      • 증기 에이징을 실시한 전로슬래그 콘크리트의 특성

        To examine the appicability of the converter slag to aggregate, tests were performed for the converter slag specimens which were aged with steam, and the stability of expansion was investigated. The strength of the converter slag was found to be lower than that of the natural aggregate. But the strength of the concrete mixed with the converter slag and the granular slag was increased with an increase of the content of the granular slag. The slump value was larger for the specimen of the converter slag than that for the natural aggregate. The specific weight of the converter slag was decreased with an increase of the aging peroid. The aging time for the converter slag was accessed to be about 48 hours to accommodate the full stability of the expansion. The amount of the steam needed to age one ton of converter slag to full expansion was accessed to be 60 kg. From the regression analysis for splitting tensile strength (t), and flexural strength (f), the compressive strength (c) based on the following formulas were proposed σ<sub>t</sub>=0.1506·σ<sub>c</sub>+4.5(kg/cm<sup>2</sup>) (σ<sub>f</sub>=0.1537·σ<sub>c</sub>+30.5(kg/cm<sup>2</sup>).

      • 교통정보의 선호 의식에 의한 광주 - 순천간 경로선택 모델

        In order to support this study, a survey was taken based on drivers' responses to a variety of travel information, systems and the preference of highways versus state roads. In addition, the survey analyzed the influence of travel information systems in choosing a driving route. Based on a given structural equation for route-choice-behavior modeling the route selection behavior model, it has been observed that estimated travel-time variables appeared highly deduction parameter and t value and given statistics show a strong influence for route preference. When it comes to individual-behavior variables, the scheduled route change item influence his choice of route. As a result of the evaluated degree of adjustment of the complex model, GFI(Goodness of Fit Index) and AGFI(Adjusted for degrees of freedom GFI)marked high, and P level marked proper and RMR(Root Mean square Residual) marked low. Such results indicated that LISREL(Linear Structural Relationships) could be applied to the construction of efficient route-choice models.

      • 흙中 Polymer grids의 付着應力 및 引拔特性

        This study is concerned with the object of estimating the reinforced mechanism of method of reinforced earth after investigating the dynamical peculiarity of the soils and meterial system of reinforce (mainly polymer grids.). And then with the experiments of the direct shear test and the simple pull-out test, I made researches on the adherent stress τa. 1. In the adherent stress τa between sand and wooven fabric, it showed lower rate of τa/τ=0.7 0.86 than the shearing stress τof only sand itself, and in polymer grids it showed the considerable lower rate as τa/τ-0.11∼0.46. These results are to be estimated to appear in the different states between the dilatancy effects by coarse and smoothness of reinforced material surface and the shearing resistence effects of sand in the hole structure. 2. The adherent stress τa on the reinforced material is not regular. According to the variation of the difference relative displacement with soils it resulted in the different stress level each other along with variables of elastic area, peak area and plastic area (remained strength area) etc. And so to adopt the adherent stress τar within the remained strength area on the design shall be reasonable, and in the case of consideration of progressive failure, this just as the remained strength is similar to the circular sliding counting method. In the general design, in case of utilizing the μ* of adherent coefficient between soils and grids and the minimum of adherent stress τar in the remained strength area, I'm sure it must be estimated as the more practical method of experiments.

      • 軟弱地盤 變形解析에 影響을 미치는 土質常數의 銳敏性

        This theme is to study the effectiveness and sensitivity of main factor in various parameter having a great influence on soft soil foundation, where the deformation of the soft clay is excellently agreed with the expected results obtained by using the FEM program being recognized in academic circle. Our first study is to develope the FEM program suitable for the system combined with the soft soil foundation and common foundation when load is operated. The results of analysis are as follows: 1. In the case of using composition form of elasto-plastic, the parameters which shows the sharp reaction on the deformation of foundation are 1) swelling of e-In p curved line-average slope of part of recompression is (k). 2) a slope of critical state line on p-q plate is (M). 3) poisson's ratio is (υ) 4) pre-vertical effectiveness stress is (σ_(vc)) 2. The results which analyzed the increased degree of each soil parameter which have sharp reaction showed are to the action of vertical displacements (about 16%) and horizontal displacements (about 26%). Especially showed the sharpest reaction in the acceleration of vertical and horizontal displacement. 3. It could be recognized that the result which was tried to make a change with two factors each other which showed a sharp reaction is that the deformation of foundation is more inclined to occur to the direction of a sharp factor. 4. The result which was tried to make a change of a factor (υ) sowed a sharp reaction on vertical and horizontal displacement with mostly no--affected factor (Go : primary shearing and elastic modulus) on the same time showed that the mostly no-affected factor is to weaken the sharpness of a factor(υ). 1) Vertical displacement : about 16% 2) Horizontal displacement : about 9% The result which was tried to make a change of the factor(κ) showed a sharp reaction on vertical and horizontal displacement with mostly no-affected factor (Go) on the same time showed that the mostly no-affected factor is to increase the sharpness of a factor. 1) Vertical displacement : about 10% 2) Horizontal displacement : about 10% 5. When we use the result to have studied the program factors(κ,Μ,ν,σ_(vc),G_o) which showed greatly the sharpness and the effectiveness as the above analysis, it can be expected a great help in the program development of a new FEM with the combined use of both foundation.

