Personal Health Record (PHR) has recently been drawing attention due to the an ever - increasing interests of ubiquitous healthcare. Diverse approaches have been proposed to implement PHR at home and abroad. In this review, we propose a hospital-oriented PHR system for the future direction of medical information system. If a hospital-oriented PHR system is implemented, hospitals can increase the quality of medical care by providing personalized medical services to the individual patients and the reliability of health records in PHR can be significantly improved. For this purpose, we first investigate the definition of PHR and then address diverse issues to be tackled prior to implementation of the hospital-oriented PHR system.

Changes in the global business environment continue at an accelerated pace. The 21st century maybe remarked, perhaps, for its hot issues on globalization and diversity. Diversity may arise in terms of ethnic, gender, age and culture. Cultural diversity out of all stands out in front in modern times as more multinational companies operate internationally resulting more people to start living abroad and work with people from different cultures. In recent years, these multinational companies realized the important roles human resource management play in international trade since cultural diversity is very influential on their work performance. A well-managed human resources will ensure organizations' success to a great extent. This paper touches the field of cultural diversity and introduces human resource management of international trade as a way to handle diversity matters faced by international organizations.
Rule-based in vitro molecular classification and visualization

Molecular computing using programmable nucleic acids has been attracting attention for use in autonomous sensing systems and information processing systems by interacting with a biological environment. Here, we introduce a rule-based in vitro molecular classification system that can classify disease patterns using several microRNA (miRNA) markers via the assembly of programmed DNA strands. The classification rules were derived by analyzing large-scale miRNA expression data obtained from a public database, and the identified rules were converted into DNA sequences. Classification was performed via the detection of miRNA markers in the rules. The classification results were reported as a binary output pattern according to their hybridization to the rule sequences, which can be conveniently visualized using gold nanoparticle aggregation. Our results demonstrate the utility of in vitro molecular classification by illustrating one of the ways in which molecular computing can be used in future biological and medical applications.

최근 전세계적으로 헬스케어 산업에 대한 관심이 부각되고 있고, 그 중에서도 헬스케어 데이터를 딥러닝 등의 기계학습으로 분석하는 의료 AI 산업이 급속히 주목을 받고 있다. 기계학습 기법의 특성상 의료 AI 개발을 위해서는 헬스케어 빅데이터가 반드시 필요하다. 하지만, 현재 대부분의 헬스케어 데이터들은 비표준화된 형태로 서로 다른 방법으로 생성되고 있어, 이를 통합하고 분석하는 데 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 본 고에서는 건강과 관련된 헬스케어 데이터들의 종류와 특징을 간단히 정리하고, 해당 데이터들을 통합하고 분석하기 위해 필요한 국제 표준을 소개하고자 한다.
