        주거공간의 차별화된 디자인을 위한 심미적요소의 표현방법 및 적용에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to develop basic data for the design of the housing space for unit that factors in the sentiment of the residents by using aesthetic elements and expression method to search for the ways to design housing space for differentiated unit. The results are as follows: First, aesthetic elements in the aesthetic element in the unit housing space for unit can be classified into basic elements and detailed elements. Second, it is possible to classify into distortion, mixing, superposition and juxtaposition methods. Third, use of the 'material' for 'wall' is recommended when designing differentiated housing space by using basic elements. At this time, expression using the method of 'mixing' is effective for inducing differentiation. In particular, elements that can perceive the difference in time are mixed, to add on slight differentiation. Fourth, 'illumination' and 'material' are used when designing differentiated housing space by using detailed elements. Fifth, preference degree of the expression method is manifested differently depending on the selected elements. Lastly, this study conducted a study on the preference level of the aesthetic elements and expression method targeting the experts alone to differentiate the design of the residential space for unit.

        한방건강보험약 12종의 항산화 활성 및 신경세포 독성 스크리닝 연구

        Objectives : Parkinson's disease (PD) is a neurodegenerative disease caused by dopaminergic neuronal death in the substantia nigra pars compacta. PD is known to be linked with mitochondrial dysfunction and increased oxidative stress. In this study, anti-cytotoxic and anti-oxidative effect of 12 herbal formulae were compared. Methods : According to experts' advice, 12 types of herbal formulae (Gamisoyosan, Galgeuntang, Galgeunhaegitang, Banhabaekchoolcheonmatang, Bojungikgitang, Boheotang, Sihogyejitang, Sihosogantang, Sihocheonggantang, Ojeoksan, Cheongsanggyeontongtang and Palmultang) were selected from 56 types of herbal formulae covered by the National Health Insurance Service in Korea. To detect anti-oxidative effect, 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) assay was performed, and 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay was performed to detect anti-cytotoxic effect of 12 herbal formulae using SH-SY5Y human neuroblastoma cells. Results : In DPPH assay, anti-oxidant activity was increased in a dose-dependent manner and half maximal inhibitory concentration was highest in the order of Galgeuntang, Gamisoyosan, Galgeunhaegitang, Ojeoksan, Palmultang, Sihogyejitang, Sihosogantang, Cheongsanggyeontongtang, Sihocheonggantang, Bojungikgitang, Boheotang and Banhabaekchoolcheonmatang. In MTT assay, concentration of 80% cell survival was highest in the order of Sihosogantang, Cheongsanggyeontongtang, Sihocheonggantang, Sihogyejitang, Bojungikgitang, Galgeuntang, Ojeoksan, Boheotang, Palmultang, Galgeunhaegitang, Banhabaekchoolcheonmatang and Gamisoyosan. Formulae with more than 50% DPPH radical scavenging activity at concentrations for 80% cell survival were Sihosogantang, Cheongsanggyeontongtang, Sihogyejitang, Galgeuntang and Sihocheonggantang. Conclusions : Sihosogantang, Cheongsanggyeontongtang, Sihogyejitang, Galgeuntang and Sihocheonggantang extracts can be candidate medicines for PD, but the effect should be validated in PD models.

        식물 정유를 첨가한 고추장의 관능특성

        The aim of this study was to identify essential oils (EOs) and their concentrations that improved the sensory characteristics of Kochujang by analyzing the effect of the essential oil on the sensory characteristics of Kochujang. EOs from Chrysanthemum indicum, Chrysanthemum morifolium, Zanthoxylum piperitum and Zanthoxylum schnifolium, which have an outstanding flavor, were added to Kochujang and the resulting products were subjected to sensory evaluation as a function of storage period. The change in the color of Kochujang by the addition of these EOs from Chrysanthemum indicum, Chrysanthemum morifolium, Zanthoxylum piperitum and Zanthoxylum schnifolium was not observed. Kochujang's characteristic flavor was decreased by an increase in the concentrarion of EOs; however, no significant difference was observed when 0.0005% EOs were added relative to the none-additive groups (p<0.05). EOs addition did not affect the hot taste of Kochujang and as the additive quantity increased Kochujang's characteristic taste significantly decreased (p<0.05). After a storage period of 12 weeks, the overall preference of Chrysanthemum indicum, Chrysanthemum morifolium, and Zanthoxylum piperitum was same as the none-additive groups (p<0.05). Therefore, it is suggested that EOs from Chrysanthemum indicum, Chrysanthemum morifolium, and Zanthoxylum piperitum can be applied as additives to improve the characteristic taste and flavor of Kochujang and the recommended concentration level is 0.0005%.

        The purpose of this study is to grasp the present state of a outdoor space planning and to analysis plan characteristics in based on regional characteristics in Housing complex plan. The analysis result of this study is as follows : first, we know that the right of regional characteristics is appearing variously every research workers. also an analysis about regional characteristics that should be considered in housing complex plan was insufficient. Second, regional characteristics can be classified into 5 factors. These are classified as a context of location, city link, life atmosphere, needs of locals and creation of image. Third, it has originality against other housing complex to graft items connected with 'U contest' on outdoor space planning. Also, it has affirmatively effected on image of Buk-gu and recognition of Dong beyn-dong and Seo beyn-dong. It is get out of the uniform design by a planning based on land and surrounding environment in arrangement and forms. Also residents have the satisfaction and pride in arrangement considering the climate of a region and security of the green space.

