        근대 후기 국어의 표기법 연구

        이 논문은 중세와 근대, 현대로 이어지는 표기법의 변쳔 양상을 연속선상에서 살피되, 근대 후기 국어의 표기법의 양상을 고찰하는 데에 주안점을 둔다. 현대와 근접한 시기인 근대 후기 국어는 분철 표기가 나타나는 것이 보편적이나, 『太上感應篇圓說諺解』(1880), 『筆音향蒙諺解』(1883). 『開聖帝君明聖經』(1886)등의 문헌에서는 체언의 곡용에서는 체언의 의미를 밝히기 위해 대체로 분철 표기가 주를 이루고 있으며, 용언의 활용에서는 근대 후기임에도 형태를 밝히지 않는 연철 표기가 주를 이루고 있음이 발견된다. 근대 후기는 연철 중심의 표기에서 분철 중심의 표기로 나아가는 과정으로 형태주의를 지향하기 위한 노력의 일환인 중철 표기가 존재한다. 이러한 중철 표기는 형태소의 환경과 정도성, 방향성, 품사 등에 따라 나뉘어 분류될 수 있으며 다양한 형태로 발견된다. 이에 중철의 유형을 살피고, 중철 표기는 연철과 분철을 잇는 과정에서. 이에 중철의 유형을 살피고, 중철 표기는 연철과 분철을 잇는 과정에서 나타난 것만이 아님을 밝히고자 한다. 중철 표기는 연철과 분철을 잇는 과정에서 나타난 것만이 아님을 발기고자 한다. 분철표기에서의 표음적 불 충실이라는 점을 보충하기 위한 보완적 표기방식이라 하겠다. 즉 근대 후기의, 문헌에서 나타나는 표기법을 통해 중철표기가 연철과 분철의 교량적 역할을 수행하고 있음을 나타낸다. 이러한 과도기적 현상은 17세기에만 국한된 표기만이 아니라, 각 문헌에 따라 달리 나타난다는 점에서 분철표기의 실용성을 제고하기 위한 과정인 것이다. This paper examines the transition aspects of orthography through the middle, pre-modern and modern times in succession, focusing on the examination of Korean notation in the latter part of pre-modern time, In the late pre-modern time which is close to modern time, syllable writing was universal but in the literature such as 『Taesanggameungpyeondoseoleonhae』(1880), 『Hwaeumkyrmongunhae』(1883), 『Gwanseongjegunmyeongseonggyeong』(1886), it is revealed that continual writing, syllable writing and double writing coexisted. Syllable writing is generally used in the inflection of substantives to clarify the meaning of the substantives, and it is shown that continual writing, which does not show the form, is mainly used in the inflection of predicates although it was pre-modern time. Pre-modern time is a transitional period when continual writing centered system was advancing to syllable writing centered system, so double writing, a part of the efforts to retain the form of words, existed. There are various forms of double writing and these can be classified by the environment, degree, directivity, and parts of speech and so on. Therefore, this study was intended to examine the types of double writing and to show the fact that double writing is nor just the transitional writing method connecting continual writing and syllable writing. Double writing can be called a complementary writing method to make up for the fact that separation and maintenance of stem morpheme is difficult in continual writing and phonetic representation is not enough in syllable writing. That is, it is shown that double writing is playing a role as a bridge between continual writing and syllable writing through the orthography shown in the literature of the late pre-modem time. This transitional phenomenon is also a phase to improve the practicality of syllable writing in the way that it is not limited to 17dl century but it appears differently depending on each literature.

