PSC철도교량 격벽부의 3차원 거동 및 스트럿-타이 모델 해석

The function of diaphragms at abutments and piers of prestressed concrete (PSC) box girder train bridge is to transfer forces from the superstructure onto bearings or column and to stiffen the superstructure cross-section against in-plane deformation. Due to large stress disturbance at diaphragm, the design for the diaphragm using conventional design method is relatively irrational than designs for other structual members. And, due to contribution to boundary condition of deck slab by the diaphragm, the behavior of deck slab near the diaphragm is different from behavior of the deck slab obtained from two dimensional analysis of the bridge, which is basis for the design of deck slab. In this paper, three dimensional behavior of deck slab near diaphragm of PSC box girder train bridge constructed by the precast span method are analyzed by using three dimensional finite element modeling. Then, strut-and-tie model is applied to design the diaphragm of PSC box girder train bridge. The modeling techniques in this paper can be applied effectively to examine the causes of cracks at deck slab near diaphragm and to design diaphragm rationally.
시간의존성을 고려한 해안가 철도 콘크리트 구조물에 대한 내구성 설계 기법의 개발

This paper presents a refined design model for current railroad design code on concrete structures exposed to marine environment. A time-varying diffusion coefficient(D) as well as surface chloride(C<SUB>s</SUB>) and chloride threshold level(C<SUB>lim</SUB>) are studied. Averaging value of the D with time over exposed duration were used to refined durability design model to consider time dependent characteristic of D. The values for C<SUB>s</SUB> and C<SUB>lim</SUB> for the seashore in Korea revised for realistic durability design. The proposed model was verified by the so-called performance-based durability design, which is widely used in recent durability design code. Results show that the current standard specification underestimates durability performances of concrete structures exposed to marine environment, so that the cover depth design using current durability evaluation in the standard specifications is very much conservative. Thus, it is found that proposed durability design models for the railroad design code for railway concrete structures can be used effectively for service life design of concrete structures in marine environment.

오늘날 사회적 소수자에 대한 혐오와 차별이 심각한 사회문제로 대두되고 있다. 차이가 존중받는 다양성 사회로의 전환이 필요한 시기, 본 연구에서는 대안 만화가 갖는 문화다양성 실천의 의미를 살펴보고자 했다. 상업화된주류만화와 구분되는 대안 만화의 개념 및 특징, 성격을 분석하고, 나아가 게오르그 짐멜의 “이방인론”을 이론적토대로 삼아 대안 만화가 추구하는 문화다양성의 의미와 가치를 조망하였다. 또한 제3서점 <홈통>의 사례분석을통해 사회적 소수자에 대한 차별과 혐오를 극복하기 위한 대안 만화의 실천적 역량을 고찰하였다. 대안 만화는 상업화된 주류문화에 저항하여 다양성을 추구하는 소수 문화인 동시에 다양한 소수집단의 문화적표현으로서 의미가 있다. 또한 대안 만화는 짐멜이 주장하는 이방인의 특징-객관성과 자유-을 통해 사회의 지배적인 가치체계와 주류문화의 모순과 취약성을 드러내거나 문화적 획일화 경향을 견제하는 역할을 한다. <홈통>의사례는 대안 만화를 매개로 하는 문화다양성 실천의 구체적 사례를 보여주며, 차별과 혐오를 극복하기 위한 대안만화의 실천적 역량을 드러낸다. Today, hatred and discrimination against social minorities are emerging as serious social problems. When it is necessary to transition to a diversity society where differences are respected, this study attempted to examine the meaning of alternative comics’ practice of cultural diversity. The concept and characteristics, of alternative comics, which are distinguished from commercialized mainstream comics, were analyzed, and furthermore, Georg Simmel's Stranger Theory was used as a theoretical basis to view the meaning and value of cultural diversity pursued by alternative comics. In addition, through the case analysis of the Third Bookstore <Hometong>, the practical capabilities of alternative comics to overcome discrimination and hatred against social minorities were examined. Alternative comics are meaningful as a minority culture that pursues diversity by resisting commercialized mainstream culture and as a cultural expression of various minority groups. In addition, alternative comics play a vital role in revealing the contradictions and vulnerabilities of society's dominant value system and mainstream culture through the characteristics of strangers claimed by Simmel, objectivity and freedom, or checking the tendency of cultural uniformity. The case of <Hometong> shows a specific example of cultural diversity practice through alternative comics, and reveals the practical capabilities of alternative comics to overcome discrimination and hatred.
