      • 혈액투석 환자의 투석일과 비투석일의 신체증상과 피로

        Purpose: This study was designed to compare physical symptoms and fatigue of hemodialysis patients on dialysis day and non-dialysis day. Methods: Data were collected from 63 outpatients undergoing hemodialysis at a hospital in A university hospital in August and September, 2008 using structured questionnaires. The data were analyzed with SPSS WIN 12.0 program with Paired t-test and Pearson's correlation. Results: Physical symptoms in patients between dialysis day and non-dialysis day were not different statistically (t=1.76, p=.08). Fatigue on dialysis day was higher than on non-dialysis day (t=3.27, p=.00). Physical symptoms and fatigue positively correlated with dialysis day (r=.42, p=.00) and non-dialysis day (r=.52, p=.00). Conclusion: Intervention to decrease physical symptoms and fatigue in dialysis day and non-dialysis day should be developed.

        Purpose: This study was to examine patient satisfaction related to an increase in nursing personnel staffing. Methods: The subjects of this study were 317 hospitalized patients in the general wards of a medical center in Kyungki Do. Data were collected at 2 and 8 months following an increase in nursing personnel in the hospital. Patient Satisfaction Scale developed by Lee(1986) and revised by Seo(2000) was used. The data were analyzed by descriptive analysis, t-test, ${\chi}2$ test, and one way ANOVA. Results: Although the patient satisfaction scores at 8 months were higher than the scores at 2 months, there were no significant differences in patient satisfaction between the two periods Among the patient satisfaction subscales, the scores of the education subscale at 8 months were marginally higher than at 2 months (t=-1.97, p=.050). Conclusions: Adequate nursing staffing is important in patient satisfaction and patient outcome. The results provide data that suggests a positive direction for nursing intervention and development of nursing professionals.

        혈액투석 환자의 자아존중감, 극복력 및 삶의 질에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 혈액투석 환자의 자아존중감, 극복력을 파악하고 삶의 질에 미치는 요인을 확인하기 위해 시도되었다. 혈액투석 중인 환자 123명을 대상으로 2020년 2월 1일부터 28일까지 설문지를 통해 자료를 수집하였고, SPSS/WIN 20 program을 이용하여 기술분석, 상관분석, 회귀분석을 시행하였다. 혈액투석 환자의 일반적 특성과 질병관련 특성, 자아존중감, 극복력, 삶의 질 간의 상관관계를 분석한 결과 동거형태(r=.262, p<.01), 경제상태(r=.278, p<.01), 현재 건강상태 인식(r=.294, p<.01), 자아존중감(r=.547, p<.01), 극복력(r=637, p<.01)은 통계적으로 유의한 정적의 상관관계로 나타났다. 본 연구는 혈액투석 환자의 삶의 질을 향상시키기 위하여, 자신의 건강 상태를 잘 수용하며 삶의 의미를 찾도록 하는 간호중재 개발에 필요한 기초자료를 제공함에 그 의의가 있다. The research was to identify difference of values of the self-esteem, resilience and quality of life of hemodialysis patients. The survey was conducted to collect data between February 1 and 28 of 2020. SPSS/WIN 20 program was used to perform descriptive, correlation, and multiple regression analyses. In the correlation analysis, Cohabitation form(r=.262, p<.01), Economic status(r=.278, p<.01), Current health status recognition(r=.294, p<.01), Self-esteem(r=.547, p<.01), Resilience(r=637, p<.01) turned out to be influential factor for self-esteem, resilience, and quality of life according to general and disease of characteristics. Therefore, on the basis of this research, it is meaningful to provide basic data for the development of nursing interventions that allow one to embrace one's health condition and find the meaning of life in order to improve the quality of life of hemodialysis patients.

