평생학습도시 자치공동체 형성 요인에 관한 연구 : 이천시 불씨와 심포니사회 학습운동을 중심으로

최근 우리나라는 중앙집권 사회로부터 지방자치 분권사회로 진화해가며 지역공동체와 주민자치의 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 이 연구에서는 평생학습도시 학습공동체의 새로운 모습인 자치공동체 형성의 성공요인과 촉매요인을, 이천시 불씨와 심포니사회 학습운동 사례를 통해 탐색해보았다. 연구결과 성공적인 학습도시 자치공동체를 형성하기 위해서는 자치단체장의 리더십과 지역주민 간 협력적 관계 형성, 주민자치 역량강화, 학습이 신경망처럼 촉매되는 학습생태계 형성, 공동체성 함양이 주요 성공요인으로 나타났다. 특히 지역사회를 성장시키고 주민자치를 실현하는 학습도시 자치공동체를 형성하는 과정에 학습이 촉매제로 작용하는 특징이 발견되었다.

학습마을활동가의 잡 크래프팅을 통한 일의 의미 탐색

본 연구는 잡 크래프팅을 중심으로 학습마을활동가의 일의 의미에 대해 심층적으로 탐색하였다. 이를 위해 학습마 을활동가 4명을 대상으로 2020년 3월 23일부터 2021년 03월 05일까지 참여관찰과 심층면담을 통해 질적 사례연구를 수행하였다. 분석결과, 과업 크래프팅은 ‘자신이 가진 강점과 자원을 활용한 과업수행’, ‘정해진 과업 이외의 추가적 업무 수행’, ‘ 효율적 과업수행을 위한 업무방식의 변화’가 나타났다. 인지 크래프팅은 ‘일의 중요성과 소명의식 인지’, ‘일의 행복 과 즐거움 인지’, ‘일의 전문성 확장을 위한 역할 인지’가 나타났다. 관계 크래프팅은 ‘동료와 실천학습공동체 구축’, ‘마을주 민의 성장과 변화의 매개자’, ‘업무관계자와 갈등과 협력의 공존’이 나타났다. 결론적으로 학습마을활동가들은 잡 크래프팅 을 통해 능동적으로 일을 변화시키고 있었으며, 이는 일의 만족감을 향상할 수 있는 기초자료로 활용할 수 있다. 추후 타 지역 학습마을활동가 대상의 후속연구를 제안하였다. This study aims to do in-depth exploration of the meaning of learning village activists’ work, focusing on job crafting. A qualitative case study was conducted through participant observation and in-depth interview from March 23, 2020 to March 05, 2021. As a result of the analysis, a task crafting showed 'task performance using one's own strengths and resources', 'executing additional tasks other than the specified tasks', and 'changes in work methods for efficient task performance'. In a cognitive crafting, 'recognition of the importance of work and sense of vocation', 'recognition of happiness and pleasure in work', and 'recognition of roles to expand work expertise' appeared. In a relation crafting, ‘building a community of practical learning with colleagues’, ‘a mediator of the growth and change of village residents’, and ‘coexistence of conflict and cooperation with business associates’ were shown. In conclusion, learning village activists were actively changing their work through the job crafting and this can be used as basic data to improve the satisfaction with their work. A follow-up study was proposed for activists in learning villages in other regions.

