천도교소년회의 지역 조직과 활동

본고는 일제강점기 천도교소년회의 지역 조직과 활동에 관해 분석하였다. 천도교소년회는 1921년 4월 4일 천도교청년회 소년부로 설치되었다가, 5월 1일 독립하여 조직되었다. 천도교소년회는 중앙에 이어 지방에서도 조직되었다. 천도교소년회의 지역 조직은 천도교청년회, 천도교청년당 등 청년단체가 주도적인 역할을 맡았다. 뿐만 아니라 청년단체의 부문단체의 하나인 조선농민사 지사에서도 소년회 또는 소년부를 조직하여 어린이운동을 전개해 나갔다. 이에 따라 천도교소년회의 지역 조직은 1928년 150개가 조직되었고, 4만여 회원을 확보하게 되었다. 천도교소년회 지역 조직의 활동은 어린이날 기념행사를 비롯하여 가극, 동화, 강연, 교육, 체육, 구제, 웅변, 토론, 학예 등 다양한 모습으로 나타나고 있다. 어린이날 기념행사는 소년회 단독 또는 여타 소년단체와 연합하여 다양한 기념행사를 전개하였다. 가극은 어린이운동의 선전 외에도 야학 등 교육 경비 마련, 기념행사 등을 통해 어린이의 활력소가 되기도 하였다. 동화는 어린이뿐만 아니라 학부모에게도 가장 관심을 가진 활동으로, 어린이날 등 어린이 관련 각종 행사에는 주요한 프로그램의 하나로 자리잡았다고 할 수 있다. 강연은 주로 소년문제에 대한 주제가 가장 많았으며 주로 천도교 청년단체의 임원들이 맡았다. 교육은 야학, 강습소 등 비정규 교육기관이었지만 어린이들에게 교육을 받을 수 있는 기회를 제공하였다는 점에서 적지 않은 의의가 있다고 판단된다. 체육은 어린이들에게 건강한 몸과 마음을 마련할 수 있는 계기가 되었는데, 주로 야구와 축구 등이 많았으며 운동기구를 마련하기 위한 모금 활동도 적극 전개하였다. 이외에도 소년회는 수해나 한발 등 어려움을 겪는 이재동포에게 동정금을 마련한 바 있었으며, 웅변과 토론 및 학예품 현상대회를 통해 어린이의 호연지기를 길러주는 데 적지 않은 역할을 하였다고 평가할 수 있다. This manuscript analyzes the local organization and activities of the Cheondogyo Boys’ Association of the Japanese Empire occupation period. The Cheondogyo Boys’ Association was established as the boys’ department of the Cheondogyo Youth Association on April 4, 1921 and was independently organized on May 1, 1921. The Cheondogyo Boys’ Association was organized in the provinces following the center. The local organization of the Cheondogyo Boys’ Association played a leading role by youth organizations such as the Cheondogyo Youth Association and the Cheondogyo Youth Party. In addition, the Joseon Farmers’ Association, one of the youth organizations, organized a boys’ association or a boys’ department to carry out the children’s movement. As a result, 150 local organizations of the Cheondogyo Boys’ Association were organized in 1928, and 40,000 members were secured. The activities of local organizations of the Cheondogyo Boys’ Association are diverse, including children’s day celebrations, plays, fairy tales, lectures, education, physical education, relief, eloquence, discussion, and arts. Children’s Day celebrations were held in conjunction with the boys’ association alone or other juvenile organizations. In addition to the propaganda of the children’s movement, opera has also become a vital place for children through education expenses such as night school and commemorative events. Fairy tales are activities that are most interested in not only children but also parents, and they can be said to have become one of the main programs for various children-related events, such as Children’s Day. The lecture mainly had the most topics on juvenile issues, and was mainly conducted by executives of the Cheondogyo Youth Organization. Education was a non-regular educational institution such as night school and school, but it is considered meaningful in that it provided children with opportunities to receive education. Physical education served as an opportunity for children to prepare a healthy body and mind, mainly baseball and soccer, and actively engaged in fundraising activities to prepare sports equipment. In addition, the Youth Association provided sympathy money for the victims who suffered flood damage and one step, and played a significant role in fostering the children’s good performance through eloquence, discussion, and academic competitions.