        남자간호대학생의 임상실습 적응과정에 관한 근거이론적 접근

        본 연구는 임상실습 과정에서 남자간호대학생이 직면하는 경험을 탐색하여 적응하는 과정을 파악하고자 실시하였다. 연구 참여자는 간호학과에 재학 중이며, 임상 실습을 하고 있는 남자간호대학생 8명으로, 자료는 포화상태에 도달했을 때까지 수집하였고, 자료수집 기간은 2015년 10월 26일부터 12월 2일까지였으며, 자료 분석은 Strauss와 Corbin(2008)의 근거이론 분석방법에 따라 개방코딩, 축코딩, 선택코딩의 세 단계를 거치면서 계속적인 비교분석을 하였다. 본 연구 결과 18개의 범주, 45개의 하위범주, 77개 관련 개념들이 도출되었고, 핵심범주는 ‘미래의 간호사로서 삶 속에서 중심되기’로 나타났다. 결과적으로 남자간호대학생은 면담을 통해 자신의 생각을 성찰함으로써 임상실습을 통해 체계적이고 통합적으로 간호문제를 해결하는 능력을 지닌 미래의 간호사로서의 태도를 지니게 되었고, 이러한 긍정적인 경험으로 개개인에게 적합한 적응 방법을 모색하고 실행하고 있었다. This thesis seeks to develop a theory that explains the adaptation process of the male nursing students. With the topic ‘what is the adaptation process of the male nursing students?’, it conducted a study utilizing Grounded Theory suggested by Strauss & Corbin in 1998. The purpose of this study was to understand the coping experience of male nursing students in clinical practice. In-depth interview was done with semi-structured questionnaire on 8 male nursing students taking clinical practice. Data was analyzed through the grounded theory. Core category of coping experience of male nursing students was ‘finding the center of his life to be a future nurse’ while clinical practice. Male student’s coping strategies were ‘establishing identity’, ‘getting real feeling’, ‘ developing strength’, ‘achieving of goal’. Helping components for their coping behaviors were ‘support from field leader and practical professor’, ‘obstacle’. Through the coping experience during clinical practice, male nursing students confirmed their identities as student nurses. Male nursing students taking clinical practice tried to be a finding the center of his life to be a future nurse.

        척수손상인의 적응과정에 관한 근거이론적 접근

        Purpose: This study is a qualitative research on the adaptation of the spinal cord injury after fortuitous the accident. Methods: The subjects are fifteen spinal cord injuries. As a study method, this author employed Grounded theory, one of the qualitative research methods. For data analysis, the procedures of Grounded theory methodology was adopted, and then the data collection were collected for six months from March to September 2009. Concerning the frequence of interviewing, each participants went through individual interviewing twice at least and up to four times if necessary. Results: As a result of open coding, total thirty six concepts and twenty categories were drawn. To synthesize these categories, they came to choose `Going into the new self-made spinal cord injury` as a nuclear category. Typological analysis based on the result of the paradigm model divided them into a reality-avoiding, passive coping, reality-maintaining, reality-overcoming, and self-fulfillment type. Conclusion: As a result of this study, family support to those with spinal cord disability is an important factor for their motive for rehabilitation and adjustment, spinal disabilities were accepted to mostly the disabilities in relations with colleagues. Thus it is necessary to give them a nursing intervention through disability group for successful adjustment to life with disability.

        시뮬레이션 기반 간호교육에서 비디오 영상을 활용한 동료주도 팀 디브리핑이 임상수행능력과 시뮬레이션 학습만족도에 미치는 효과

        목적 본 연구에서는 시뮬레이션 교육에서 비디오 영상을 활용한 동료주도 팀 디브리핑이 간호 대학생들의 임상수행능력과 시뮬레이션 학습만족도, 디브리핑 만족도에 대한 효과를 비교하기 위하여 실시되었다. 방법 2020년 5월부터 7월까지 총 95명의 학생을 대상으로 기관절개관의 비계획적 발관 시 간호에 대하여 비동등성 대조군 사후 설계를 이용하여 수행되었고 총 85명의 자료가 분석에 활용되었다. 시뮬레이션 상황이 녹화된 비디오 영상을 활용한 동료주도 팀 디브리핑에 참여한 실험군의 임상수행능력, 시뮬레이션 및 디브리핑 만족도와 교수자 주도 디브리핑에 참여한 대조군의 그것을 독립표본과 대응표본 t-검정을 이용하여 분석하였다. 결과 실험군과 대조군 모두 시뮬레이션 교육 참여 후 임상 수행능력의 하위영역 중 지식(t=4.27, p=<.001)과 환자사정능력(t=2.94, p=.005), 문제해결능력(t=5.17, p=<.001)은 통계적으로 유의하게 향상되었다. 실험군과 대조군의 비교에서 임상수행능력 중 문제해결 능력(t=2.46, p=.016), 시뮬레이션 만족도와 디브리핑 만족도의 모든 하위영역에서 실험군이 대조군에 비해 유의하게 높게 평가되었다. 결론 시뮬레이션 진행상황에 대한 녹화된 영상을 활용한 동료주도 팀 디브리핑이 학습목표 달성과 학습자의 만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있으며, 다양한 시뮬레이션 상황에 적용할 수 있는 근거를 마련하였다. Objectives This study was designed to investigate the effect of peer-led group debriefing utilizing video recording on clinical performance, satisfaction on simulation and debriefing. Methods The study was conducted from May to July 2020, total 95 nursing students participated in the course of simulation session subject to nursing care for un-planned falling out of cannula of tracheostomy. Total 85 data, 45 of experimental, 40 of control group were analysed. Data on the capacity of clinical performance, satisfaction on simulation session and debriefing were collected for the experimental group which was peer-led group debriefing utilizing video recorded simulation situation and control group which was instructor-led debriefing. The data were analysed using independent and paired t-test. Results Clinical performance capacity including clinical knowledge (t=4.27, p=<.001), Patient assessment (t=2.94, p=.005), and problem solving skill (t=5.17, p=<.001) were significantly improved both experiment and control group after simulation session. Problem solving skill (t=2.46, p=.016), all sub-concepts of satisfaction on simulation session, and debriefing were significantly improved in experimental group compared to control. Conclusions The result of this study provided the evidence of effectiveness of peer-led group debriefing on achieving the goal of nursing education and learner’s satisfaction on simulation. Based on the result of this study, it is concluded that peer-led group debriefing utilizing video recording can be actively used in simulation for nursing student.

