        복식호흡 유도를 이용한 말더듬 개선 훈련기의 적용 사례 연구

        In this study, the effect of newly developed stuttering treatment device that can settle the stable breathing and natural vocalization through abdominal breathing training and vocal exercise was investigated. Using the device, a case study has been executed with 10 and 12 years old male stuttering children for two months. The result of the case study showed as; First, the stuttering treatment program through the abdominal training and vocal exercise reduces the frequency of stuttering. Second, the stuttering treatment program changes the types of stuttering. Third, the stuttering treatment program increases the speech rate. In conclusion, from the results of the case study, it is verified that the suggested stuttering treatment device is highly effective to the stuttering improvement.

        시각장애인 안내 시스템을 위한 복수 초음파센서 동시 조사에 의한 장애물 검색

        For use in the guide system for the people who are visually impaired, an obstacle searching device using synchronous ultrasonic wave emission was proposed and developed. Generally, the conventional obstacle detection methods use the ultrasonic distance measuring device with successive scan method. However, the scan method causes a theoretical error and it couldn't estimate accurate obstacle distances. The proposed synchronous firing method use the plural number of ultrasonic sensors which emit ultrasonic wave simultaneously and estimate the distance to the closest obstacle relatively accurately. We analytically analyzed the errors of the conventional and proposed methods and compared the quantitative differences of the errors. The differences verified by obstacle search experiments. Using the proposed ultrasonic wave synchronous firing method, 3 dimensional obstacle location estimating device was designed and implemented. The results of the 3 dimensional obstacle detecting experiments showed the proposed method had good performances and it would be sufficiently use in the guide system for the people who are visually impaired.

        휠체어 사용자를 위한 통합형 컴퓨터 입력장치의 개발

        This paper reports a noble instrument that helps physically disabled people to access computers. There have been numerous attempts to develop such a methodology, but most of them require an additional space for workstation often including access program installation. The additional space also needs to be carefully designed to consider each specific disabled area. This study aims to develop a system that removes the spacial limitation by putting the integrated computer interface using the wheelchair controller. The implementation of the computer workstation is performed by utilizing an USB interface. The developed equipment will take an important role to support various social lives for the users and eventually to improve their quality of life.

        전자 트랜스듀서 방식에 의한 청각보조용 이식형 인공중이 시스템 설계

        In this paper, an implantable middle ear hearing aids using an electromagnetic transducer which consists of a tiny coil and a magnet is designed, and objective design method to implement a vibrator of the electromagnetic type transducer is proposed. Sound characteristic of the electromagnetic type vibrator is excellent but power transfer rate is lower than that of a ceramic type. To improve power transfer efficiency of system, external and inner part of a middle ear system is designed using FI\T transmission method. We implemented an experimental set of the designed transducer, inner part, and outer part. Then, we measured vibration characteristics of a metal strip and a temporal bone of a dead body. As the results, we confirmed the advantage of FM method and showed that designed transducer could effectively transmit vibration of amplified input sound pressure to ossicle.

        사회적 의사소통 향상을 위한 앱 기반 스크립트 프로그램 상황 및 문항 개발 연구

        본 연구의 목적은 사회적 의사소통 향상을 위한 앱기반 스크립트 프로그램에 필요한 상황 문항을 개발하는 것이다. 이러한 연구목적을 위해 전문가 81명을 대상으로 스크립트 프로그램의 상황 문항 타당도와 중요도에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음 내용과 같다. 첫째, 스크립트 상황 문항은 위생관리, 건강/병원, 간식/식사, 놀이/기타 4개의 상위영역과 총 20개 하위영역으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사회적 의사소통 향상을 위한 앱기반 스크립트 프로그램 상황 문항에 대한 타당도는 "매우 타당함"으로 나타났으며, 중요도는 "매우 중요함"으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 사회적 의사소통 향상을 위한 스크립트 프로그램 상황 문항은 일상에서 우선적으로 사용되는 기능적 언어가 중심이 될 것이다. The purpose of this study is to develop the contextual questions necessary for app-based scripting programs to enhance social communication. For this purpose, 81 experts were surveyed on the feasibility and importance of the contextual items of the script program. The findings are as follows: First, the script situation items were shown in hygiene control, health/hospital, snack/meal, play/other four upper and a total of 20 lower areas. Second, the validity of the app-based script program context items to improve social communication was shown as "very reasonable", and the importance was shown as "very important". In conclusion, the script program contextual items to enhance social communication will be centered on functional language preferentially used in everyday life.

        시각 장애인을 위한 비디오 기반 보행거리 측정

        When the visually impaired walks inside a building like corridor, a GPS cannot be useful for the walker in estimating his or her position unlike the case of outdoor space. This paper presents two novel methods to measure the walking distance using a low cost camera worn on the chest of the visually impaired. In the first method we analyze the periodic variation of image focusing values. Walking steps are counted by checking the period tor the rough measure of the walking distance. The second method counts the step number by monitoring fixtures on the ceiling, which have a certain interval. Lamps on the ceiling appeared on the video are monitored in this paper. The T-S fuzzy theory is used to detect lamps, and the walking steps are estimated by the positional variation of the lamp due to the gait of the walker. The two methods are tested in real experiment, and the results are compared.

