        It is strengthened sustained development and certification criteria in foreign green building certification system which does green building evaluation of a building the environmental disruption by construction tries to be minimized, and to guide construction of an environmental building. Necessity of green building re-certification raises its head domestically, and importance of administration and maintenance management of a building as opposed to an existing general building is outstanding. There is such a green building no creation for positive environmental management system operation after the certification acquisition. However, as for most construction industry company, interest is concentrated on only improvement of initial environmental performance of a building and reduction of relative building costs. As the result it is the fact that is not enough for sustained environmental management improvement and energy operation management of rate that reflected the whole life cycle of a building. This study compares an evaluation classification system of foreign green building certification criteria and an item concerned with operation of an existing building at the maintenance management side. Thus suggest is going to do limitation and an improvement direction of green building certification criteria.

        건축 기획단계에서 사례기반추론을 활용한 공사비계획 지원모델

        Preceding of pre-design phase in early stage of construction project is known as prior-phase for architectural design. In addition, the process that character of a building project is prescribed, and set a direction. The cost planning in pre-design phase is objected to offer informations to assist major decision making by client. Thus, it can be successful not only by accurately estimating the cost of construction but also must secure the connectivity of other major decision making tasks. Especially in case of public office building project that needs to be performed with limited budget, the pre-design phase's task must be systemized and rationalized more than ever. To improve such problems, in this research, decision supporting model of cost planning has been established in order to proceed with rational decision making by presenting quantitative basis, and that client is possible to estimate the cost of structures through uncertain information towards building public office buildings in pre-design phase. The model proposed in this research can be objective support method in performing cost planning of structures & decision making for pre-design phase of project by client, and it is concluded that through this method it not only effectively connects with the later steps but also reduces on the plan for construction budget and other inefficient wasteful factors.

      • Adsorption Behavior of Primary amine on Activated carbon Rayon-fiber Surfaces as Induced by Oxygen Functional Complexes

        Activated carbon fiber (ACF) was surface modified by nitric acid to improve the adsorption efficiency of the propylamine. Functional groups and textural properties of modified ACF were investigated. The total surface acidity increased about 7 times to that of as-received ACF by modification with 1 M nitric acid solution, carboxylic and phenolic groups mainly increased. However, the specific surface areas and the total pore volumes of the modified ACFs were decreased by 5-8% due to the increased blocking (or demolition) of micropores in the presence of newly introduced complexes. Despite the decrease of textural properties, it was found that the amount of propylamine adsorbed by the modified ACFs was increased by approximately 17%. The oxygen and nitrogen contents on the modified ACF increased by 1.5 and 3 times compared with the as-received ACF. From the XPS results, it was observed that propylamine reacted with strong or weak acidic groups, such as -COOH or -OH on the ACF surfaces, resulting in the formation of pyrrolic-, pyridonic- or pyridine-like structures.

      • XT15(ANCOM)를 활용한 잎담배 에테르 추출물의 최적 분석방법 구명(AOCS Method)

        The ether extract(EE) of leaf tobacco contains diverse compounds such as lipid, resinoid, paraffin hydrocarbons and pigments. Although the correlation of EE concentertion with leaf tobacco has not been established clearly, it is known that in some concentration range, EE concentration of leaf tobacco exerts good influence on the quality of tobacco. Recently, The American Oil Chemist's Society introduced new method(Am 5-04; AOCS, 2009) to determine EE concentration by AT15 extractor. This method is based on extraction with organic solvent at relatively high temperature and pressure, which significantly reduces the extraction time and ensures safety. The aim of this study is to optimize analytical condition of AOCS method for analyzing EE concentration of leaf tobacco. When sample pre-drying time and extraction time of XT15 were set to 3 hour and 30 minute and 30 minute respectively, EE concentration obtained from AOAC method. Statistical analysis(T-test) showed that there is no difference(P>0.05) between EE concentrations from two methods.