        북한강 지류 상천천에 서식하는 대륙종개 Barbatula nuda (Pisces: Nemacheilidae)의 난발생 및 자치어 형태 발달

        대륙종개의 난발생 및 초기생활사 연구를 위해 2020년 4월 26일 북한강 지류인 상천천에서 대륙종개를 채집하였다. 성숙한 암컷과 수컷의 복강에 HCG 10 IU/g를 주사하였고 15시간 후에 건식법으로 인공수정하였다. 대륙종개 암컷 전장 70.64~79.24 mm (n=3)의 포란수는 1,308±293개였고, 성숙란은 황회색의 침성점착란이었다. 수정란의 난경은 1.13±0.01 mm (n=10)였고 수정 후 104시간 만에 부화하였다. 난발생 시 수온 15℃ 그룹의 부화율은 평균 80.1±1.2%로 나타났고, 수온 20℃ 그룹은 61.5±6.8%로 나타나 발생 수온은 15℃에서 적합하였다 (p<0.05). 부화 직후의 자어는 전장 3.12±0.06 mm (n=10)였으며 몸은 투명하였다. 부화 후 4일에는 전장 4.89±0.09 mm (n=10)로 입과 항문이 열리면서 먹이활동을 시작하였고 난황이 모두 흡수되면서 전기자어기로 이행하였다. 부화 후 14일에는 전장 8.66±0.14mm(n=10)로 척색말단이 위로 휘어지기 시작해 중기자어기로 이행하였고 부화 후 21일에는 전장 10.98±0.40mm(n=10)로 척색말단이 45°로 완전히 휘어졌다. 부화 후 26일에는 전장 13.47±0.37 mm (n=10)로 모든 지느러미 기조가 정수가 되어 치어기로 이행하였다. We investigated to elucidate the early life history of siberian stone loach, Barbatula nuda (Pisces: Nemacheilidae). Adult fish were collected using net in the Sangcheoncheon Stream, Cheongpyeong-myeon, Gapyeong-gun, Gyeonggi-do, Korea, 26th April 2020. HCG 10 IU/g was injected to female and male fish and fertilized by dry method in the laboratory. The number of eggs of B. nuda was 1,308±293 (TL: 70.64~79.24 mm), and the egg color was yellowish grey. Fertilized eggs measured 1.13±0.01 mm (n=10) in diameter and showed adhesion. The fertilized eggs started hatching after 104 hours. At the time of egg development, the 15°C group showed an average hatching rate of 80.1±1.2% and the 20°C group showed 61.5±6.8%, so the 15°C group was suitable (p<0.05). Newly hatched larva an average were 3.12±0.06 mm (n=10) in total length. At 4 days after hatching, the total length was 4.89±0.09 mm (n=10), and feeding began with the mouth and anus opened, and entered to preflexion larvae stage. At 21 days after hatching, the total length was 10.98±0.40 mm (n=10), and the distal part of the notochord was bent to 45°, and entered to postflexion larvae stage At 26 days after hatching, the total length was 13.47±0.37 mm (n=10), and entered the juvenile stage.

        저서성 대형무척추동물의 자연적 교란에 대한 영향

        Community dynamics of benthic macroinvertebrates in response to natural disturbances (flooding and water temperature) ere investigated in the Suyoung and Soktae Streams in Busan from October 1997 to September 1998. Oigochaeta and Chirnomus, organic polluted indicators, were dominant and various taxa were observed at the study sites. The sensity and biomass of two dominant taxa increased in warm months while the indicators were washed away in the flooding season. From October to February when the water temperature was less than 15℃, Oligochaeta apeared to be dominant at the Soktae Stream. in contrast various taxa were collected at the Suyong stream. The densities of Oigochaeta and Chirnomusincreased at the Soktaeand Suyoung streams in March. Due to the big flooding in April, the density of dominant texa decreased abruptly. The community structure showed differences patterns in the flooding season at two streams from June to August. In the Soktae stream, the density increased in August. The reverse patterns were observedin the Suyong stra\eam, washinf out in June followed by slow recovery of densities in the following months. Density and biomass showed relatively higher correlations in most texa. CCA(Canonocial Correspondence Analysis) showed that texa was different response to different environmental factors.

        항공약제살포가 소나무림 절족동물군집에 미치는 영향

        This study was carried out to estimate the effects of aerial applications of fenitrothion on arthropod communities in pine forests. Since 1988 the applications have been conducted in Busan and Gyeongsangnam-province to control Monochamus alternatus Hope, a vector of the pine wilt disease, Bursapelenchus xylophilus (Steiner 81 Buhrer) Nickle. Abundance, species richness and community structure of arthropods in crown, undergrowth and ground of pine forests were compared between the aerial-sprayed and un-sprayed sites in the 4 regions in Busan and Gyeongsannam-province of Korea. The pesticide aerial applications did not make any significant influences on the abundances (No. individuals per sample) and taxon composition of arthropods, whereas it made some effects on species diversity. Arthropod richness (no. species per site) in undergrowth was lower in long-term pesticide applied sites than in short-term applied sites, whereas P-diversity (heterogeneity of species) of arthropod communities in ground was lower in pesticide-treated sites than in untreated sites.

        연평해역 민꽃게(Charybdis japonica) 유생의 출현 시기와 분포

        The distribution and occurrence of Charybdis japonica larvae were investigated off Yeonpyong-do, Korea, in the Yellow Sea. C. japonica larvae were collected monthly at 15 stations from early June to late October in 2006 and 2007. At each station, a Bongo net with 303 and 505μm mesh was deployed once with a double oblique tow. No larvae were caught in June, in both years. Zoea I was predominant in late July in 2006 and early August in 2007, whereas Zoea I accounted for 84% of all larvae collected and no larval stages later than Zoea III were sampled. Megalopa were the most abundant larval stage at all stations in late August in both years. The timing of larval hatching of C. japonica may be related to that of phytoplankton blooms in the study area. The finding that Zoea I and Megalopa were predominant in the study are may indicate that C. charybdis larvae are carried by advection.
