육아휴직 후 퇴사한 여성의 퇴사과정과 유형에 관한 탐색적 연구 : 여성의 일-가정 양립을 방해하는 배경을 중심으로

본 연구는 육아휴직을 사용했음에도 퇴사를 하게 된 여성들의 퇴사과정을 살펴봄으로써, 퇴사여성들의 일터와 가정의 어떤 배경들이 육아휴직제도의 정책시나리오를 거슬러 이들의 일-가정 양립을 방해하는 힘으로 작용했는지를 짚어보는 데 그 목적이 있다. 육아휴직제도는 여성이 출산·육아로 노동시장을 떠나게 되는 현상을 막기 위한 대표적인 일-가정 양립 정책이다. 그러나 육아휴직을 이용한 후에도 일과 가정을 병행하지 못하고 결국 퇴사하게 되는 사례들이 꾸준히 증가하고 있다. 육아휴직제도의 본질적 목표가 여성노동자의 노동시장 복귀이니만큼, 정책목표를 온전히 달성하기 위해서는 육아휴직 사용 이후에 퇴사에 이르게 된 경위에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 이에 본 연구는 육아휴직 사용 이전부터 퇴사를 계획 했던 여성 4명(A집단)과 육아휴직 사용 이전에는 일-가정 양립을 위해 직장복귀를 원했지만 결국 퇴사를 하게 된 여성 4명(B집단)의 사례를 중심으로 이들의 퇴사과정을 분석했다. 나아가 이들의 퇴사원인이 일과 가정 중 주로 어디에서 기인하고 있는지를 중심으로 A집단을 직장회피형과 가정순응형, B집단을 직장희생형과 가정선택형으로 세분화해보았다. 이를 통해 여성에게 비친화적인 노동시장의 근무여건과 고착화된 성별분업이 여성노동자들이 육아휴직 전부터 퇴사를 결심하게 되는 주요배경이 되고 있으며, 육아휴직 사용자에 대한 직장의 부당처우와 육아휴직 중 재발견하게 된 모성애가 육아휴직 이후에 여성노동자들이 퇴사를 선택하게 되는 힘으로 작용하고 있음을 발견할 수 있었다. 마지막으로 결론에서는 여성노동자들을 직장에서 밀어내고 가정으로 끌어당기는 위와 같은 힘들을 완화시키고 일-가정 균형을 이루기 위해서는 어떤 대책들이 보완되어야 하는지에 대해 논의해보았다. This study investigates why some female workers come to decide to leave work after their taking parental leave and subsequently classifies their resignation backgrounds into four ideal types. The current debates on parental leave have mostly focused on clarifying the factors that influence on workers` usage of parental leave. But given that the final goal of parental leave is to help workers return to work after temporary rest for parenting, it is very important to inquire why some workers fail in reverting to their companies after parental leave. Based on in-depth interviews with 8 female workers who leave work after parental leave, this study analyses and compares their previous work-family conditions, reasons for taking parental leave and withdrawing from work, and behavioral patterns after resignation. This article then typifies four ideal types of resignation backgrounds (i.e. penalty by company, evasion from work, decision by family, choice for family). At the conclusion, this paper suggests policy alternatives to diminish female workers` resignation after parental leave and to heighten their work-family balance.
딤프 뮤지컬 아카데미 창작자 과정의 참여관찰 보고: 소재발굴에서 리딩공연까지

The DIMF Musical Academy is a musical education course run by the Deagu International Musical Festival (DIMF). Since 2015, the DIMF Musical Academy has been operating with creative musical support projects for the purpose of discovering musical creators and actors in line with the expansion of domestic musicals to be exported to Japan and China and expanding the market. It is not only the place where the musical professional education is carried out in Korea. There is a curriculum named Musical Department and Musical Academy in domestic universities. Most of them, however, do not have a lot of programs to find out creators as an actor education institution. Most musical academy creator courses are concentrated in the metropolitan area. The DIMF Musical Academy is the only professional educational institute for excavating local musical creators except the metropolitan area. The curriculum for musical creators is divided into two groups: writer and composer. The writer and the composer learn to play musical dramas and lyric. The song composer, who is trained for a certain period of time in a musical form, It is a process to go. The expectation that the works of inexperienced creative students dreaming of musical creators in the provinces could be performed with the help of experts led the people to the DIMF Musical Academy. This article is based on what I experienced as a trainee at the DIMF Musical Academy and participated in the beginning of the artist course during the 3rd DIMF Musical Academy Creator course, which was run from April 2017 to December 2017. Through this process, we introduce the world of musical creation, which is never easy with various experiences and episodes accompanied by the process of being a trainee and a creative musical as a creator.
최적화 이론과 등속성 실험를 활용한 무릎 관절의 사용자 맞춤형 근육 모델 생성

For performing accurate musculoskeletal simulation, it is important issue to generate subject specific model. Existing scaling method to generate subject specific model is based on optical system. It scaled muscle parameter with segment length properties linearly, caused high magnitude error. To overcome this error, there are several trial with MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) or X-ray information. It makes accurate subject specific model, however, it need high cost to take MRI or X-ray information. Therefore, our research proposed muscle properties prediction algorithm in knee flexion/extension motion using isokinetic experiment and optimization theory. Proposed method require lower cost compared with MRI based methods, and achieve more accurate result compared with optical based methods. This research expect to achieve more accurate musculoskeletal simulation results.

Aging makes person’s muscle force weaker. Functionally, the mass of muscle decreases and cause weakening of muscle. It can also change person posture and gait. Muscular weakness can cause bone fracture and ruptured knee. Muscle forces cannot be calculated from experimental data because the number of muscles that cross a joint create an indeterminate system. Previous studies have used reflective markers to estimate muscle force. According to the distance between markers, muscle lengths are changed and muscle parameter also changed in proportion to muscle length. But, this approach has limitation about personalization. In musculo-skeletal simulation, muscle force is determined by 4 parameters. The aim of our study was to introduce algorithm for predicting the maximum isometric force for the elderly. We used maximum voluntary contracion force to scale muscle parameters in musculoskeletal simulation model. Muscle forces were compared to determine how well Opensim, musculoskeletal simulation software, matched the EMG-driven output. Predicting and applying scaled isometric force may enhance the utility of musculoskeletal model in real life applications and accuracy in computer simulation environment.