        It will give the greatest efficiency to Yulchon Industrial Complex to be developed in connection with Kwangyang Steel Mill, Yeochon Industrial Complex and Kwangyang Container Quay. In Yulchon Industrial Complex, we expect such types of industry as have relatively higher effect of regional employment and of raising income in order to activate the economy of Chonnam, the manufacturing industries; metal,machine,petrochemistry,etc.,as are easy to secure raw material produced in Kwangyang Steel Mill and Yeochon Industrial Complex, as have high industrial related effect. And they will be introduced to set up their plants in it. Especially the related industries which are the automobile, the steel pipe, the precision machinery industry of Hyundai will be leading industries in korea. To begin with, linking with the back circle must be strengthened and the transpotation system of the back has to be completed at the same time before th quay operates, and the security of politic linking with the related institution is urgent question for the purpose of harmony with the whole area like a regional development, a road plan and so on, because it leads Kwangyang Container Quay to revitalize the operation and builds an advanced base for trade toward the north to to invite the cargo of the new harbor of Kwangyang and a major scheduled shipping to set up the quay. Since the new harbor of Kwangyang also establishes the possible areas under wide reclaimation needed to found a free port and is quite a center of the world shipping trade, its possibility of expectation grows higher and higher.

      • Geotextitle을 利用한 軟弱地盤 盛土의 數値解析

        Model test and numerical analysis of the reinforced soft clay ground by geotextile were performed to investigate the effect of geotextile. On the numerical analysis in order to express the discontinuity between soil and geotextiole, the joint element developed by Goodman(1968) was used and the geotextiole was supposed as the plane truss element. From the results of model tests and numerical analyes the followings can be concluded: 1. The magnitude of soft clay surface settlement and the lateral displacement greatly deereases as the thickness of a sand layer becomes greater. 2. The ultimate bearing capacity increase as the thickness of a sand layer on the geo­textiole reinforced soft clay ground becomes greater. 3. The failure shape changes from the local shear failure to the general shear failure because geotextile is laid on the soft clay ground. 4. From the result of the numerical analysis the tensile stress of a truss element has the greatest value on the center of the model but in case of 2B―distance from the center that of a truss element becomes nearly zero. 5. In case of the settlement and the lateral displacement the predicted value is a little consistent with the observed value.

        1. polymer 材料는 基本的으로는 粘彈性體로서의 擧動을 나타내며, 試驗速度에 의하여 强度 및 變形特性은 變化한다. 그러나 여러가지 特性 때문에 補强材料의 設計引張强度를 어느 試驗速度로서 決定하는 것이 좋은가가 問題로 된다. 特히 長期的으로 繼續하는 荷重條件下에서의 强度特性이 問題가 되는 것임,로 creep試驗에의해서 設計强度를 評價하는 것이 妥當하다고 생각되며, 앞으로 creep에 대한 硏究가 要求되는 問題이다. 2. 溫度의 影響도 無視할 수 없지만. 實際施工할 때 直接 大氣中에 露出되지 않도록 하는 手段(植生工,concrete mortar 被覆法 等)으로 對處가 可能할 것으로 생각된다. Polymer grids, made of plastic materials because of the strength increase caused by drawing working, are characterized by the strength equivalent to that of soft steel. Polymer grids of this kind are very effective when used as strengthening material for earth structure. The prestnt paper is based on the experimental study of the effect of polymer grids on tensile strength in order to find out the dynamic characteristics peculiar to them. Stress and strain characterizing polymer grids are affected by temperature. This, however, can be improved by methodssuch as covering, which possibly prevents their exposure in the atmosphere in case of actual construction. The charateristics of strength and transformation undergo change because of test speed. Those of strength are problematic under the long-drawn load condition of F; accordingly,the evaluation of design strength by creep test is assumed th be adequate. This naturally suggests the further study on the utilization of creep test.

      • 석탄회를 이용한 콘크리트 제품에 관한 연구

        The objective of this study is to define the effects of fly ash contents to mechanical properties of concrete, and to develope concrete products which is strength and more light than traditional ones. 9 types of specimens with the different fly ash contents and water-cement ratio were tested to obtain concrete strength. From the test results, it is concluded that slump and expansion ratio of the specimens were increased according to the increasing fly ash contents, but unit weight were decreased. And optimal water-cement ratio and fly ash contents for the purpose of obtaining high strength concrete products are 20%, 20% respectively. The formulations for tensile strength, bending strength, Young's modulus obtained in the study are applicable to estimate strength of concrete products. And it is expected that this study provides an importance guide to design and manufacture lightweight concrete, so that it helps to expand its structural use.