교수자 지지가 대학생의 학업적 지연행동에 미치는 융합적 영향 : 학업적 실패내성의 매개효과

본 연구의 목적은 교수자 지지가 대학생의 학업적 지연행동에 미치는 영향에서 학업적 실패내성의 매개효과를 검증하는 것이다. 경기도 D대학교 학생 211명을 대상으로 Google 설문조사를 실시하였고, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 프로 그램을 사용하여 기술통계, 상관분석과 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 학업적 실패내성의 매개효과는 Baron과 Kenny의 3단계 회귀분석과 Sobel Test를 통해 검증하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 교수자 지지는 학업적 지연행동과 부적상관이 있었 고, 학업적 실패내성과 정적상관이 있었다. 또한 학업적 실패내성과 학업적 지연행동 간에는 부적상관이 나타났다. 둘 째, 교수자 지지가 학업적 지연행동에 미치는 영향에서 학업적 실패내성은 완전매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 대학생의 학업적 상황에서 교수자의 지지와 학업적 실패내성의 수준을 높여줄 수 있는 교육환경 조성이 필요함을 시사 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 대학생의 학업적 지연행동을 낮추고 학업적 실패내성을 강화할 수 있는 교수자의 지지프로 그램 제공의 필요성을 제언하였다. The purpose of this study is to verify the mediated effect of academic failure tolerance in the influence of professor support on academic procrastination of university students. A Google survey was conducted on 211 students at D University in Gyeonggi-do, and descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and multiple regression were conducted using the SPSS program with collected data. The mediated effect of academic failure tolerance has been verified through three stages of regression analysis (Baron and Kenny) and Sobel Test. The results of the study are as follows; First, professor support has a negative correlation with academic procrastination, and a positive correlation with academic failure tolerance. In addition, there was a negative correlation between academic failure tolerance and academic procrastination. Second, it showed that academic failure tolerance has a full mediated effect in the influence of professor support on academic procrastination. This implies that it is necessary to create an educational environment that can raise the level of professor support and academic failure tolerance of university students in the academic situation. Therefore, this study suggested the need of providing a program of professor support that can improve academic procrastination problems and strengthen the academic failure tolerance of students.

밀레니얼세대 안전직 근로자의 잡 크래프팅 경험 탐구: S에너지를 중심으로

In order to explore the job crafting experience of millennial safety workers, this study conducted a qualitative case research with five safety workers of S Energy from March 26 to September 27, 2021 . As a result of the analysis, task crafting showed ‘matching one’s strong suit with a given task’, ‘expanding work knowledge using social network service (SNS)’, and ‘making changes in job performance methods for preemptive safety management activities’. Also, Cognitive crafting showed ‘recognition of social vocation as a safety job’, ‘recognition of a role to grow as a safety management expert’, and ‘cognitive changes from means of organizational adaptation to enjoyment and energy of life’. At the same time, in relation crafting, ‘establishment of amicable relationships through SNS in non-face-to-face and rapid communicating situations’, ‘safety management made through with mutual cooperations between business people’, and ‘reborn as a mutual safety net in business relationships’ appeared. These can be used as basic data to accumulate the theoretical basis for job crafting research of millennial safety workers and to improve their job satisfaction. A follow-up study was proposed for safety workers with occupations of various kinds.

성인대학생의 평생교육 현장실습 경험 탐구

본 연구는 성인대학생의 평생교육 현장실습 경험을 탐색하였다. 이를 위해 성인대학생 5명을 대상으로 2020년 11월 17일부터 2021년 05월 14일까지 실습일지 및 과제물 분석과 심층면담을 통해 질적 사례연구를 수행하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 평생교육 현장실습 경험은 '넘어야 할 산! 평생교육 현장실습', '평생교육에 대한 인식의 확장', '자신감을 유발하는 현장실습', '백문불여일견의 살아있는 현장경험'으로 나타났다. 둘째, 평생교육 현장실습 경험의 의미는 '동료들과 팀워크로 학습공동체 형성', '평생교육의 핵심은 사람이라는 깨달음', '평생교육사의 직업적 정체성에 변화', '도전하고 싶은 평생학습 실천가의 삶'으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 평생교육 현장실습 참여자의 질적 성장을 견인하고, 직업적 전문성 확보 및 양질의 현장실습 제공을 위한 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다. 추후 타 대학의 성인대학생을 대상으로 후속연구를 제안하였다. This study explored the lifelong education field experience of adult college students. For this purpose, a qualitative case study was conducted with 5 adult college students from November 17, 2020 to May 14, 2021 through practical diaries, assignment analysis and in-depth interviews. As a result of the study, we discovered two things. First, the lifelong education field practice experience is a 'mountain to overcome! Lifelong education field practice', 'expansion of awareness of lifelong education', 'confidence field practice', and 'A picture is worth a thousand words'were revealed. Second, the meaning of the lifelong education field experience is 'formation of a learning community through teamwork with colleagues', 'realization that people are the core of the lifelong education', 'changes in the professional identity of the lifelong education history', and 'The life of a lifelong learning practitioner who wants to challenge' life' was revealed. These results will lead field training participants to grow qualitatively, and can be used as basic data for securing professional expertise and providing quality field training. A follow-up study was proposed for adult college students who belong to other colleges.

