A Case Study on the City-based Event as a Strategy for Destination Marketing - Pusan International Film Festival

부산은 도시 관광 수입을 증대하고 목적지 마케팅 전략을 효과적으로 발전시키기 위해 부산국제영화제(이하 PIFF로 칭함)를 개최하고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 10년 이상 개최되고 있는 PIFF에 대한 분석을 통해 메가 이벤트의 경제적 효과와 부산이라는 도시브랜드의 마케팅 전략으로서의 효과에 대하여 살펴보고자 한다. 본 연구는 사례분석으로서 내부자료, 외부자료와 통계자료를 이용하여 분석하였으며 PIFF 성공의 주요요인을 도출하였다. 연구결과, PIFF는 영역을 확대하여 영화산업뿐만 아니라 관련 산업(관광산업, 문화산업 등)과의 협력 및 win-win정책을 통해 제2의 도약기를 맞이하여야 한다. 또한 국내방문객 모객에 만족하지 말고 외국방문객을 위한 다양한 서비스와 편의시설을 제공하는 데에 주력하여 외국관광객 유치에도 힘써야 할 것이다.

점성 감쇠기를 이용한 인접 비대칭 강성 구조물의 내진보강 최적설계

This paper proposes an optimal design method of a seismic reinforcement system for the seismic performance of adjacent asymmetric-stiffness structures with viscous dampers. The first method considers plan asymmetry for efficient seismic reinforcement, and evaluates the seismic performance of optimal design applied to two cases of modeling: adjacent stiffness-asymmetric structures and adjacent stiffnesssymmetric structures. The second method considers the response of asymmetric structures to derive the optimal objective function, and evaluates seismic efficiency of the objective function applied to two cases of responses: horizontal displacement and torsion. Numerical analyses are conducted on 7- and 10-story structures with a uni-asymmetric-stiffness plan using six cases of historic earthquakes, normalized to 0.4g. The results indicate that the seismic performance is excellent as modeled by adjacent asymmetric-stiffness structures and how much horizontal displacement is applied as the objective function. -

컨벤션 기획사 1급 자격검정을 위한 컨벤션 직업능력 표준개발에 관한 탐색적 연구

본 연구에서는 향후 시행예정인 컨벤션기획사 1급 자격검정 출제기준의 타당성과 신뢰성 확보를 위해 컨벤션 직업능력표준을 개발하였다. 일차적으로 국내 · 외 사례를 분석과 현장전문가의 인터뷰를 진행하였으며, 이차단계인 직무분석을 거쳐 능력단위와 직능수준으로 구성되어있는 컨벤션 직업능력 표준을 개발하였다. 또한 직무능력을 기존 수행연구 결과와 비교, 분석하여 컨벤션기획사 1급 자격검정을 위한 시험출제기준으로 컨벤션기획실무, 컨벤션마케팅, 재무회계관리 및 경영분야 등 4개의 범위가 도출되었다. 특히 기획사 1급의 경우, 컨벤션 직능수준 중 최고에 해당되므로 자신 및 타인의 결과에 완전한 책임과 의무를 지면서 창조적인 기획, 관리기능 수행에 대한 평가를 위해 경영분야에 대한 검증도 필요하다는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 선행연구를 기초로 컨벤션기획가 직업능력표준 개발을 통해 기존에 연구된 자격검정을 위한 시험문제 영역에 대한 타당성과 신뢰도 검정에 대한 기초자료를 제공하는 단계라는 한계를 지니고 있다. 향후 최고 전문가단계인 컨벤션기획사 1급 자격검정을 위한 시험 등 구체적인 평가방법 및 평가기준에 대한 심층연구가 수행되어야 할것이다.