Macrolide계 항생물질 동시분석법 확립 및 모니터링

축산물 중 macrolide계 항생물질 3종을 신속분석하기 위하여 효과적인 전처리법을 설정하고 고속액체크로마토그라피(HPLC)를 이용한 동시분석법을 제시하였다. 대상물질은 tilmicosin, tylosin, spiramycin이며, 확립된 분석법을 이용하여 모니터링을 실시하기 위하여 전국 6개 도시인 서울, 부산, 대전, 인천, 대구, 광주에서 수입원산지가 표시된 쇠고기와 돼지고기 및 그 가공품을 수거하여 분석하였다. 전처리법에 있어서 solid phase extraction(SPE)법에 비하여 액상추출법이 더 높은 회수율을 나타내었으며 전처리 단계도 간단하여 대상 항생물질을 분석하기에 적절하였다. 3종의 항생물질 분리를 위한 컬럼은 C18(250 ㎜×4.6 ㎜, 5 ㎛)을 사용하였으며, HPLC 이동상은 0.025M phosphate buffer(pH 2.5) 및 acetonitrile을 이용한 gradient 조건을 설정하였다. UV 검출파장은 spiramycin 경우 232 ㎚이고, tilmicosin과 tylosin은 288 ㎚을 이용하였다. 평균회수율은 83.0-90.2%이였으며, 검출한계는 각각 7(spiramycin), 12(tilmiconsin), 12(tylosin) ng/g으로 나타났다. 수입 축산물의 항생물질에 대한 안전성을 검토하기 위하여 국내 유통중인 수입축산물 및 그 가공품을 대상으로 하여 모니터링을 실시한 결과, 시료는 전국 6개 대도시에서 126건 구입하였으며 모든 시료에서 macrolide계 항생물질이 검출되지 않았다. In this study, a simple and rapid pre-treatment method based on liquid extraction was applied for the simultaneous determination of three macrolides (spiramycin, tylosin, and tilmicosin) residues. In these studies, the stock farm products was used as a matrix sample. When the liquid extraction method was compared with the solid phase extraction (SPE) method, the former showed higher recovery percentages and simpler steps than the latter. The macrolids were separated using a reverse-phase C18 (250 ㎜×4.6 ㎜, 5 ㎛) column and a gradient elution with mobile phases consisting of phosphate buffer (pH 2.5) and acetonitrile. Tylosin and tilmicosin were detected at 288 ㎚ and spiramycin was detected at 232 ㎚. The average recovery percentage ranged between 83.0-90.2% for samples spiked with the three macrolids at 50 and 100 ng/g The validation results showed that the limit of detection (7 (spiramycin), 12 (tilmiconsin), 12 (tylosin) ng/g)) was under the regulatory tolerances and the linearity from calibration curves was satisfactory for determining the multi-residue of three macrolids in farm products. Monitoring samples were collected at the main cities in Korea as Seoul, Busan, Deajeon, Incheon, Deagu, and Gwangju. Microlide antibiotics were not detected in most samples.

수신단에서 에러 전파 특성을 이용한 MPEG 암호화

모바일 응용에서 MPEG 비디오 스트림 등 대용량 데이터의 이용이 증가함에 따라, 전송되는 대용량 데이터의 정보보호가 중요한 문제로 부각되고 있다. 대용량 데이터의 효과적인 보호를 위한 부분 암호화 방법으로 SECMPEG이 존재한다. 그러나 SECMPEG의 보안 레벨 3은 B- 나 P-프레임에 비해 상대적으로 용량이 큰 I-프레임을 모두 암호화하기 때문에, 모바일 응용에 적용하기에는 암호화 오버헤드가 크다는 문제가 있다. 그러므로 MPEG2 표준의 압축 특성을 분석하여 I-프레임에서의 부분 암호화를 효과적으로 적용할 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 수신단에서 I-프레임 내의 에러 전파 특성을 이용하는, 슬라이스 레벨에서의 부분 암호화 방법을 제안한다. 실험 결과를 통하여 SECMPEG 보안 레벨 3과 비교하여 제안 방법은 보안 성능의 저하없이 수행 시간을 약 30배 이상 단축함을 확인하였다. According to increased multimedia data(i.e., MPEG video stream) in mobile application, protecting data becomes an important problem in the multimedia data delivery. SECMPEG is a selective encryption approach for protecting multimedia data. However, the computational overhead of SECMPEG's security level 3 is quite large because it encrypts the whole I-frames whose size is relatively larger than P/B-frames. Therefore, we need to analyze the characteristics of MPEG2 standard and derive an effective encryption of the I-frames. In this paper, we propose a slice-level, selective encryption approach by using the error-propagation characteristics of I-frames by a receiver. Our experimental results show that the proposed approach can reduce the execution time of SECMPEG's security level 3 by a factor of 30 without degradation of the security.
