1. 10세 남아 환자에서 슬개골전 점액낭에 발생한 드문 형태의 Tumoral Calcinosis를 치험하였다. 2. 이 환자에서도 고인산혈증을 보여 일부 외국 저자들이 주장한 인산대사 장애설을 시사하였다. 3. 본 증례는 수술적 치료만으로도 만족스럽게 치유되었다. Tumoral calcinosis is a rare disorder of unknown etiology, which is characterized by the developement of large calcified masses overlying the large joints in otherwise healthy subjects. If histologic tests are not confirmed, the condition may be treated erroneously as bursitis. This report describes the case of a 10-year-old man with tumoral calcinosis of the knee, a joint very rarely affected by this unusual disorder. Microscopically the tumor consists of a stroma of chronic inflammatory tissue surrounding cystic spaces containing calcium-rich material. We made excision alone, and the patient made an uneventful recovery with no evidence of recurrence up to 13 months postoperatively.

Multiple thoracic disc herniation is rare, and one of the main problems in its treatment has been the lack of accuracy in diagnostic tests. Now, with the advent of computed tomographic scanning with myelograrn and magnetic resonence imaging , the accuracy of diagnosis has been greately improved. Our report describes the case of a 50-year-old man with multiple thoracic intervertebral disc herniation, who also exhibited symtoms of spinal cord compression. MRI clearly showed anterior compression of the spinal cord due to disc herniation at T5-T6, T6-T7, T7-T8, T8-T9 and T9-T1O. Removal of the herniated disc was followed by interbody fusion using autogenous bone grafts and instrumentation, and excellent results were obtained.

TCXO is one of the most important component in communication systems. We present a analytic method approach to design the Temperature Compensated Circuit. The conventional method for extracting the circuit parameters, which are for thermistor, Colpitts and frequency control circuit is the trial and error correction. In this paper, we analyse the temperature compensating circuit to extract TCXO circuit parameter. In order to show the validity of this paper, we have designed and implemented the 10MHz TCXO. The fabricated TCXO shows 1ppm frequency drift characteristic over the temperature range of -40℃~85℃.
