        이벤트 스폰서십 추구편익에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to identify sponsorship benefit factors for the sponsor of event and to find differences between benefit factors and characteristics of the sponsors including the types of events. Analysis of sponsorship benefits factors extracted 6 factors including marketing effects, gaining predominant position in sales and market, improvement of the relationship with employees, hospitality to and improvement of the relationship with customers, recognition of the corporation, and factors caused by competitors. As the result of variance analysis, it was found that there were significant differences between characteristics of the sponsor and sponsorship and benefit factors. This study provides event organizers with basic data for the strategy of marketing for the successful event.

        공감훈련 프로그램이 시설보호아동의 정서지능, 공격성 및 또래관계에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 공감훈련 프로그램을 시설보호아동 대상으로 실시하여 정서지능, 공격성, 또래관계에 미치는 효과를 검증하는데 그 목적을 두었다. 이러한 목적을 이루기 위해 본 연구는 부산광역시에 소재한 S보육시설 5학년 전체 학생을 대상으로 공감훈련프로그램에 대해 홍보를 하고, 그 후 담당 생활지도원의 협조를 얻어 참가를 희망한 학생 20명을 최종 대상으로 선정하여 각10명씩 실험집단과 통제집단으로 배정한 후 한 회기마다 50분씩 총 10회기의 공감훈련 프로그램을 실시하였다. 실험집단에는 공감훈련 프로그램이 실시되었으며 같은 기간 동안 통제집단에 대해서는 아무런 처치를 가하지 않았다. 본 프로그램의 효과를 검증하기 위하여 실험집단과 통제집단의 정서지능, 공격성, 또래관계 검사의 사전-사후검사를 실시하였고, SPSS WIN 20.0통계 프로그램을 이용하여 각 척도별로 평균과 표준편차를 구하였고, 실험 사전 집단과 통제 사전 집단 간의 독립 t검증을 실시하였다. 또한 실험집단과 통제집단 간 차이를 검증하기 위해 각 집단의 사전검사 점수를 공변인으로 한 후 사후점수들에 대해 공분산분석(Analysis of Covariance : ANCOVA)을 실시하였다. 이러한 연구절차를 통하여 나타난 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 공감훈련 프로그램에 참여한 실험집단은 참여하지 않은 통제집단보다 프로그램에 참여한 후 정서지능이 향상되었다. 둘째, 공감훈련 프로그램에 참여한 실험집단은 참여하지 않은 통제집단보다 프로그램에 참여한 후 공격성이 감소되었다. 셋째, 공감훈련 프로그램에 참여한 실험집단은 참여하지 않은 통제집단보다 프로그램에 참여한 후 또래관계가 향상되었다. 이와 같은 연구 결과에 비추어 볼 때, 본 프로그램은 시설보호아동의 정서지능 향상 및 공격성 감소, 또래관계를 향상시키는 데 효과적인프로그램임을 알 수 있다. 공감의 인지적, 정서적, 의사소통적인 요소를 모두 고려하여 구성한 공감훈련 프로그램을 시설보호아동에게 적용함으로써 그들이 자기 및 타인의 정서인식과 이해를 바탕으로 타인의 관점 수용, 배려를 통해 공격성을 감소시키고 건강한 또래관계를 형성하도록 도움을 줄 수 있었다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 후속연구에 대한 제언과 시사점을 논의하였다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of empathy training programs on emotional intelligence, aggression, and peer relationship of institutionalized children. Twenty 5th grade students were selected from a child care facility located in Busan. The students were divided equally into experimental and control groups. The program was carried out for 10 sessions, each lasting 50 minutes with cooperation of instructor. To examine the effects of this program, pre and post tests were conducted about emotional intelligence, aggression, and peer relationships for both experiment and control group. SPSS WIN 20.0 statistics program was used for calculating the means and standard deviations of the above measures. In addition, correlated t-tests were performed between pre- experimental group and the pre-control group. In order to verify the differences between those two groups, analysis of covariance (ANCOVA) was performed on the post scores of the two groups, considering the pre score as covariates. The results of this study are as follows. First, emotional intelligence of the experimental group after participating the empathy training programs was improved than control one that is not participated in the program. Second, aggression of the experiment group after participating the empathy training programs decreased more than that of the control one that did not join the programs. Third, peer relationship of the experimental group after participating the empathy training programs was improved than control one that is not participated in the program. We conclude that this program is effective for institutionalized children to improve their emotional intelligence and peer relationships and to decrease their aggression. This program was devised after considering factors of empathy like cognitive, emotional, communication. Also this program will be helpful to institutionalized children in ways that they have a good peer relationship and decrease their aggression by participating the program. Limitations to the current study and recommendations for future research are discussed.

