        Three dimensional flows around a vechicle-like bluff body (Ahmed's body) in ground proximity were computed by using structured finite volume solver FLUENT, and unstructured finite volume solver FLUENT/UNS. The numerical computations were performed for various afterbody upper-surface slant angles at a constant Renolds number of 4.3 x lO^6 based on the body length. The results are compared with Ahmed's experimental data and the results by Taeyoung Han. Most of the essential features of the flowfield around Ahmed's vehicle-like body in ground approximity, such as the formation of trailing vortices, were well predicted.

        The containment integrity shall be ensured to protect the public from radiological release during severe accidents. The following SAs dedicated mitigation systems of EU-APR1400 are designed as 2-train safetygrade in accordance with the related European design requirements. The Rapid Depressurization System is designed to depressurize RCS before reactor vessel failure. The Hydrogen Mitigation System is designed to limit the average hydrogen concentration in containment below 10% by using about 40 PARs. The core catcher system is incorporated to prevent the base-mat from interacting with the molten corium. The decay heat of molten corium is removed by natural circulation of the flooded water supplied from the IRWST. The Severe Accidents dedicated CSS is incorporated to ensure the heat removal from containment during SAs. The Containment Filtered Vent System is adopted to protect containment against non-condensable gases about 24 hours following the onset of core damage.

        Axisymmetric flows in an optical fiber coating applicator were computed by using structured finite volume solver FLUENT. The numerical computations were performed for various draw speeds from 900m/min to 1, 200m/min. The physical phenomena in the coating applicator is the main topic of this paper. The results of the simulations covering streamline, pressure, temperature, and fluid-fluid interface are shown in this paper.

        형광공명에너지전이 알파카테닌 센서를 활용한 세포 부착접합부에서의 힘 전달 이미징

        캐드헤린-카테닌 복합체는 세포의 부착 접합부에서 힘의 전달에 중요한 역할을 하는 것으로 생각된다. 그러나 기계적 힘 신호를 시각화 하고 감지하는 적절한 도구의 부재로, 캐드헤린-카테닌 복합체가 세포 간 접합에서 힘 전달을 조절하는 기본 메커니즘은 아직 파악하기가 어렵다. 본 연구에서는 형광공명에너지전이를 기반으로 설계된 알파카테닌 센서를 사용하여 캐드헤린에 의해 매개되는 힘 전달을 시각화 하였다. 이러한 결과는 알파카테닌이 세포-세포 접합부에서 캐드헤린 매개 기계적에너지변환(mechanotransduction) 경로의 핵심적인 힘 트랜스듀서(force transducer) 임을 보여준다. 본 연구는 향후 기계적 힘의 세포-세포 상호간의 의사소통에 미치는 영향과 생리학적/병리학적 현상과의 관계를 연구하는 데 중요한 이해를 제공할 것이라 본다. Cadherin-Catenin complex is thought to play an essential role in the transmission of force at adherens junction. Due to the lack of proper tools to visualize and detect mechanical force signals, the underlying mechanism by which the cadherin-catenin complex regulates force transmission at intercellular junctions remains elusive. In this study, we visualize cadherin-mediated force transmission using an engineered α-Catenin sensor based on fluorescence resonance energy transfer. Our results reveal that α-catenin is a key force transducer in cadherin-mediated mechanotransduction at cell-cell junctions. Thus, our finding will provide important insights for studying the effects of chemical and physical signals on cell-cell communication and the relationship between physiological and pathological phenomena.

        人工湖를 中心으로한 貝類相 硏究

        The study on shellfish fauna around eleven artificiallakes was carried out from April to September in 1986. The identified shellfishes in total surveyed area are composed of 13 species, 6 families, 4 orders, 2 c1asses and among them, the dominant species was Semisulcospira forticosta. Corbicula japonica which had been inhabited in Paltangho was collected in Chunchonho and Uiamho in this study. Consequent1y, the distributiona1 area was gone up north. Especia11y, Radix auricularia, Parafossaru l us manchuricus and Austropeplea ollula were col1ected in Paltangho and Uiamho are indicators of O!-m(~sosaprobe. Therefore it is necessary the countermearsure on management of water quality for the security of the source of water supply.

      • APR+ 제어봉구동축 고유진동수 분석

        Natural frequencies of the extension shaft assembly (ESA) of the control element drive mechanism (CEDM) for the advanced power reactor plus (APR+) have been determined by analyzing data obtained from a test and performing a numerical modal analysis. Axial acceleration time history signals of the ESA were obtained from an operational sequence of the CEDM, which produces impact force the same as that of impact tests onto the ESA. FFT analysis for the signals resulted in four natural frequencies. A modal analysis was performed to confirm the reliability of the results from the data analysis. Four natural frequencies for axial mode also resulted from the modal analysis. Maximum difference between two results is within 9%, therefore, the natural frequencies of the ESA from the data analysis are reliable.

