Objectives & Methods : This study was to study acupuncture and moxibustion treatments for dizziness, I've got compared and analyzed 41 kinds of books since Nei Jing(內經). It seems that the meridians of Bladder, Gall bladder and Governing vessel were mostly used for them in connection with functions of each meridians. Results and Conclusion : 1. The symptoms of dizziness are illusion, nausea, vertigo, tinnitus and mild headache 2. The meridians of acupuncture points which was used much for dizziness were Bladder meridian, Gall bladder meridian and Governing Vessel 3. The frequency of using acupuncture points in this treatment were P'ung Ji(GB20)-27th, Chok-Samni(S36)-17th, Paek'oe(GV20)-15th, Pungnyung(S40)-9th, Shinmack (B62)-9th.

농촌관광 서비스품질이 관광객의 감정반응과 지역이미지 형성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

우수한 서비스품질의 확보는 관광 콘텐츠 및 프로그램의 매력과 함께 관광의 성패를 좌우하는 관광객의 행동의도를 결정하는 중요한 요소 중 하나이기에 본 연구에서는 양질의 서비스품질을 갖춘 농촌관광 상품 마련에 이바지 하고자 농촌관광 서비스품질, 관광객의 감정반응, 지역이미지 형성 간의 관계를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 총 4개의 가설을 설정하였고, 그 검증 결과 관광객이 양질의 서비스품질을 경험하게 되면 긍정적 감정반응을 가지게 되고, 이러한 긍정적 감정반응을 통해 관광지에 대한 긍정적 이미지를 가지게 된다는 것이 확인되었다. 이에 농촌관광 상품을 개발하고, 운영 및 관리를 함에 있어서 농촌관광의 본연의 목적인 농촌다움을 더욱 부각시키면서 관광객의 긍정적인 감정반응을 높여 관광지에 대해 긍정적인 이미지를 형성할 수 있도록 하는 서비스품질을 확보하는 노력은 끈임 없이 이루어져야 할 것이다. Securing excellent service quality is one of the important factors that determine the intentional behavior of tourists, which determines the success or failure of tourism along with the attraction of tourism contents and programs. Therefore, this study tried to verify the relationship between rural tourism service quality, tourists' emotional response, and regional image formation in order to contribute to the establishment of rural tourism products with high quality service quality. For this purpose, a total of four hypotheses were set up, and as a result, it was confirmed that tourists experience high quality service quality, they have positive emotional responses, and they have positive images of tourist attractions through these positive emotional responses. Therefore, in developing, operating and managing rural tourism products, efforts to secure service quality that can raise positive emotional responses of tourists and form positive images of tourist attractions should be made without persistence while highlighting ruralness, the original purpose of rural tourism.

농촌체험 이미지가 농산물 구매의도에 미치는 영향

Recently, the interest and participation of the citizens in the rural experience has been increasing. In addition, the experience of farming is spreading beyond the scope of simple experience and the intention of purchasing agricultural products. Therefore, the image of the region plays an important role when the citizens experience the rural experience. This study analyzed whether the rural experience image affects the purchase of agricultural products. As a result of the analysis, the landscape and location of the rural experience and the image of the facility were related to the purchase intention of agricultural products. Therefore, it is necessary to continuously manage and improve them and to revitalize local economy through rural experience.

소비자의 생강 및 생강 가공제품의 구매행태 분석

This study aims to analyze the consumer purchase behavior of ginger and ginger processed products. For the analysis, researches were done on purchasing place and time, quality standard, preferred packaging, willingness to pay additional expenses regarding the purchasing of ginger while for the ginger processed products we conducted a research on consideration factors affecting to purchase, the purpose of purchasing and intake, purchasing price, preferred packaging unit and product preference. According to the research, the age range from 30s to 40s were the majority of the respondents so we need to reinforce targeted marketing to these consumers. Un-processed gingers were purchased throughout the year and on purchase, and the research data shows that the consumers considered the production region and the quality of taste and the scent the most. Also, there is a necessity to promote small packages due to the fact that most of the purchases were made in small amounts. In case of ginger processed products, the purchase frequency was low and the purchase criteria were in the order of taste, place of origin, and price. Especially in the case of ginger processed products, many consumers replied that it was inconvenient for them to eat the products at home so we will need more products focused on consumer convenience in the near future.

