In this study, the leaching behavior of vanadium (V) was investigated through CaO roasting and sulfuric acid leaching from domestic V-bearing titanomagnetite (VTM). Changes in the phase according to the amount of CaO added and roasting temperature were analyzed. Regardless of the roasting conditions, perovskite (CaTiO<sub>3</sub>) was preferred to form. When the CaO content was increased, the calcium ferrite (CaFeO<sub>x</sub>) phase was formed; otherwise, ferrite (Fe<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>) was preferred. After CaO was roasted, leaching was performed for 6 h with 1M sulfuric acid at 50℃ and a 10% solid-liquid ratio. Results of leaching revealed that when the roasted product was sintered, V was not sufficiently oxidized, and the leaching efficiency decreased. In addition, when the roasting temperature was low, the leaching efficiency of V decreased due to the influence of unreacted excess CaO. To lower the leaching efficiency of iron and titanium in VTM concentrates, suppressing the formation of CaTiO<sub>3</sub> and CaFeO<sub>x</sub> was necessary by minimizing the amount of CaO added. Consequently, a leaching efficiency of 86% V, 4.3% Fe, and 6.5% Ti was obtained when the roasted product of 1150℃ and 10 wt% CaO was leached.
저품위 동광으로부터 습식제련공정에 의한 구리의 분리 공정 연구

In this study, we attempted to separate and recover Cu from low-grade copper ore by a hydrometallurgical process. The leaching sample obtained after crushing and sieving by 0.355 mm of low-grade copper ore contained 1.5% Cu, 4.7% Fe, 1.0% Mn, and 0.3% Zn. The Cu in the oxide ore was very well leached into sulfuric acid and 97% Cu leaching efficiency was achieved at 80℃ and 3 M sulfuric acid (H<sub>2</sub>SO<sub>4</sub>). From the leaching solution, Cu was separated by solvent extraction from Fe, Mn, and Zn using LIX984N. The separation tendency between Cu and other metals was confirmed through the distribution ratio and separation factor. By plotting the McCabe-Thiele Diagram, the optimum condition for recovering Cu is 5 vol.% LIX984N, 2-stage counter-current solvent extraction, and an O/A ratio of 0.5. Using this method, 99% of the Cu was extracted and a CuSO<sub>4</sub> solution was finally obtained that contained 1.6 g/L Cu after the stripping process using 2 M H<sub>2</sub>SO<sub>4</sub>.

피스톤 로드는 자동차의 진동과 충격을 흡수해 주는 현가장치인 쇽옵소버의 주요 부품의 하나로서 쇽옵소버의 성능에 중요한 영향을 주기 때문에 높은 치수정밀도와 표면 매끄러움을 요구한다. 피스톤 로드의 생산 공정은 원자재 입고 및 적재→절단→열처리→선삭→홈가공→밀링→전조→검사 및 포장 순으로 작업이 진행된다. 생산공장에서는 하루 평균 1만5천개 정도의 피스톤 로드를 생산하고 있기 때문에 사이클 타임을 줄이고 생산의 효율성을 향상시키기 위해 자동화가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 피스톤 로드의 생산공정중에서 검사공정과 피스톤 로드에 나사산을 만드는 전조 공정후에 가공부품을 넘겨주는 수작업 공정을 성력화하고 사이클 타임을 획기적으로 줄일 수 있는 자동화시스템 구축방안을 제시한다. 이를 위해 검사 및 이송장치에 대한 세부적인 검사장치, 정렬장치, 이송장치, 적재장치에 대한 세부 설계 방안과 모델링 수행 결과를 분석하고 제시한다.
Halofuginone 국소 도포가 피부 창상 치유에 미치는 영향