학습마을활동가의 일터 무형식학습 경험에 관한 연구

This study in-depth explored the workplace informal learning experiences of learning village activists. To do this, four Learning Village activists were selected as research participants and a qualitative case study was conducted from March to December 2021 through activity log, participation observation, and in-depth interviews. As a result of the analysis, the initiation as a learning village activist showed 'entering the workplace with the active support of the family' and 'encountering with oneself inherent in the workplace'. In the informal learning experience at work, 'colleague activists are a source of learning', 'professional mentors are a repository of knowledge', and 'wisdom learned from the lives of residents' appeared. From the growth and change of learning village activists, ‘growth through continuous learning’, ‘be born again as an expert with a sense of mission’, and ‘construction of a practical learning community to learn and share’ appeared. In conclusion, learning village activists were growing together with villagers through various informal learning experiences in the process of conducting village activities. This can be used as a basis for learning village activists to engage in workplace informal learning activities that can promote the growth of residents and change of villages. 본 연구는 학습마을활동가의 일터 무형식학습 경험에 대해 심층적으로 탐색하였다. 이를 위해 학습마을 활동가 4명을 연구 참여자로 선정하여 2021년 3월부터 12월까지 활동일지 및 참여관찰과 심층면담을 통해 질적 사례연구를 수행하였다. 분석결과, 학습마을활동가로의 입문은 ‘가족의 적극적인 지지로 일터에 입문’, ‘일터에서 내재된 자신과 조우’가 나타났다. 일터에서의 무형식학습 경험은 ‘동료 활동가들은 학습의 원천’, ‘전문가 멘토는 지식의 보고’, ‘주민들의 삶에서 배우는 지혜’가 나타났다. 학습마을활동가의 성장과 변화는 ‘지속적인 학습으로 성장하기’, ‘사명감을 지닌 전문가로 거듭나기’, ‘배우고 나누는 실천학습공동체 구축’이 나타났다. 결론적으로 학습마을활동가는 마을활동 수행과정에서 다양한 무형식학습 경험을 통해 마을주민과 함께 성장하고 있었다. 이는 학습마을활동가들이 주민의 성장과 마을의 변화를 촉진할 수 있는 일터 무형식학습 활동에 대한 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

평생교육법 개정에 따른 읍‧면‧동 평생학습센터 발전방안 연구

This study was conducted to explore development plans for town, myeon, and dong lifelong learning centers following the revision of the Lifelong Education Act in 2023. Accordingly, we analyzed the purpose of enactment of the Lifelong Education Act, the process of change, composition system and main contents, and the reasons for the enactment and revision of the Lifelong Education Act over the 25th time, and through this, we proposed a plan for the development of lifelong learning centers in towns, myeons, and dongs. First, to revitalize local lifelong education, local government ordinances must be revised and a lifelong education promotion system centered on the central government and connected to metropolitan areas and basic local governments must be established. Second, it is necessary to establish or designate and operate town/myeon/dong lifelong learning centers that reflect the characteristics of the region. Third, through the revision of the Enforcement Decree of the Lifelong Education Act, town/myeon/dong lifelong learning centers should be specified as lifelong educator placement agencies, and a lifelong education direct network should be established to assign dedicated personnel. These research results can be used as basic data for the establishment and designation of town, myeon, and dong lifelong learning centers, which are scheduled to be implemented on April 19, 2024, and the operation direction of local governments.

