전개도 과제에서 지오픽스와 Cabri 3D를 활용한 학습의 효과 비교

본 연구의 목적은 조작 교구와 탐구형 기하 소프트웨어를 활용한 전개도 학습이 초등학교 5학년 학생들의 공간 감각에 주는 영향을 비교·분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 한 실험집단은 조작 교구인 지오픽스를 한 실험집단은 탐구형 기하소프트웨어인 Cabri 3D를 활용하여 전개도를 학습하였다. 비교 집단은 교구나 소프트웨어의 사용 없이 학습지만으로 학습을 진행하였다. 사전과 사후에 공간 감각 검사를 실시하여 그 수준을 파악하였고, 시선 추적 검사를 실시하여 전개도 과제를 해결하는 학생들의 전략을 분석하였다. 그 결과 조작 교구인 지오픽스를 활용한 전개도 학습이 공간 감각에 가장 효과적이었으며, Cabri 3D 또한 전개도를 학습하기 위한 좋은 도구가 될 수 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한, 전개도 학습 이후 학생들의 해결 전략은 가장 효율적인 전략이었던 분석적 전략이 증가하였으며, 이러한 과정에서 시선 추적은 학생들의 전략을 탐색하는 매우 유용한 도구가 됨을 알 수 있었다. The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze the effects of physical manipulative and exploratory geometry software on the spatial sense for 5<sup>th</sup> grade elementary school students in learning nets. For this purpose, ton experimental group used Geofix, an operational learning tool, and the experimental group used Cabri 3D, an exploratory geometry software to learn the nets of solids. The comparison group was learned by worksheet only without any manipulative or software. Spatial sense tests were conducted before and after to determine the level, and eye tracking were used to analyze the strategies of students in solving nets problems. As a result, it was confirmed that the using Geofix group was the most effective for the spatial sense, and Cabri 3D could also be a good tool for learning the nets of solids. In addition, after learning the nets of solids, the analytical strategy, which was the most effective strategy for students’ solving strategies, increased. In the process of solving spatial tasks such as the spatial sense tasks, eye tracking technology become a very useful tool for exploring students’ strategies, so it is expected that objective and useful data will be collected through more active use in the future.

최저가낙찰제도의 적정 낙찰가율 산정을 위한 프로세스 모형 연구

정부에서는 최저가 낙찰제도의 무리한 저기투찰을 방지하기 위해 입찰가격 적정성 심사기준 등을 강화하고 있으나, 낙찰가율이 저하되는 근본적인 문제점이 여전히 상존하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 최저가낙찰제도의 입찰금액 적정성 심사기준 문제점을 분석하였으며, 그 결과 발주기관의 기초금액 결정요소의 제한적 공개, 5% 초과분 구분공종의 비율, 부적정공종의 제한적인 심사항목 등이 낮은 낙찰가율을 형성하는 주요 요인으로 파악하였다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기존의 입찰금액의 적정성 심사 절차상의 문제점을 개선 할 수 있는 방법을 제안하고, 적정낙찰기율 범위에서 낙찰자를 선정할 수 있는 입찰금액 적정성 심사 기준을 보완한 프로세스 모형을 제시하며, 기존 발주사례를 통하여 적정성을 검증하고 있다. The government intensifies screening criteria for the guarantee of reasonable bidding price and the prevention of low bidding price, however, the low tender rate still becomes an issue. This study analyzed the problems of screening criteria for the guarantee of reasonable bidding price, and then derived some major issues such as the restriction of decisive factors for initial construction cost, the rate of activities over five percent of surveyed price and the restrictive review criteria of inadequate activities. To solve thess problems, this study suggests an improved process model for estimating optimal bidding rate that can select a contractor with the guarantee of reasonable bidding price.

변혁적 세계시민교육의 가능성 모색: B중학교 평화 활동 사례를 중심으로

본 논문은 세계시민교육을 실천하고 있는 학교와 교사들이 학교라는 맥락 속에서 실제로 세계시민교육을 어떻게 이해하고 있으며 이를 실천하고 있는지를 탐색하고자 수행되었다. 이를 위해, 본 연구에서는 질적 연구를 통해 세계시민교육을 실천하고 있는 한 학교(B중학교)의사례를 분석하였다. 구체적으로 동아리를 중심으로 이루어지는 활동을 기술·분석하여 학교 교육과정과 학교문화가 크게 어떻게 변화하는지를 탐색하였다. 이에 따라, 세계시민교육의 실천 내용을크게 세 가지로 나누어 살펴보았으며 그 내용은 1) 세계 속에서 세계시민됨을 경험하기: 평화를 찾아서, 2) 학교 교육과정과 지역사회 속에서 발견하는 세계시민성, 3) 경험과 배움의 즐거움을 통한학교 문화의 점진적인 변화 등으로 요약할 수 있다. 연구결과를 중심으로 본 연구는 변혁적 패러다임에 기초하여 세계시민교육을 조명하였다. 이에따라, 변혁적 교육으로서 세계시민교육이 역할을 하기 위해서는 평화의 문화를 구축하겠다는 목표가 있어야 한다는 것과, 그 목표에 도달하기 위해 세계시민으로서 문제를 인식하는 것에서 멈추는것이 아닌 행동으로서 변화에 동참할 수 있도록 구성되어야 하고, 무엇보다 그 중심에 학습자가스스로 참여해야 한다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 결론적으로, B중학교 사례는 변혁적 교육으로서세계시민교육이 평화를 목표로 하는 활동을 통해 점진적인 변화를 이루고 경험의 장인 공동체가확장되면서 개인(학습자)이 자신의 다층적 정체성을 경험하도록 하는 것이어야 함을 보여주고 있다. This article aims to explore how teachers perceive global citizenship education and develop practices in school-based context. Qualitative approach was conducted in one school case(B middle school) in order to explore the practices of global citizenship education. In concrete, we explored how school curriculum and school culture changes by describing and analyzing the club activities. Therefore, we analyzed the contents of practices of global citizenship education by thematizing three issues: 1) experiencing being global citizen: seeking for peace, 2) finding global citizenship in school curriculum and local community, and 3) gradual change of school culture through enjoyment of learning and experiencing. Following the findings of this research, we analyzed global citizenship education based on transformative educational paradigm. In order to play its role as transformative education, global citizenship education should pursue for building peaceful culture. To attain this goal, global citizenship education should be constructed not just to know the problems but to make students participate in making changes in society by solving problems. Above all, global citizenship education should be learner-centered. In conclusion, the case of B middle school shows that global citizenship education as transformative education should have a goal to achieve peace and to make changes gradually. The experiences of making changes to reach peace will expand the field of community and thus develop multi-layered identities of individual(learner).