        감성과 시지각을 고려한 거실공간의 관계성 연구

        This study compares results of evaluation pertaining to the emotional vocabulary of the visual perceptive spaces, targeting residential space to analyze the correlation of the diverse visual perceptive spaces centered on the emotion. The results of the analysis are as follows: First, it is possible to know that the correlation of visual perceptive spaces can be identified centered on the vocabularies that serve the measure for emotion. These results demonstrate that one visual perceptive space, developed with perspective illumination can induce another visual perceptive. Second, when the correlation analyzed for each visual perceptive space is examined, it is possible to know that the extended spaces are correlated to the deep spaces while there are no visual perceptive spaces that manifest relatively high correlation when it comes to the deep spaces. Boundary spaces manifest correlation of the negative with the extended spaces while overlap spaces manifest correlation of the negative with the boundary spaces. Central spaces manifest correlation with the formativeness and boundary spaces while formative spaces manifest correlation with the centrality and boundary spaces. Through this, it is possible to know that all the visual perceptive spaces are mutually correlated. Third, when the correlation of visual perceptive spaces is identified, there is a difference in the number of visual perceptive spaces that are correlated and the degree of correlation. Accordingly, given the emotion of the diverse users, it is effective to plan by leveraging visual perspective that manifests correlation with numerous visual perceptive spaces. Lastly, study results are expected to be used for the planning for the interior spaces that factor in the emotion, and this study intends to serve as the basis for the future study on the emotion and behavior.

      • 인테리어트렌드 분석을 통한 색채 팔레트 개발에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 여러 분야에서 언급되어지고 있는 인테리어트렌드를 조사ㆍ정리하고, 각 트렌드의 특성을 비교ㆍ분석하여 이들을 대표할 수 있는 키워드를 순수, 자연, 혼성의 3개로 추출하였다. 이를 중심으로 2008년 인테리어트렌드를 분류하고 각 트렌드를 표현하는 색채를 조사하고 재정리하여 3개의 키워드를 대표할 수 있는 색채를 팔레트로 작성하였다. 작성된 색채팔레트는 거주자들이 개성에 맞는 실내공간을 디자인하는데 효과적으로 활용될 것이며 디자이너와의 상호이해도 높일 수 있을 것이라 기대한다.

        시각적 공간자극에 나타난 뇌파반응의 자극 정도와 만족도 변화특성

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the change of visual stimulus of users to the space through the experiment of EEG and the satisfaction of users depends on the lighting. To do that the results measured with EEG experiment focusing on Beta β were compared to each other to figure out difference in the changes of the activation of human brain on lighting`s situation as the lighting off and on in the same space. The difference in the results was verified according to the characteristic of users which classified with 4 types of the spatial sensitivities. The results of this study are as following. Firstly, the spacial sensitivity of user is to communicate well with the different senses with stimulus through interaction among the elements. At this time, the brain plays a major role in build the spacial sensitivity of users as the place to make form. Secondly, there are the differences in the activation of brain depends on lighting situation even in the same space. The stimulus into the brain became generally stronger in images with lighting on than off. Especially, the response in the occipital lobe which connected with the visual center turn out strongly in the image of `modern natural`. Because the visual stimulus interact well with the bright color, the reflectional texture and the rough texture painted the dark color. Thirdly, the satisfaction of users changed with lighting in the space. But we could know that the satisfaction of users isn`t be related to the visual stimulus through the results of this study. Finally, there isn`t the difference in the activation degree of brain according to the characteristic which are preference of users into 4 types of the spatial sensitivity through the results came from ANCOVA(analysis of covariance) with SPSS Program 22.

        이용활성화를 위한 주거단지 외부공간의 계획방법 선호도 연구

        The purpose of this study is to grope for plan methods to increase residents’ using of external space in complex housing. Therefor, this study is to propose plan techniques of the external space through research and analysis the preference degree of residents about various plan elements by detailed spaces. The results of this study are as following ; First, the most residents have experiences to use the external space. But, the frequency that they used the external space was low. And the most residents used that after 7pm. Therefor, to increased using of residents, we have to consider lighting plan. Second, we could know that the important factors are the leisure of residents and safe for residents’ utilization. So, we have to research about leisure behavior of residents before planning the external space. Third, we could find that residents more preferred the rest space and exercise space than the other space by results of analysis preference of residents to detailed spaces. In order to raise utilization degree of the residents, we have to consider about the security of open space in external space, the establishment lightings for nighttime, the creation of sustainable walking space and the safety. And we must consider the characteristic of region and residents when we plan about the external space.The last, this study wishes to become satisfaction about residents’ utilization and basic data for practical use enlargement fro the external space.

        피부흡수 대체시험법의 조건설정을 통한 수용성, 지용성 물질의 투과 특성 연구

        Objectives: The purpose of this study was to compare permeation characteristics in three skin types using oilsoluble benzoic acid and water-soluble caffeine after method condition optimization based on OECD guideline 428. Methods: A Franz diffusion cell, a reliable alternative method for skin permeation, was used. One-milliliter samples were taken and immediately replaced with fresh solution in the receptor chamber at regular time intervals (1, 2, 4, 7, 10 and 24 hr). The amount of test substances was measured by LC-MS/MS. Results: The permeation rate increased dose-dependently, and the permeation orders were KeraSkin TM > hairless mouse full skin > human cadaver epidermis for skin types, and benzoic acid solution > caffeine solution > benzoic acid cream > caffeine cream for type of test materials. Conclusion: According to the definitions of Marzulli, benzoic acid and caffeine would be classified as ‘fast’ and ‘moderate’ compared with the permeation of other chemical species. The setting conditions and permeation characteristics performed in this study are expected to contribute to future permeation studies.