        사회적 의사소통장애 아동을 위한 중재 프로그램 및 콘텐츠에 관한 전문가들의 경험 및 요구 분석

        이 연구는 특수교사 및 언어치료사를 대상으로 사회적 의사소통 중재 경험 및 프로그램 콘텐츠 요구를 분석하고자 실시되었다. 13명의 전문가 면담을 통해 분석된 결과는 사회적 의사소통장애 중재 경험, 사회적 의사소통 중재 프로그램 및 콘텐츠 활용을 위한 전문가의 요구, 사회적 의사소통 중재 프로그램 및 콘텐츠 활성화 방안 등 3가지 주요 개념이다. 3가지 주요 개념은 첫째, 사회적 의사소통장애를 나타내는 다양한 아동, 이들의 특성 및 문제점, 중재목표, 중재 프로그램 및 콘텐츠 활용의 어려움 등에 관한 경험을 나타내었다. 둘째, 전문가의 요구에서 현실이 반영된 실용적인 프로그램의 필요성, 다양한 상황, 개인특성을 반영한 중재 프로그램 콘텐츠의 필요성, 최첨단 공학적 기반 프로그램 콘텐츠의 필요성을 강조하였다. 셋째, 중재 프로그램 및 콘텐츠 활성화를 위해 중재프로그램 및 콘텐츠의 홍보 및 정보제공, 접근성 및 보급성, 연계프로그램 및 협력 등이 필요하다고 설명하였다. 이러한 결과는 전문가들은 경험을 통해 사회적 의사소통 중재의 어려움과 중재 프로그램 및 콘텐츠에 대한 전문가의 요구를 파악하여 향후 중재프로그램 및 콘텐츠 개발에 필요한 기초적 자료를 제공한다는데 의의가 있을 것이다. The purpose of this study is to identify the needs of special teachers and speech & language pathologists for social communication intervention program content. The results of the 13 expert interviews are the experience of social communication disorder intervention, the need of experts for social communication intervention programs and the use of content, social communication intervention programs and methods for activating content. The three main concepts are as follows. First, social communication disorder in the various types of disabilities, their characteristics and problems, intervention goals, intervention programs, and content to represent social communication disabilities. Second, the need for practical programs that reflect reality in the needs of experts, various situations, the need for intervention program content that reflects personal characteristics, and the need for state-of-the-art engineering based program content. Third, the promotion and information provision of intervention programs and content to activate content, accessibility and Prospectivity, link programs and cooperation. In conclusion, it would be meaningful to provide basic data necessary for developing future intervention programs and content by identifying the difficulties of social communication intervention and the needs of experts for intervention programs and content.

        FEA를 이용한 이식형 인공중이용 차동전자 트랜스듀서의 진동 모델링과 최적 설계

        최근까지 개발되었던 청각 보조기 중에서 공기 전도형 보청기의 하울링 (howling) 현상과 수술 후 이소골 등 기존 음향계의 재생이 불가능한 인공 와우 (cochlear implant system)의 단점을 해결하고, 동시에 청음 명료도가 높은 음성 신호를 전달하기 위한 수단으로 연구된 것이 인공중이 (implantable middle ear hearing device) 이다. 본 연구에서는 인공중이의 음성 신호 재현을 위한 진동 장치인 차동전자 트랜스듀서 (differential electromagnetic transducer, DET)에 대한 수학적 모형화와 계의 진동을 기술하는 운동방정식을 유도하고 그 해를 구하였다. 제한된 크기와 인가 전류 $1\;mA_{rms}$ 정현파에서 최대 구동력을 얻기 위해서 전자기력에 대한 유한요소해석을 수행하였고, 결과에 의해서 자석과 코일에 대한 최적 크기를 결정하였다. 사람의 중이 내 등자뼈 (stapes)의 진동 특성과 유사한 진동을 갖는 DET를 설계하기 위해서, 진동막의 강성계수를 변화하면서 진동해석을 시뮬레이션 하였다. 설계된 DET는 마이크로 머시닝 기술에 의해서 제작하였고, 그 진동 특성을 측정 하였다. 최종적으로 측정된 진동 특성에 대한 분석을 통하여 인공중이를 위한 진동 장치로서의 적용 가능함을 확인하였다. Among various kinds of hearing aids which have been developed so far. the conventional air conduction hearing aids have some problems such as the acoustic distortion, an howling effect due to acoustic feedback. Another type of hearing aid. the cochlear implant system can be applied to the profound imparied person. However. it shows the disadvantage that there is no possibility of recovery of the acoustic organ such as ossicle. On the other hand. the implantable middle ear heaving device directly vibratos the ossicular chain and has better sound qualify. good cosmetics for appearance. and wide frequency responses so that it can overcome the defects or the conventional hearing aids. In this paper, a mathematical modeling and a momentum equation derivation of the DET has been performed. For the optimization of the structure dimension generating maximal vibrating force of the DET. the computer simulation using a finite element analysis (FEA) software has been performed. Also. the vibrating transducer has been designed to make the frequency characteristics or the transducer be similar to those of the normal middle ear. Through the experimental results, the measured vibration characteristics of the DET has been evaluated to verify the performance for the application to implantable middle ear hearing devices.

      • 양대 모바일 OS의 접근성 현황 분석

        This study investigated Apple"s iOS and Google"s Android, the two most common mobile operating systems, in terms of the operating methods, OS-mounted machinery, applications, and the method for running their application stores, as well as Apple"s and Google"s services and contents and OS revenue models. It was found that iOS shows relatively closed management styles, compared with Android, but maintains a certain levels of quality and stability through the styles. Further, this study looked into the operating systems" accessibility requirements for persons with disabilities and aged persons. The results showed the OSs have implemented similar functions in terms of most typical accessibility requirements. From the findings was investigated the possibility for preparing an accessibility standard that integrates and unifies, regardless of the operating systems of devices, basic and essential components based on the common accessibility requirements of the two operating systems.
