        호텔기업 종사원이 인식한 감성리더십과 혁신행동의 관계에서 조직신뢰의 매개효과

        The purpose of this study is to review and to investigate the impact of emotional leadership on innovative behavior and the mediating effect of organizational trust of deluxe hotels located in Seoul. In total, 240 questionnaires were distributed and 205 valid and complete questionnaires were collected for empirical data analysis. The result of this study shows that emotional leadership have a great effect on organizational trust and innovative behavior. And it has been found that the organizational trust is a mediating effect between emotional leadership and innovative behavior. The ultimate results of this study bring up the new direction in ways the human resource management and the organization management in the hotel firms which emphasizes the importance of emotional leadership, organizational trust and innovative behavior.

        외식산업종사원의 완벽주의 성향이 심리적 소진을 통한 직무요구에 미치는 영향

        This study examined to verify the hypotheses relating to the influence on the job demands caused by worker's perfectionism and psychological exhaustion in food service industry. As a result of this analysis, firstly, the emotional exhaustion of psychological burnout indicated the fact that the social perfectionism of perfectionism tendency was the most affected factor. Secondly, in the aspect of the dehumanization of psychological exhaust, the other directed perfectionism showed the highest influential relationship. Thirdly, in job demands, the emotional exhaustion of psychological exhaustion was higher influential rather than the depersonalization of psychological exhaustion. As an implication, first, the jobs need to be performed with the consideration of tension and fatigue in the job demand. Second, it is suggested that the job demand should be performed by recognizing the level of peers with the dehumanization in mind. Herewith, it is necessary for workers to keep their composure to know what they really want.

        전시컨벤션센터 민간위탁운영의 갈등 원인 탐색과 개선방안 연구: 주인-대리인 이론을 중심으로

        The purpose of this study is to clarify, using the principal-agent theory, the root cause of conflicts between interested parties occurring in the private consignment of exhibition convention centers to identify the cause of conflict in private consignments of exhibition convention centers. In order to improve the informational disconnect between the principal and the agent, we proposed the standardization of tasks, employment safety of contract workers, operation of education programs, disclosure of management center information, and dedicated staff of the consignment agency. To reform the adverse selection of the agent, we considered the effective operation of the RFP, detailed contract writing, development of the performance measurement system, and improvement of the operation of the program in which experts and residents participate. We also proposed the improvement of the agent’s moral hazard by operating the internal manpower training program, the advisory committee, and the long term contract, and by activating the MICE Alliance.

        문화유산의 역사경관 변화가 방문 수요와 경관가치에 미치는 영향

        This study is to estimate the fluctuation of economic value through the change of historic landscape of Geongju Historic Areas using the Contingent Valuation Method. Two investigations, at 2011 and 2019, were implemented on the site. In comparison with 2011, the landscape of site was improved by restoration. The Hicksian compensating variations were estimated using Hanemann's methods as a Non-market value. Some variables were found significant in the derived models such as the concern for heritage, knowledge for the historic areas, satisfaction, re-visiting opinion, age, marriage, job, income, educational level in the both models. The derived amount of willingness to pay price for the historic landscape was 3,868 Korean Won, per visiting, as a non-market value at 2011. In addition, the WTP was 4,083 Korean Won at 2019. During 8years, the WTP amount was increased through the change of landscape.

        IPA를 활용한 부산의 전시컨벤션 개최지로서의 경쟁력에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to identify the level of competitiveness of Busan as a city for convention and exhibition and to suggest a direction towards competitive advantage of Busan. The analysis was conducted on 106 convention and exhibition experts who had held conventions and exhibitions in Busan. 32 factors including facilities and services, room rates, tourism attractions and linkage of related industries were derived as determining site-selection attributes. The most important factors were capacity of meeting and exhibition rooms, and ease of access. Busan showed the highest level of satisfaction in security and safety. Based on IPA analysis, four factors including the convenience of airport, the rental fee of facilities, the diversity and quality of service suppliers and the support of local government were revealed to be attributes that need to be intensively improved in Busan.