        간호대학생의 비계획적 발관에 대한 시뮬레이션 교육 경험

        목적 본 연구에서는 간호대학생의 비계획적 발관에 대한 시뮬레이션 교육 경험을 파악하기 위하여 실시된 질적연구로서 연구 질문은 ‘비계획적인 발관에 대한 시뮬레이션 교육 경험은 어떠한가?’이며, 본 연구를 통해서 도출된 실체이론을 통하여 간호대학생의 시뮬레이션 교육의 경험을 적절하게 할 수 있는 간호학적 개입 방안을 모색하고자 한다. 방법 연구 참여자는 일개 대학에 재학 중인 간호대학생 10명을 대상으로 하였으며, 2020년 9월의 한 달간 심층면담을 실시하였으며, 자료분석은 Corbin과 Strauss(2008)의 근거이론방법을 사용하였다. 결과 이에 따른 분석 결과 핵심 범주는 시뮬레이션 교육 경험에서 ‘자신의 존재에 가치를 부여하기’였고, ‘예상하지 못한 기관지 내관의 이탈’, ‘초조함’, ‘주위의 도움’, ‘직무수행의 자존감 회복’, ‘문제해결에 대한 자신감 함양’의 6개의 범주가 도출되었고, 18개의 하위 범주, 37개의 개념이 도출되었다. 결론 본 연구 결과를 통하여 간호대학생의 비계획적 발관에 대한 시뮬레이션 교육 경험을 심도 있게 이해하는 근거를 제공하며, 추후 간호대학생의 시뮬레이션 교육의 효과와 만족도를 향상시킬 수 있는 프로그램 개발에 도움이 되고자 한다. Objectives The purpose of this study is a qualitative study conducted to understand the experience of simulation education of unplanned attendance of nursing students. Methods Participants in the study were 10 nursing students attending a university, and in-depth interviews were conducted for the month of September 2020. The data analysis used the basis theory method in Corbin & Strauss (2008). As a result of this analysis, the core categories were ‘giving value to one s existence’ in the simulation education experience, and the categories were derived: ‘unexpected deviation from internal organs’, ‘urgent’, ‘help around’, ‘restoration of self-esteem in job performance’ and ‘building confidence in problem solving’. Results In open coding, six categories, 18 subcategories, and 37 concepts were derived. Conclusions It provides a basis for in-depth understanding of the unplanned experience of nursing college students and aims to help develop programs that can improve the effectiveness and satisfaction of nursing college students in the future.

        일개 간호대학남학생의 임상실습 시 의사소통경험에 대한 근거이론적 분석

        This study attempted to grasp the communication experiences faced by male students in nursing college through clinical practice through grounded theoretical analysis. The data collection period is from December 2, 2020 to January 30, 2021, and the participants are 10 male students who have experienced clinical practice. As for the data analysis method, in-depth interviews were conducted according to the grounded theory analysis method of Corbin and Strauss (2008), and continuous comparative analysis was conducted through the steps of open coding, axis coding, and selective coding. As a result of this study, 16 categories, 30 subcategories, and 69 related concepts were derived, and the core category was found ‘to be unavoidably finding your own communication method’. In conclusion, since male students in nursing college experience difficulties due to their immaturity in communication during clinical practice, training-type education is necessary. Therefore, this study shall be a basis for the future development of nursing education programs and quantitative research through the theoretical basis of analysis.
