융의 원형(Archetype)은 태어날 때부터 가지고 나오는 인간의 가장 보편적이며 가장 원초적인 행동유형이다. 인간이면 누구에게나 있는 가장 보편적인 형태를 일어나게 하는 선험적인 틀인 것이다. 본 연구는 원형을 그림책 적용하여 분석함으로써 그 안에 내포된 의도와 상징적 의미를 이해하려 하였다. 옛이야기 그림책에서의 호랑이 그림은 심리적 딜리마를 잘 소화해 낸 양질의 그림책을 독자에게 제공함으로써 호기심 가득한 내용과 간접 체험을 한다는 장점을 비롯해 심성을 긍정적인 것으로 이끌어내는 데 도움을 줄 수 있다고 본다. 개인이나 집단 무의식 모두 사회에서 현재 일어나는 일들과 복잡하게 관련이 될 수밖에 없기 때문에 옛이야기를 통해 인간 무의식의 탐구가 주된 목적이다. 작품의 파괴된 형상을 통해 인간 내면의 발산하고 싶어 하는 파괴본능의 대리만족 제공, 부정적 동일화는 우리 무의식의 자기방어 기제 중 하나로 호랑이는 힘없는 약한 동물을 통째로 먹어 치우려는 동물로 상징되어 지고 공격하고 파괴하여 만족을 얻는 과정을 통해 개성화과정은 자신의 불완전함을 인정하고 그 순간 역설적으로 표현하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 옛이야기의 이야기에서 또한 보은이나 수호자적인 호랑이의 상징보다 양반의 입장에서가 아닌 서민의 입장을 대변하고 그것을 통해 자신의 성장과 개성화 과정을 통해 결국 개인을 건강하게 만드는 길은 그 동안 사회의 요구에 순응함으로써 자아에 의해 완전히 소외된 그 자신의 건강한 개성, 자기를 찾아주는 일, 즉 자기실현 뿐 이다. 그런 면에서 그림책 일러스트레이션에서의 호랑이의 상징은 개성화로서 하나의 치유 과정인 것을 인식하고 더욱더 발전된 그림책에서의 호랑이의 상징을 기대하고자 한다. Archetype of a dragon is the most universal and the most basic behavior type of a human, which is innate. It is also a transcendental frame to generate the most universal pattern that everybody has. This study is purposed to understand the inclusive intent and symbolic meaning of an archtype by analyzing it by application of a picture book. It is thought that a tiger picture in a picture book containing적 the old story can be helpful to draw a nature in the positive manner, including advantage of fully curious contents and indirect experiences by providing a good quality of picture book that efficiently expresses psychological dilemma.The main purpose of this study is a research of human unconsciousness through an old story since both private and group unconsciousness can be intricately related with things currently occurred in a society. Provision of vicarious satisfaction of innate and destructive instinct desiring to give off through the destroyed shape of the work, and negative identification is one of self-defense mechanisms of our unconsciousness. A tiger is symbolized as an animal to eat feeble and weak animals bodily, and it can be found that the individuation process paradoxically expresses the recognition of a human incompleteness through process obtaining satisfaction by attack and destruction. Ultimately, the way to make the individual healthy is only self-realization by finding a healthy personality of a human entirely alienated by the self and restoring the lost self due to full adaptation to social requests so far. The old story more represents the position of ordinary persons, not position of Yangban than symbol of a tiger as subject of gratitude or guardian. In this aspect, the writer desires to recognize that symbol of the tiger in the picture book`s illustration is a remedy process as individuation and expect symbol of the tiger in a further-developed picture book.

영남대학병원에서는 1988년 6월 15일부터 1990년 9월 15일까지 절제가능한 국소 진행된 위암 환자중 원격 전이를 확인할 수 없었던 환자 총 28명을 prospective randomized protocol에 의한 치료를 계획하였다. 28명중, 개복후 절제가 불가능했던 환자 3명과 stage la로 판명된 환자 1명을 제외한 24명에서 외과적 근치절제수술후 1500 cGy를 9MeV의 전자선을 이용하여 1회에 조사하였다. 외부 방사선 치료는 수술후 4주 이내에 시작하여 하루 180 cGy 주 5회 치료법으로 4300~4500 cGy를 조사하였다. 항암요법은 protocol에 의하여 5-FU, Mitomycin-C, Adriamycin, Uraful을 여러 가지 조합으로 투여하였다. 3개월에서 31개월 간의 추적기간 중에 방사선 조사와 관계되는 심한 부작용은 보고되지 않았다. 짧은 추적 기간이므로 생존율을 산출할 수 없겠으나 수술중 방사선치료, 외부방사선치료와 여러 가지 항암제를 병합 투여하였음에도 불구하고 심한 부작용이 발견되지 않았을 뿐 아니라 현재까지 국소재발이 한 예에서도 발견되지 않았음으로 수술중 방사선 치료의 국소 재발 억제 및 방지의 효과가 확실시되며 계속되는 추적검사에서도 좋은 생존율이 기대된다. Total 28 patients with resectable, locally advanced gastric cancer were entered in our prospective randomized study from June 15, 1988 to Sep, 15, 1990 in Yeungnam University Hospital. This study consisted of curative resection, IORT, external irradiation and combination of chamotherapy. Twenty-four of 28 patients were treated with single dose of 1500 cGy with 9 MeV election intraoperatively. External irradiation of 4300~4500 cGy with 180 cGy per fraction, 5 days per week was started within 4th weeks of postoperative days. Various chemotherapy with or without external irradiation were added for reducing hematogenous and/or peritoneal dissemina-tion and determination of complication of each arm. Duration of follow up was 4~31 months. No serious complication related with radiation were reported compare to resection and chemother-apy only group. Although out follow up period is too short to draw any conclusion, IORT appears to improve local control, hopely further survival. Continuous follow up should be needed for evaluation of real therapeutic gain such as complication vs. improved survival.

This is a report of three cases of adult onset Still's disease. The term adult Still's disease was first used by Bywater's in 1971. This is not common in adult but it is recognized as a causes of multiple joint pain and fever of unknown origin and it's clinical significance. Most patients reported have presented with characteristic and identical. clinical syndrome which include high fever, maculopapular rash, polyarthritis associated with leucocytosis and neutrophilia. But serologic abnormalities was not found and no etiologic agents have been identified. Diagnosis of adult onset Still's disease require exclusion of both common and rare causes of febrile polyarthritis as well as prolonged floow-up. Treatment of adult onset Still's disease is aspirin, non-steroidal antiinflammatory durg(NSAID) and steroid. Now, we report three cases of adult Still's disease.