평생교육 현장실습 지도자의 지도경험에 관한 내러티브 탐구

본 연구는 평생교육 현장실습 지도자의 지도 경험에 대해 심층적으로 탐색하기 위해 연구 참여자 2명을 선정하여, 2022년 10월부터 2023년 4월까지 참여관찰과 심층면담을 통한 내러티브 탐구를 수행하였다. 연구결과, 연구 참여자들이 실습 지도에 참여하게 된 동기는 ‘책무성으로 인한 무모한 도전’, ‘변화의 불씨이고 싶은 희망으로 시작’으로 나타났다. 또한, 실습 지도경험을 통해 ‘실습생 경험을 반면교사로 활용’, ‘실습지도자의 기준이 된 실습생 경험’, ‘지역사회 특성을 반영한 실습지도’, ‘실습생 Needs를 반영한 맞춤형 지도’, ‘평생교육사로서 마인드 함양이 우선’, ‘진중하게 다가오는 지도자의 무게감’,등의 성장 경험을 하는 것으로 분석되었다. 마지막으로, 연구 참여자들이 느끼는 실습 지도경험의 의미는 ‘같이의 가치를 만들어가는 삶’, ‘예비 평생교육사의 넛지(Nudge)’로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 현장실습 지도자의 질적 성장을 견인하고 현장실습 지도를 위한 전문가로서 정체감을 형성하는 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

학습마을활동가의 일의 경험에 대한 내러티브 탐구

This study conducted a narrative research to delve deeper into the experiences and meanings of Learning Village Activists. A Learning Village Activists is selected as a research participant and Activity records and in-depth consultations from September 2020 to March 2021 were collected and analyzed. As a result of Analysis, the story of the experience in the work of the learning village Activists showed 'Starting with the bridge between the world and the inhabitants', 'the burden and sense of achievement of the first village', 'the outside of the village that cannot be crossed', and 'giving back by sharing learning'. In addition, the meaning of the experience of Learning Village Activists was analyzed as 'desire for hot-hearted work', 'growing with continuous learning', and ‘Representing the Voice of Learning Village Activists '. In conclusion, the meaning of the experience in the work of Learning Village Activists has been expanded as a self-involved actor with personal growth and this will be used as a basis for research in the field of Learning Village Activists. Various qualitative research methods for differences in career periods of learning village activists and the presence or absence of organizational careers were proposed as follow-up studies. 본 연구는 학습마을활동가의 일에 경험과 의미에 대해 심층적으로 탐색하기 위해 내러티브 탐구를 수행하였다. 이에 A학습마을 활동가를 연구 참여자로 선정하여 2020년 9월부터 2021년 3월까지 활동일지 및 심층면담을 통해 자료를 수집하고 분석을 수행하였다. 분석결과, 학습마을활동가의 일에 경험 이야기는 ‘세상과 주민을 잇는 가교역할로 출발’, ‘첫 번째 마을이라는 부담감과 성취감’, ‘넘어설 수 없는 마을의 외지인’, ‘배움을 나눔으로 환원하기’가 나타났다. 또한 학습마을활동가의 일의 경험의 의미는 ‘마음이 뜨거워지는 일에 대한 열망’, ‘지속적인 학습으로 성장하기’, ‘학습마을활동가의 목소리 대변하기’로 분석되었다. 결론적으로 학습마을활동가의 일에 경험은 개인의 성장과 더불어 주체적인 실천가로 의미가 확장되었으며, 이는 학습마을활동가 분야의 연구를 위한 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다. 추후 학습마을활동가의 경력기간의 차이, 조직 경력의 유무 등에 대한 다양한 질적 연구 방법을 후속연구로 제안하였다.
