Estimation approaches for casual relation model with high-order factors have strict restrictions or limits. In the case of ML (Maximum Likelihood), a strong assumption which data must show a normal distribution is required and factors of exponentiation is impossible due to the uncertainty of factors. To overcome this limitation many PLS (Partial Least Squares) approaches are introduced to estimate the structural equation model including high-order factors. However, it is possible to yield biased estimates if there are some differences in the number of measurement variables connected to each latent variable. In addition, any approach does not exist to deal with general cases not having any measurement variable of high-order factors. This study compare several approaches including the repeated measures approach which are used to estimate the casual relation model including high-order factors by using PLS (Partial Least Squares), and suggest the best estimation approach. In other words, the study proposes the best approach through the research on the existing studies related to the casual relation model including high-order factors by using PLS and approach comparison using a virtual model.

After paraffin wax treatment with different wood species and treatment methods, the differences in the weight percent gain density and wax distribution of treated wood were investigated, and the following conclusions were obtained. Paraffin wax penetrates low-density wood better than high-density wood, and thus the weight and density of treated wood are greatly increased. The lumen of the cells of the wood treated with the heat replacement method in which the water in the wood is replaced with paraffin wax is filled with wax, which greatly affects the weight and density increase of the treated wood. After pressure treatment with paraffin wax, the decompressed wood leaves no wax in the cell lumen. It shows a thin coating pattern only on the cell lumen wall. Accordingly, the increase in weight and density is small compared to heat replacement treated wood.

As a result of comparing the dimensional stability and water droplet contact angle of paraffin wax-treated wood with the conventional treatment technique, the heat replacement method, and the new technique, the pressure-vacuum method, the following conclusions were obtained. When treated with paraffin wax, radiata pine shows superior Reduction in water absorptivity (RWA) and Moisture excluding efficiency (MEE) compared to hard maple. The effect of paraffin wax treatment on Anti-swelling efficiency (ASE) and Anti-shrinkage efficiency (ASE), which are the criteria for dimensional stability evaluation, is higher in hard maple than in radiata pine. In the paraffin wax treatment, the pressure-vacuum method can obtain higher dimensional stability compared to the heat replacement method. A large droplet contact angle was formed on the surface of the pressure-vacuum wax treated wood. A relatively smooth wax layer was formed on the surface of the pressure-vacuum treated wood compared to the heat-replacement treated wood.

According to the realization and commercialization of wireless internet, wireless data communication has been recognized as an important client channel and the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) has emerged as the latest issue for the final increase of income by the improvement of customer relationship. Accordingly, this study is to extract the factors of customer satisfaction from the contents properties provided by wireless internet service and investigate how to realize the ultimate CRM and the influences of each property for customer satisfaction by classification of contents quality, information expression, search, sense touch and system quality. As the result of this study, the contents properties provided by the wireless internet service give the influences on customer satisfaction as the influential factors. In conclusion, the data studied in this paper will be used to promote the customer satisfaction of the wireless internet service providers in their product development and enable the statistical application in evaluation of service quality to increase the sales volume and the related income creation as expected.