        가연성 폐플라스틱 활용한 공간속도(GHSV) 따른 열분해특성비교 및 수소생산연구

        본 연구에서 폐플라스틱활용하여 기체공간속도 (GHSV)와 수소생산 반응기용 각종 촉매의 성능에 따라 실험실 규모의가스화 반응기를 이용하여 열분해 합성유와 합성가스 (H2/CO)를 생산한다 . 폐플라스틱의 주성분인 HDPE, PP, PS를 시료로 선정하였다 . 합성가스 생산으로 고부가가치 수소생산 가능 증기에서 열분해를 개선한 촉매 개질반응을 통해 수소를 생산할 수 있다 . 무촉매 원유의 생산량은 70.2 wt%로 높았으며 , 원유 중 18개 이상의 탄화수소 왁스의 탄화수소가 70.47%를 차지했습니다 . 반면에 촉매를 이용하여 원유를 생산하는 경우에는 그 양이 감소하였으나 C5~C14의 탄화수소 비율이 증가하였다 . GHSV에 따라 결정된 각 촉매의 열분해 결과적으로 10,000 hr-1, 8,000 hr-1, 5,000 hr-1, GHSV 의 경우 합성유 생산량이 다른 두 조건보다 많았으나 C5~C14의 탄화수소는 30~40%였다 . 이를 바탕으로 열분해 원유의 열량은 최대 11.583 kcal/kg이고 열분해 합성유 수율은 58%임을 확인하였다 . 내부 순환 열분해 가스화 반응기의 실험실 규모에서 폐플라스틱은 촉매로 열분해되고 , 열 및 물질수지는 등온 온도에서 촉매 , 열 및 수지로 PS, PE, PP 및프탈레이트와 같은 플라스틱첨가제 제품을 생산할 수 있다 . This Study using combustibe waste plastic compared the pyrolysis Characteristics according to GHSV and the perfor- mance of various catalysts for hydrogen production reactor. pyrolysis synthetic oil and synthetic gas (H2/CO) of waste plastic are produced using a gasification reactor in a lab scale. HDPE, PP, PS, among the main components of waste plastic were selected as a sample. It was possible to produce high value added hydrogen by producing hydrogen and crude oil through the catalytic reforming reaction that is improved the pyrolysis in vapor. The production of crude oil without cat- alysts was high at 70.2 wt% and among oil with more 18 hydrocarbons wax’s hydrocarbons accounted for 70.47%. On the other hand in the case of producing crude oil using a catalyst the amount decreased, but the hydrocarbon percentage of increased C5~C14. As a result of the pyrolysis of each of the catalysts determined according to the GHSV. 10,000 hr-1, 8,000 hr -1, 5,000 hr-1, amount of synthetic oil produced in the case of the GHSV was higher than the other two conditions, but the hydrocarbon of C5~C14 was 30~40%. Based on this it was confirmed that the caloric value of the pyrosis crude oil was up to 11.583 kcal/kg and the pyrolysis oil yield was 58%. In a lab-scale in ternal circulating pyolysis gasification reac- tor waste plastic is pyrolyzed into catalysts, heat and material resins pyrolyzed into catalysts, heat and material resins at isothermal temperature to produce plastic products such as PS, PE, PP and phthalate.

        This study was carred out to investigate the flora of Mt. Odae national park. The flora of Mt. Odae national park(N 37°42′∼37°49′, E 128°32′∼128°44′) were surveyed from 10 to 19, July, 1994. The results are summarized as follows : The flora of this region were composed of 652taxa of vascular plants, 107families, 365genera, 539species, 99varieties and 14forma.

        Recently, Satellite image data is applied in many fields. Spatially, NDVI(Normalized Difference Vegetation Index) is widely using as a indicator for vegetation environment assessment and utilized to measure quantities of forest resources and vegetation vitality. In this study, it is introduced to perform land use classification for each land cover condition and NDVI using Landsat-5 Thematic Mapper imagery data acquired in 1997. Also this study is aimed at organizing base data to manage and use forest rationally with focus on Mt. Ungil Experiment Forest belong to Dongguk University in Namyangju, Kyounggi Province. Land cover is classified into total seven categories as water body, urban area, barren area, agriculture area, grass land, forest and etc.