        직무배태성 인식에 따른 MICE산업 종사자 세분집단별 조직애착 및 잔류의도 차이 연구

        This study recognizes the necessity of human resource research in the MICE industry and deals with human resource management and human resource development issues. This study verified the perception of job embeddedness in the MICE industry and investigated differences in behavioral intentions. Cluster analysis was performed using 208 sample of employees in MICE industry. The results indicated that there are three different groups, and are differences among their organizational attachment and intention to stay in MICE industry. Clustering was possible and there was a demographic difference of the clusters according to the degree of recognition of job embeddedness among workers in the MICE industry. Based on the results, this study emphasizes the importance of education and training and motivation to increase the job embeddedness of MICE employees.

        관광활동, 인성 및 자기인식의 영향관계

        To achieve the objectives of this study, a hypothesis test showed that at least two components of the tourism activity affect each component of the personality. Personality has been found to partially affect each component of self-awareness. These test results may have the following implications: First, it suggests that participation of potential tourists, including children as well as middle school students, high school students and college students, can be a useful way to help develop and develop Character. Second, responsibility and respect among the components of character suggest that it can be strengthened through mixed, natural and walking tours. Third, it suggests that cultural and historical types and recreational tourism can be a useful means of having the Character to emotionally care and communicate with others. Fourth, not only do we realize the true meaning of filial piety and practice filial piety-related etiquette, but also suggest that we can improve interpersonal self-awareness by familiarizing and abiding with the etiquette of human relations. Fifth, we will be able to develop and strengthen internal self-awareness by forming a wide range of human relationships based on mature minds and correct minds, society and correct values for the people around us.

        호텔의 물리적 환경과 사회적 환경이 고객 감정반응을 통해 서비스 가치에 미치는 영향

        Although there are many studies that prove the effect of physical environment in a hotel, it is rarely investigated the impact of the social environment in the hotel sector. Thus, this study purses to find out how both physical and social environment affects the service values through customers’ emotional responses in a hotel area. To obtain this purpose, the empirical analysis was conducted by the online survey. The results are followings: first, all three factors of physical environment (lobby, room, and restaurant environment) and two factors of social environment( appropriate behavioral and appearance perception) positively influences customers’ positive response. On the other hand, the lobby environment and the appearance perception have a negative effect on the customers’ negative emotion. Second, the customers’ emotional responses are significantly associated with the service value respectively. The results of this study provide useful implication for hotel managers how to manage their physical environment as well as the social environment.

        지역주민의 복합리조트 산업영향인식이 태도와 지지도에 미치는 영향: 제주 지역을 대상으로

        The purpose of this study was to provide useful implications for the establishment of the relationship with the local residents and the activation of the local economy by analyzing the relationship among the local residents' perception of the impact of attitude, and support for the integrated resort. The subjects were the residents of Jeju area, which is affected by an issue of developing integrated resort development and their attitude and support toward the development of the integrated resort. The hypotheses were tested by statistical analysis after completing the verification of reliability. Results showed that the perception of the integrated resort industry impact was shown to have an effect on the residents' attitude where the positive economic and sociocultural effect had significant positive effects and negative socio-cultural and environmental effects had negative effects. Additional results were that the attitude of local residents toward the integrated resort industry was shown to have a significant positive effect on the support, a specific willingness to act.

        외국인 유학생의 문화적응 스트레스가 한국어 학습에 미치는 영향

        The analysis results are as follows: First, it was found that the perceived sense of discrimination of acculturation stress had a significant influence on instrumentalㆍintegrativeㆍessential motivation and academic achievement, and that Korean language use had a significant influence on instrumentalㆍintegrative motivation and learning excellence; in addition, it was confirmed that Korean learning had a significant influence on integrative motivation, learning excellence, and academic achievement, and homesickness was found to have a significant influence on learning excellence and academic achievement. Lastly, economic woes were verified to have a significant influence on essential motivation and academic achievement. Second, the analysis results showed that the instrumental motivation had a significant influence on academic achievement, and that integrative motivation and essential motivation had a significant influence on learning excellence and academic achievement. In addition, learning excellence showed a significant influence on academic achievement.
