      • 실험적 치아 이동시 백서구치 치주인대의 CGRP 면역반응 신경섬유의 변화

        실험적 치아 이동에 의한 백서 치주인대의 CGRP 면역반응 신경섬유의 변화를 관찰하기 위하여 210gm 내외의 생후 6주령의 웅성백서를 정상대조군과 교정력 적용시간에 따라 12시간, 1일, 3일, 7일, 12일 경과군으로 나누어 각 군에 3마리 이상씩 배분하여 각 해당기간동안 상악제1대구치에 80gm 내외의 교정력을 가한후 희생시켜 calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP)의 항체를 이용한 면역조직화학법으로 염색하여 관찰한 소견은 다음과 같다. . 12시간 교정력을 가한 치아의 신장, 압박측 치근단부 모두에서 CGRP 면역반응 신경섬유가 감소되었다. . 1일간 교정력을 가한 치아의 신장, 압박측 치근단부에서는 CGRP 면역반응 신경섬유의 수는 감소되었으나 신장측에서는 아주 가는 신경섬유의 분지가 일부 관찰되었다. . 3일간 교정력을 가한 치아의 신장측과 압박측 치근단부에서는 중정도 굵기의 신경섬유는 감소되고 가는 신경섬유의 많은 분지가 관찰되었는데 신장측이 압박측보다 더 많았다. . 7일간 교정력을 가한 치아의 신장측과 압박측 치근단부에서는 신경섬유의 분지가 대조군에 비하여 많이 증가되었고 가는 분지도 증가되었는데, 신장측이 압박측에 비하여 더 많이 증가된 것으로 관찰되었다. . 12이간 교정력을 가한 치아의 압박측 치주인대의 CGRP 면역반응 신경섬유는 거의 정상으로 회복되었으나 가는 분지는 증가된 상태였고 신장측 치주인대에는 신경섬유가 증가된 채 유지되었다. . 위의 결과로 미루어 보아 치주인대의 CGRP 면역반응 신경섬유는 기계적 자극에 의하여 초기에는 파기되어 감소되나, 즉시 재생되는 적응성을 갖고 있으며 신장측에 더 많기는 하나 압박측 치주인대에도 많은 가는 분지를 내는 것으로 보아 염증반응에 관여함과 동시에 골생성 및 골흡수의 골개조에 관여할 것으로 생각된다. To investgate the changes of the CGRP immunoreactiv nerve fibers in the periodontal ligament of the rat molars during experimental tooth movement, immunohistichemical study was performed using the Sprague-Dawley rats(6 weeks old, 210 gm in body weight) The orthodontic force(80gm) was applied by ligating the Ni-Ti coil spring between upper right first molar and upper right incisors, and maintained 12 hours, 1,3,7,12 days, The results were as follows . CGRP immunoreactive nerve fibers were showed reduced immunoreactivity and number in 12 hours, and 1 day group, but new thin fibers of CGRP immunoreactive were observed at the periapical periodontal ligament of the distal root(tension site) in 1 day group . In 3 day group, thick CGRP immmunoreactive nerve fibers were reduced, but thin fibers were domonstrated at the appical periodontal ligament of the mesial and distal root, Apical periodontal ligament of the distal root had much more thin branches than the mesial root. . In 7 day group, the CGRP-immunoreactive nerve fibers were increased in terms of the number and thin branches in the apical periodontal ligament of the mesial and distal root, but the distal root had more than the mesial root. . In 12 day group, the CGRP immunoreactive nerve fibers showed similar distribution to normal at compression site but increased number of fibers at tension site. . The CGRP immunoreactive nerve fibers in the periodontal ligament have adaptive ability that regenerate the nerve fibers immediately which were destroyed and degenerated by mechanical force and seems to have some relation to the bone remodelling process including bone resorption and bone formation, and local inflammatory response.

        The purpose of this study was to establish Korean norms that will be valuable aids for diagnosis in orthognathic surgery patients. Lateral cephalometric measurements were established for adult Koreans(60males, 62females) with normal occlusion and acceptable profiles. The results were as follows : 1. Means, standard deviation and sexual differentiation were included within each measurement. 2. In skeletal measurements, FH to SN and SN to mandibular plane measurements in females were larger than those in males while all linear measurements in males were larger than those in males were larger than those in females. 3. Significant differences were observed between male and female groups on all of the items that showed vertical relationship in dental measurements. And the measurements of ADH, PDH and overbite in males were larger than those in females while the measurements of incisor exposure in females were larger than those in males. 4. In all measurements of soft tissue except NLA. that is, of FCA, UFH, ULL and LLL, males were larger than those in females.