단기와 장기간 커피 관장이 적혈구, 백혈구와 심지혈의 생화학적 수치에 미치는 영향

The effects of longterm or shortterm coffee enema therapy were investigated on the human physiology by total blood tests before and after the treatment. The study included the group A of 8 clinical subjects, and the group B of a couple in cohabitation. The control group in the group A had 10 times of enema by normal saline during 5 weeks while the test group having 20 times of enema by coffee during the same period. The blood samples of the group A were collected 2 times, before and after the treatment. The test group of the group B have continued coffee enema 2 times per week for 2 years to be compared to the control group. The concentration of caffeine in the coffee solution was 297.39 mg per liter. The measured values of red blood cells (RBC), hemoglobin (Hb), hematocrit (Hct), mean corpuscular hemoglobin (MCH), mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration (MCHC) have decreased in the test group in the group A after the therapy. The measured values of platelet and mean corpuscular volume (MCV) have increased in the test group. However, those of the RBC, Hb, Hct, PLT and MCV have increased more than the group A. This results are the differences between group A and B. In the white blood cell concerns, neutrophils, lymphocytes and immature cells have decreased, and the numbers of the neutrophils and basophil have increased in the test group of group A. In the group after the longer therapy the measured values of white blood cells (WBC), neutrophils, immature cells have decreased, however those of eosinophil, basophil and lymphocytes have increased in the test group of the group B. No differences appeared in the longterm or shortterm therapy in the WBC concerns. The lipid and cardiovascular test have shown the decrease in the total cholesterol and triglyceride in both test groups of group A and group B. In the group A, the total cholesterol has decreased by 17.5 mP/MDL in the control group and by 6 mg/MDL on the test group after the treatment on average to show greater decrease by saline enema. The group B showed decrease of 2.67 mg/dl in the control group and 15.33 mg/dl in the test group to show greater decrease by coffee enema. And the decrease in the group B showed statistical significance (p<.01). The LDL results have decreased both in the control group and the test group, with greater amount of decrease in the test group of the group B. The average decrease was 3.33 mg/dl in the control group and 12 mg/dl in the test group. Overall the variations of measured values were in the range of reference index. In conclusion coffee enema is considered to be beneficial for the improvement of blood index and maintenance of health as anatural therapy.

단기와 장기간의 커피 관장이 간기능, 혈당과 요산 검사수치에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to understand the effects of coffee enema therapy on the examined values of liver functions and blood glucose and uric acid by total blood tests before and after the treatment of coffee enema. The study included the group A of 8 clinical subjects, and the group B of a couple in cohabitation. The control group in the group A had 10 times of enema by normal saline during 5 weeks while the test group having 20 times of enema by coffee during the same period. The blood samples of the group A were collected 2 times, before and after the treatment. The test group of the group B have continued coffee enema 2 times per week for 2 years to be compared to the control group. In the liver function test, the test group of group A showed decrease in the total protein(TP), total bilirubi (TB), albumin(Alb) and globulin(Glob), while increase in the aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), alkaline phosphatase (ALP), γ-glutamyl transferase (GGT). The test group of group B showed decrease in the TP, Alb, Glob, AST, ALT, GGT, while increase in the TB. The test group showed high improvements after the treatment in the longterm therapy. The glucose test showed increase in the blood glucose in the test groups of group A, while decrease in the glucose in the test group of group B. However the values were not significant. The uric acid has increased in the control group and decreased in the test group both in the group A and B. The uric acid test has shown more decrease in the test group of group B. The average change before and after the treatment was an increase by 0.25 mg/dl in the control group and a decrease by -0.53 mg/dl in the test group to show opposite results. In the group B, the average change before and after the treatment was an increase by 0.47 mg/dl in the control group and a decrease by -0.13 mg/dl in the test group. Both the decrease in the group A and B showed statistical significance. The blood urea nitrogen( BUN) has decreased in the test group of group A and B. The creatinine has decreased in the test group A, however increased in the test group of group B. The calcium has increased in the test group of the group B. In the thyroid functions, the free T and thyroid stimulating hormone have high decreased in the test group of the group B. The coffee enema therapy showed more improvements after the treatment in the longterm therapy. Coffee enema is considered to be beneficial for the improvement of liver functions, glucose metabolism and uric acid, and maintenance of health as a natural therapy.