지역특화 MICE 개발을 위한 탐색적 연구 : 부산 해양MICE를 중심으로

국내 MICE산업은 성장기를 거쳐 성숙기에 들어섰으며, 이에 따라 육성전략은 유치단계에서 벗어나 국제사회 에서 경쟁할 수 있는 차별화된 MICE상품을 개발하는데 힘을모아야 할 시점이다. 부산의 경우 지자체들 중에서도 가장 적극적으로 활동하고 있는데 MICE산업을 부산시 6대전략산업에 포함시 켜서 부산의 또 다른 육성산업인 해양산업과 결합시켜 시너지효과를 창출하고자 다양한 시도를 하고 있다. 그 렇지만 부산의 전략산업인 해양산업과연계한 MICE산업 발전전략에 대한 연구는 진행되지 않고 있는 실정이 며, 국제사회에서 경쟁우위를 차지하기 위해서는 전문적이고 심층적인 개발연구가 시급한 시기이다. 본 연구는 부산시의 전략산업인 해양산업과 MICE산업을 연계한 발전방안과 비즈니스 모델을 개발하는 것을 최종 목표로, 부산지역의 해양관련 전시컨벤션 등 MICE산업의 환경을 분석하고 국․내외 해양관련 유사 전시 컨벤션 사례를 분석하여 해양 전시컨벤션 비즈니스 모델개발 및 MICE산업 육성방안을 위한 방향을 모색하고 자 한다. 본 연구방법은 문헌조사 및 현장조사를 중심으로 이루어졌으며, 연구대상은 MICE분야 중 부산시 경 쟁분야인 컨벤션 및 전시분야로 제한하였다. 본 연구를 통해 비즈니스 모델 개발전략, 해양 MICE 특화전략, 해양 MICE 유치전략에 대한 기본방향을 제시 하였다.

산림 군락의 토양 호흡에 관한 연구

춘천지방의 몇개 삼림군락을 대상을로 낙엽량을 조사하고 낙엽 낙지 등이 분해되어 대기중으로 방출되느CO_2의 양 즉 토양호흡량을 Sponge법에 의해 측정한 결과 다음의 결과를 얻었다 1)소나무군락의 낙엽량은 4.544kg/m_2,잣나무군락에서 14.050kg/m_2,낙엽송군락에서 5.699kg/m_2,오리나무군락에서 20.171kg/m_2,그리고 소나무와 오리나무의 혼생림에서 16.875kg/m_2로서 활엽수림의 낙엽량이 침엽수림보다 많았고 이들 낙엽량은 수령이 높은 삼림에서 또한 많았다. 2)임상의 토양호흡량은 소나무 64.499mg CO_2/m_2,hr,혼효림 122.150mg CO_2/m_2,hr의 순서로 침엽수림보다 활엽수림에서 더 높았다. 이것은 침엽수의 낙엽이 활엽수림에서 더 높았다. 3)토양호흡량에 영향을 미치는 환경요인중 지온과 상관이 있었고 r=0.76으로서 5%의 유의수준을 나타내었으나 토양호흡량과 낙엽량,기온,토양의 수분함량과는 각각 r=0.54,x=0.66,r=0.36으로서 유의성을 나타내지 않았다.