        아동기 학대경험이 성인기 대인관계문제에 미치는 영향에서 자기자비와 자기체계손상의 순차적 이중매개효과

        This study aimed to confirm whether self-compassion and traumatized self-system sequentially dual mediated the impact of childhood abuse experiences on adult interpersonal problems. Online survey was conducted on 314 men and women aged 20 and older in South Korea. The data were collected using Childhood Trauma Questionnaire-Short Form, Short Form of the Korean Inventory of Interpersonal Problems Circumplex Scales, Korean Version of Self-compassion Scale, and Traumatized Self-system Scale. To analyze the data, SPSS 25.0 and Process macro version 3.5 of Hayes were used. The correlation between childhood abuse experiences and traumatized self-system, childhood abuse experiences and interpersonal problems, and traumatized self-system and interpersonal problems was positively related, respectively. On the contrary, the correlation between self-compassion and childhood abuse experiences, traumatized self-system, and interpersonal problems was negatively related, respectively. It has been verified that the sequential complete dual mediating effects of self-compassion and traumatized self-system on the impact of childhood abuse experiences on adult interpersonal problems. It has been found that people who have experienced abuse in childhood have less self-compassion, which causes damage to their self-system and leads to increased interpersonal problems. Through this, interventions have been explored to reduce the negative effects of child abuse.

        실험적 치아이동에 의한 백서 치주인대내 CGRP 면역 양성 신경섬유의 변화

        교정력에 의하여 치주인대내에 생긴 압박측에서는 국소적 염증반응과 골 흡수가 활발히 일어나며 신장측은 골 생성이 활발하므로 뒤 두 부위는 서로 다른 조직반응이 일어난다. 치아이동에 관여하는 것으로 알려진 CGRP 면역 양성 신경섬유도 압박 및 신장 부위에 따라 다를 것으로 생각된다. 저자등은 CGRP 면역 양성 신경섬유의 교정력 적용시간에 따른 변화를 관찰하고 압박 및 신장력을 받는 부위에 따른 변화를 관찰하기 위하여 200gm 내외의 생후 9주령 백서 상악 제1 대구치에 Ni-Ti coil spring으로 80gm내외의 교정력을 12시간, 1일, 3일, 7일, 12일동안 가한 후 희생하여 면역 조직화학법으로 염색하여 관찰하였다. · 교정력 적용 12시간 및 1일군에서 압박 및 신장측 모두에서 CGRP 면역 양성 신경섬유가 감소되었다. · 교정력 적용 3일군에서 CGRP 면역 양성 신경섬유는 많은 가는 분지가 관찰되며 증가되었고 특히 신장측에서 현저하였다. · 교정력 적용 7일군에서 비교적 굵은 CGRP 면역 양성 신경섬유도 증가 되었으며 신장측에서 현저하였다. · 교정력 적용 12일군에서 압박측 치주인대에서는 거의 정상과 유사하였으나 신장측치주인대에서는 증가된 채 유지되었다. · CGRP 면역 양성 신경섬유는 압박측보다 신장측에서 더 많이 증가하여 치아이동시 CGRP가 말초조직에서 염증반응에 관여함과 동시에 골 개조에도 상당한 연관성을 가지고 있을 것으로 생각된다. Bone resorption was predominate in compression site, bone formation in tension site of periodontal ligament during tooth movement. The biologic response at compression site was different from tension site. Thus the CGRP immuno-positive nerve fiber will respond differently to mechanical force according to the area(compression or tension site). The purpose of this study was to investigate this response of CGRP immuno-positive nerve fiber in the periodontal ligament according to the duration of applied force and the area (compression or tension site) during experimental tooth movement. The experimental animals were 7 week old male rat (approximately 200 gm). The orthodontic force was applied mesially to the right maxillary molar using the Ni-Ti coil spring during 12hours, 1, 3, 7, and 12days. Immunohistochemical staining using antibody against CGRP was performed after sacrifice. The results were as follows. The CGRP immuno-positive nerve bundle showed reduced immunoreactivity and nerve fibers reduced in density after application of orthodontic force for 12 hours and 1day. The CGRP immuno-positive nerve fibers showed many thin branches at the apical periodontal ligament after application of force for 3 days as compared with normal. The tension site in the apical periodontal ligament showed more branches than the compression site. In 7 day group, the CGRP immuno-positive nerve fibers increased in terms of the number and had many thin branches in the apical periodontal ligament. The tension site had more branches than the compression site. In 12 day group, the CGRP immuno-positive nerve fibers showed similar distribution to normal control at compression site of apical periodontal ligament, but the fibers at the tension site increased in number. The CGRP immuno-positive nerve fibers showed more increased at tension site than compression site after application of orthodontic force. Therefore it seems to have some relation to the bone remodeling besides the local inflammatory process.

        정상교합자의 치열궁 형태

        This study was designed to investigate dental arch shapes buccally and lingually at Bracket Level of Koreans. This involved studying 63 inviduals (37 males, 26 females) with normal occlusion ranging in age from 17 to 24 yesrs old. The landmarks were digitized and measurements and statistical analysis were performed by NEC 9801 V-M computer. The Results were as Follows: Bicanine width, Bipremolar width and Bimolar width were larger in males than in females. Buccal and lingual arch form and coordination form were obtained by NEC 9801 V-M computer. The parabolic equations which represents buccal and lingual arch form were obtained.
