA Method was applicated. Following items are the result of researching. 1. To mechanical industry employees motivators are related to job-satisfaction and instead of hygiene factors, motivators are also effected on job-dissatisfaction. 2. The higher education personnel shows the high level of job-satisfation. 3. Finally, the upper position personnel. In conclusion, supervisor or managerial personnel need to recognized and praise subordinate personnel, and give them a fait chancd of promotion.