      • 국내,외 그린 MICE 산업 가이드라인 사례연구

        Today, tourism industry, one of the largest industry in world economy, is rising as an substantial debates concerning its impacts on climate change and environment. As one of the tourism industry, MICE industry (Meeting, Incentive travel, Convention and Exhibition) plays an important role in environmental issues as well, however, there are little academic research in this field. In this study, it is defined that Green MICE (Meeting, Incentive, Convention and Exhibition) is one designed, organized and implemented in all aspects of MICE events- including site selection, management of venues, F&B services, accommodation and transportation that minimizes negative environmental impacts and leaves a positive legacy for the host communities. It is investigated that the relationship between climate change and MICE industry, then analysed the Green MICE guidelines of international organizations, associations and tourism-related departments of governments in various countries. On the basis of results, this study can contribute to establish the concept of the Green MICE, rising debated topic under the `Green Growth Policy` of Korea.

      • 관계마케팅 이론을 통한 컨벤션 스폰서십 제공결정요인에 관한 연구

        This research presents the importance of the relationship between sponsor and convention organizer as well as the characteristics. And it is the first attempt in relationship marketing to study the relationship between the sponsor and the organizer of conventions. As a result of factor analysis for sponsorship decision criteria, 6 factors were extracted as follows; benefits and cost, media PR, experience and decision making, characteristics of the organizer, sales and marketing tools, and the characteristics of events. This study found that the relationship between organizer and sponsor could be maintained by the development and implementation of a strategy that maximizes sponsor satisfaction. Organizer of conventions must create an environment where the sponsor can voluntarily participate in by studying and developing the sponsors` marketing strategies.

      • 컨벤션 기획사와 협력사간의 관계 및 협력구조에 관한 연구

        For the successful convention, it is prior to cooperation between professional convention planner (PCO) and the suppliers such as hotel, rental company, travel agency and etc. The purpose of the study is to find the impacting relationship which the trust and absorption have significant influence on the relation satisfaction and continuance for the long-term and complementary relationship marketing activities between PCO and the suppliers. The results show as follows; 1) It is necessary for the PCO to have the personal networking and cooperation with the representative of the supplier company as well as the business aspect for continuing the cooperation with supplier. 2) The cooperative and complementary relationship marketing activities between PCOs and the suppliers have played a important role in holding a successful convention.

      • 생활의 질적 향상을 위한 부엌의 작업대 및 수납장에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to examine present conditions of kitchen work centers and cabinets and to determine responses of residents in relation to them. The sample comprised of 42 households in Seoul. A questionnaire was developed, which consisted of three parts; socio­demographic information of the households, present conditions of kitchen work centers and cabinets, and their responses in relation to them. Data was analyzed by hand, using frequency and percentage. Findings from this study were as follows: 1. L shape and one wall kitchen shape were dominated, 55.0% and 32.0% respectively. The kitchen work centers were arranged most frequently in sequence of refrigerator center, sink center, mixing center, cooking center, and serving center. 2. Widths/heights of kitchen work centers and cabinets were close to the recommended measurements, however the vertical distance between the top line of kitchen work centers and the bottom line of wall cabinets showed higher than the recommended measurement. 3. Residents were satisfied to some degree with the sequence of arrangement, heights, widths, design, and color of kitchen work centers and cabinets, however they need more storage space. 4. The functional aspect and design were the major factors influenced residents' decision making for the buying behavior of the kitchen work centers and cabinets.

        정보제공이 위암 수술환자의 불확실성과 불안 및 우울에 미치는 영향

        40 patients with gastric cancer were studied with quasi experimental research design to test effectiveness of preparatory information. The subjects were selected from the surgical ward of C university hospital in K city from August 20, 1994 to January 20, 1995. 20 of those patients who received preparatory information were assigned to the control group another 20 of those who did not received preparatory information were assigned to the control group. The instruments used for this study were Uncertainty Scale developed by Mishel, Anxiety Scale, by Spielberger and Depression Scale, by Beck. X²-test, t-test, and ANOVA were adopted to analysis the data. The results of this study are as follows. Hypothesis 1, that the post operative patient with gastric cancer who received preparatory information would have a lessor degree of uncertainty than those who did not received the information was supported (t=4.41, p=,000). Hypothesis 2, that the post operative patient with gastric cancer who received prepatory information would have a lessor degree of anxiety than those who did not received the information was supported(t=2.47, p=.017). Hypothesis 3, that the post operative patient with gastric cancer who received preparatory information would have a lessor degree of depression than those did not received the information was supported(t=3.79, p=.000). Based upon the above finding this study conclude that preparatory information is effective in decreasing the uncertainty, anxiety, and depression of the post operative patient with gastric cancer.