부산 지역특화 해양 전시컨벤션 개발에 관한 질적 연구

The purpose of this study is to suggest plans for fusion and convergence of the local-specialized exhibition and convention related marine. After conducting in-depth interviews with the professionals who have worked in MICE industry, I analyze their statements with Colaizzi's method, a phenomenological study. The results are founded as belows; two categories, 'requesting new sight of marine exhibition and convention', and 'growing expectation of globally expanding of marine culture in Busan', and six sub-categories, 'not satisfying the existing exhibitions and conventions', 'expectation of new exhibition and convention', 'expectation of expanding the events related marine', 'need to shed new lights on marine culture in Busan', 'realize Busan is being globalized', and ' lack of maximizing the application of marine culture infrastructure in Busan'. This research is looked to provide consequences for developing marine exhibition and convention in Busan. 본 연구의 목적은 부산의 해양관련 전시회와 축제의 개최현황을 조사하고 부산의 해양문화에 대한 분석을 토대로 기존 부산에서 개최되고 있는 해양관련 행사들의 융복합 방안을 제시하고 지역특화된 해양전시회 개발 방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 부산에서 활동하는 MICE관련 전문가 6인을 대상으로 심층면접으로 진행하였으며, 연구 참여자들로부터 얻은 인터뷰 내용을 질적연구방법 중 자료수집 방법을 기술하는데 중점을 두는 Colaizzi의 연구방법으로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 첫 번째 범주는 기존의 전시회에 대한 실망과 새로운 시각에의 접근에 대한 것으로 이를 통해서 종전과는 다른 전시회가 개최되어야 한다고 주장하였으며, 구체적으로는 해양 관련 행사가 다른 형태로 구성되어 확대 개최되는 것을 기대하였다. 두 번째 범주로는 부산의 해양문화를 단지 지역에서 머무르는 것이 아니라 국제화하여야 한다는데 많은 의견을 가지고 있었으며 전시회의 발전에 부산의 해양문화가 역할을 할 수 있을 것이라는 의견을 피력하였다. 이러한 연구결과는 향후 부산의 지역특화 해양 전시컨벤션 개발을 위한 시사점을 제공할 것으로 기대한다.

이벤트 스폰서십 추구편익에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to identify sponsorship benefit factors for the sponsor of event and to find differences between benefit factors and characteristics of the sponsors including the types of events. Analysis of sponsorship benefits factors extracted 6 factors including marketing effects, gaining predominant position in sales and market, improvement of the relationship with employees, hospitality to and improvement of the relationship with customers, recognition of the corporation, and factors caused by competitors. As the result of variance analysis, it was found that there were significant differences between characteristics of the sponsor and sponsorship and benefit factors. This study provides event organizers with basic data for the strategy of marketing for the successful event. .

D대학 관광관련 학생들의 전공 선택 동기와 전공만족도에 관한 세부전공 간 차이 연구

The purposes of this study were to understand university student’s motivation to major in tourism and the level of satisfaction for their major, and to analyze the different satisfaction level from each major of details included with MICE major, and to draw out the customized educational courses and environment construction by majors. A four-year course university in Busan, surveyed sophomore, junior and senior year students who majored in tourism and the results of the study were as follows. First, the student’s group which had the highest score among groups chose to major in tourism by their interest or social motivation. Second, the study showed that the degree of satisfaction for major was different between MICE major students and tourism major students. Third, the study concluded that the individual’s talent or the ability for the major has a proportional relationship with the satisfaction for the major and social perception is also very influential.

IPA를 활용한 부산의 전시컨벤션 개최지로서의 경쟁력에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to identify the level of competitiveness of Busan as a city for convention and exhibition and to suggest a direction towards competitive advantage of Busan. The analysis was conducted on 106 convention and exhibition experts who had held conventions and exhibitions in Busan. 32 factors including facilities and services, room rates, tourism attractions and linkage of related industries were derived as determining site-selection attributes. The most important factors were capacity of meeting and exhibition rooms, and ease of access. Busan showed the highest level of satisfaction in security and safety. Based on IPA analysis, four factors including the convenience of airport, the rental fee of facilities, the diversity and quality of service suppliers and the support of local government were revealed to be attributes that need to be intensively improved in Busan.

관광학부 학생들의 현장실습 인식 및 경험에 관한 실증적 연구

The purpose of this study was to analyze the perception and satisfaction of the students in tourism department, who experienced the field training. In the field of education, field training during the university years is important to adapt themselves at new circumstances. This study used 221 effective survey data by sampling the students who carried out the field training and analysed using SPSS 18.0 and frequency analysis, reliability, factor analysis, t-test, and ANOVA were used. Through factor analysis of the perception and satisfaction in field training, 8 factors was extracted and named as circumstance of company, satisfaction of training, supporting system of university, assignment of training, job and work satisfaction, program contents of company, education of university, and training result. In conclusion, university and tourism industry are discussed in order to manage and improve the field training program effectively.