N/A Background:During normal wound healing the formation of scars and fibrous tissue occurs, which consists largely of collagen fibril, but excessive fibrosis and scar formation become clinical problems. Collagen remodelling during scar formation is dependent on both continued collagen synthesis and collagen catabolism. Halofuginone, a plant alkaloid, is known to inhibit collagen type I synthesis at the transcriptional level. Objective:The purposes of this study were to investigate the effects of topical application of halofuginone on the healing of wounds. Method:Topical solutions containing halofuginone of variable concentrations were applied on the full-thickness excisional wounds of hairless mice and 0.1% halofuginone ointments applied on the suture site of rats and the normal skin of hairless mice daily. In addition, we performed a one-time intradermal injection of 0.1% halofuginone solution on the normal skin of the hairless mice. We examined the collagen content of the skin of hairless mice and rats treated with halofuginone solutions and ointments during the healing process by performing hematoxylin-eosin and Masson's trichrome stains. We assessed, from time to time, the change in the full-thickness excisional wound size of hairless mice treated with halofuginone solutions of variable concentrations during the healing process and observed clinically the healing process of hairless mice with the full-thickness excisional wound. Result: 1. The wound size after daily application of 0.001% and 0.1% halofuginone solutions on the full-thickness excisional wounds of hairless mice decreased more slowly in comparison with the control group(p<0.05). 적과 단감은 비타민 A와 C등의 영양 성분이 함유되어 있으나 전량 폐기 처분되고 있다. 이러한 적과 단감의 이용 가능성을 발견하기 위해 적과 부유 단감으로 15℃, 60일간 숙성 중의 경도, 색도, pH 및 염도의 변화와 기호도, 색, 냄새, 염도 및 조직감 등을 10일 간격으로 측정하였다. 적과 단감 장아찌의 경도는 처음 10일간은 감소하였으나 이후 일시적으로 증가하였으며 30일 이후에는 감소하여 연화되였다. 색도의 변화는 명도(L)는 염수 장아찌와 고추장 장아찌 모두 숙성기간 중 감소하였으며 ΔE 값은 고추장 장아찌의 경우 처음 30일간, 염수 장아찌는 40일까지 증가 후 감소하였다. 고추장 장아찌와 염수 장아찌 pH의 변화는 처음 10일간은 큰 감소 폭을 나타내었지만 이후에는 서서히 감소하여 숙성 60일째에는 각각 4.5와 4.0을 나타내었다. 염도는 장아찌의 경우 점차 증가하여 60일째에는 고추장 장아찌 5.8, 염수 장아찌는 6.1이 되었으며 침지액의 염도는 점차 감소하여 60일 후에 각각 5.8과 5.4로 나타났다. 각각의 장아찌에 대한 관능 검사를 실시한 결과 숙성 40일째에 기호도가 가장 높았으며 전반적인 기호도는 고추장 장아찌는 5.9, 염수 장아찌는 4.3으로 나타나 적과 단감을 이용한 고추장 장아찌의 이용 가능성을 발견할 수 있었다. To develop a new pickle with prepersimmon. changes of physicochemical properties and sensory test during storage of kochujang and salt pickles were investigated at 15℃ for 60 days. Hardness and color of the pickles decreased with proceeding of maturation period. and was completely soften after 30 days for the kochujang pickle and after 40 days for the salt pickle. The pHs of pickles maturated for 60 days were changed to 4.5 in the kochujang pickle. and to 4.0 in the salt pickle. respectively. Salt value of both the pickles were 5.8 and 5.4. respectively. Sensory test was favored at the kochujang pickle with 40 days. Color. flavor. salt concentration. texture. and overall acceptability of the kochujang pickle were higher than those of salt pickle. Therefore, the pickles could be used as a novel prepersimmon fermentation food.

견관절의 극상근 내 침윤성 근육 내 지방종은 극히 드문 증례로 저자들은 극상건의 부분 파열이 동반된 극상근 내 침윤성 지방종 환자에 대해 수술적 제거 및 회전근개의 봉합술을 시행하였고, 1년 추시 자기공명영상 결과상에서도 만족스러운 결과를 얻어 이에 대한 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하고자 한다. Infiltrating lipoma in supraspinatus muscle on the shoulder is very rare. We performed open excision and rotator cuff repair on a patient who had infiltrating lipoma in supraspinatus muscle with partial tear of the supraspinatus tendon. We achieved a satisfactory outcome on one-year follow-up magnetic resonance imaging. We report on the case with a review of the literature.
