        Electrical Relaxations of Amorphous xKNbO3-(1-x)SiO2 (x = 0.33, 0.5, 0.67, 0.8)

        We have investigated the relaxation behavior for amorphous xKNbO3 . (1 . x) SiO2 (x = 0.33, 0.5, 0.67, 0.8). Samples were prepared by using a twin-roller quenching method, and electrical measurements were carried out in the frequency range from 102 Hz to 1.5 × 107 Hz at a heating rate of 2 K/min. The frequency dependence of the electrical data was analyzed in the frameworks of the electrical modulus formalism and the universal power law. The activation energies obtained from the distribution of the relaxation time of the electrical modulus and the power law were found to become smaller with increasing KNbO3, indicating that the activation energy is an appropriate parameter for describing the relaxation mechanism in the glass region. We have drawn scaling plots for the electrical conductivity obtained using the modulus and the power law methods. We have investigated the relaxation behavior for amorphous xKNbO3 .         Ag Paste bump 구조를 갖는 인쇄회로기판의 Ag migration 발생 안전성 평가

        The current study examined Ag migration from the Ag paste bump in the SABiT technology-applied PCB. A series of experiments were performed to measure the existence/non-existence of Ag in the insulating prepreg region. The average grain size of Ag paste was 30 nm according to X-ray diffraction (XRD) measurement. Conventional XRD showed limitations in finding a small amount of Ag in the prepreg region. The surface morphology and cross section view in the Cu line-Ag paste bump-Cu line structure were observed using a field emission scanning electron microscope (FE-SEM). The amount of Ag as a function of distance from the edge of Ag paste bump was obtained by FE-SEM with energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS). We used an electron probe micro analyzer (EPMA) to improve the detecting resolution of Ag content and achieved the Ag distribution function as a function of the distance from the edge of the Ag paste bump. The same method with EPMA was applied for Cu filled via instead of Ag paste bump. We compared the distribution function of Ag and Cu, obtained from EPMA, and concluded that there was no considerable Ag migration effect for the SABiT technology-applied printed circuit board (PCB).

        비정질 유전체 KNbGeO5의 저주파수 분산과 전기적 완화 현상 연구

        We have investigated electrical relaxation phenomena in amorphous KNbGeO$_5$. The amorphous KNbGeO$_5$ was prepared by using a metal plate quenching method. The electrical property was measured by using an impedance/gain-phase analyzer in the frequency range 100 Hz $\sim$ 15 MHz at a heating rate of 2 $^\circ$C/min. The sample shows a low-frequency dispersion (LFD) for the real part of the dielectric permittivity. The activation energies of the dc and ac conductivities, calculated from Jonscher's power law, are 0.85 and 0.84 eV, respectively. From the master curve of the frequency-dependent electrical conductivity in the glass region, we find the electrical conductivity mechanism to be independent of the temperature. 비정질 KNbGeO$_5$를 제조하여 비정질 상태에서의 온도와 주파수에 따른 전기적 완화 현상을 연구하였다. 전기적 특성은 임피던스 분석기를 이용해 2 $^\circ$C/min의 승온율로 상온에서 800 $^\circ$C의 온도구간에서 그리고 주파수는 100 Hz $\sim$ 15 MHz 범위에서 측정하였다. 주파수에 따른 유전율의 실수부가 고주파수에서는 민감하지 않는 반면, 저주파수에서 강한 분산을 보이는 저주파수 분산 (LFD : low frequency dispersion) 현상이 관찰되었으며, Jonscher의 보편법칙을 이용하여 구한 $dc, ac$ 전도에 관한 활성화 에너지는 각각 0.85 eV, 0.84 eV로 전하 운송자가 장거리 및 단거리 이동에서 겪는 퍼텐셜 장벽 높이가 거의 같음을 알 수 있었다. 비정질 영역에서 $ac$ 전도도가 여러 온도에서 하나의 으뜸곡선으로 나타내어지는 것을 볼 때 $ac$ 전도도는 시간과 온도에 관계없이 주파수에 대해 같은 전기 전도 기구를 가지는 것으로 이해할 수 있다.

        Dielectric Properties of Amorphous KNbXO5 (X=Ge, Si)

        We have investigated the dielectric response of amorphous KNbXO5 (X = Ge, Si) in the glass region. The samples were prepared by a twin-roller quenching method and measurements were carried out in the frequency range from 100 Hz to 15 MHz. The frequency dependence of the electrical data has been analyzed in the framework of the modulus formalism. Similar values of the activation energies between KNbGeO5 (KNGO) and KNbSiO5 (KNSO) indicate that there is no significant difference in the energy barrier for the charge carriers to overcome between KNGO and KNSO. In the temperature dependence of a master curve, the overlap of all the curves for various temperatures on a single master curve indicates that the relaxation mechanism is independent of temperature. The smaller values of the stretched exponent parameter for KNSO than for KNGO are understood, based on the weight difference of nonbridging oxygen between KNGO and KNSO.

        판소리계소설의 풍자양상과 의미 : 「배비장전」과 「이춘풍전」을 중심으로

        The study appeared in the satirical novel based p'ansori novels aspects of the historical literature, it means that to find the limitations are intended to identify. To this end, in this study “Baebijangjeon” and “Leechunpungjeon” is to develop the discussion around. The two novels based p'ansori novels stand out among the relatively jimyeo satire sex, satire of the show is that a wide spectrum. “Baebijangjeon” aerang in the first half of the work that appears in the media and as a subject for satire while participating baebijang have to be trenchant satire. But at the end of the novel aerang baebijang and reconciliation and accept baebijang. Although the baebijang and reconciliation aerang humorous look into this, but it was difficult. Aerang false consciousness of the man and sharply criticized the hypocrisy but negative for baebijang mitigate or does not show a bit of compassion.
