        중년남성의 갱년기증상, 강인성이 중년 위기감에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 중년남성의 갱년기 증상, 강인성, 중년 위기감에 대한 정도를 파악하고, 중년 위기감에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하여 중년 위기감의 극복을 위한 전략을 개발하는데 기초자료를 제공하기 위하여 수행되었다. 연구는 2013년 5월 25일부터 9월 10일까지 전남지역 중소기업에 재직 중인 근로자를 대상으로 실시하였다. 자료는 자기기입식 설문지로 수집되었으며 수집된 자료는 SPSS Win 18.0을 이용하여 분석하였다. 위계적 회귀분석 결과, 중년위기감에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 운동, 배우자 관계, 자녀관계가 25.1%의 설명력을 나타내었으며, 갱년기 증상을 추가 입력하였을 때 갱년기 증상이 설명력 21.1%을 더 보였으며, 운동여부, 교육상태, 배우자 관계, 자녀관계, 월수입, 갱년기 증상의 예측변수는 중년 위기감을 42.7% 설명하였다. 따라서 중년남성이 중년 위기를 잘 극복하기 위해서는 긍정적인 자기관리 및 친밀한 배우자 관계형성 등 본 연구 결과의 영향요인을 고려한 중년 위기감 극복을 위한 프로그램 제공이 필요할 것으로 사료된다. This study examined the degree of climacteric symptoms, hardiness and middle-life crises. The survey period was from 25 May to 10 September, 2013 with workers in small business workplaces in Jeonnam. The data was collected by a self-questionnaire and SPSS Win 18.0 was used for data analysis. As an accounting hierarchical analysis result, middle-life crisis was affected by exercise, and the relationship with the spouse and child with an explanatory power of 25.1%. Additional input climacteric symptoms showed more explanatory power (21.1%). In addition, exercise, education, relationship with the spouse, relationship with child, income, and climacteric symptoms were predictors of a mid-life crisis with explanatory power of 42.7%. Therefore, to successfully overcome mid-life crises, a range of nursing interventions should be provided to make a positive self-control and intimate relationship with the spouse of middle-aged men.

        베하스(BeHaS) 운동프로그램이 시설에 거주하는 뇌졸중 노인의 악력과 우울 및 생활 만족도에 미치는 효과

        Purpose: This study was done to identify the effects of the BeHaS exercise program consisting of exercise, education, and cognitive supports on the hand strength, depression and life satisfaction in institutionalized elderly people with CVA. Method: A quasi-experimental design with an experimental group (n=18) and a control group (n=18) was used. The elders in the experimental group participated in the program once a week for eight weeks. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Chi-square and t-test with SPSS /Win 18.0. Results: Hypothesis 1 was supported as the hand strength of the elders in experimental group significantly increased compared to those in the control group. Hypothesis 2 was also supported as depression scores for elders in the experimental group significantly decreased compared to those in the control group. Hypothesis 3 was supported as life satisfaction scores for elders in the experimental group significantly increased compared to those in the control group. Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that the BeHaS exercise program can play a useful role in improving depression and life satisfaction in institutionalized elderly people with CVA.

        본 연구의 목적은 최근 증가하고 있는 노인요양시설 내 재난·안전사고를 예방하기 위해 요양보호사의 안전수행능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 교육프로그램을 개발하는 것이다. 교육프로그램을 개발하기 위해 1단계에서는 문헌고찰과 설문조사를 통해 재난·안전사고 예방을 위한 프로그램 개발에서 필요한 영역을 감염, 낙상, 화재, 중독으로 선정하였다. 2단계에서는 지식, 태도, 실무의 변화를 본 프로그램의 목표로 선정하였다. 3단계에서는 프로그램 요인을 정보요인, 동기요인, 행동기술요인으로 세분화하여 구성하였다. 4단계에서는 본 프로그램을 총 5회차로 구성하면서 매 회차별 소요시간은 1시간 30분 이내이며 기본적인 교육 방법은 강의, 소그룹 토의, 발표, 실습으로 구성하였다. 본 연구에서 프로그램의 효과성을 평가하지 못했다는 한계점이 있기 때문에 추후 프로그램의 효과를 검증하기 위한 후속 연구를 제언한다. The purpose of this study is to develop an educational program that can improve the safety performance of care-givers in order to prevent disasters and safety accidents in nursing home. In phase 1, in order to develop educational programs, was selected as infection, falls, fires, and poisoning. In phase 2, changes in knowledge, attitude, and practice were selected as the goal of the program. In phase 3, consisted of subdividing the program factors into information factors, synchronous factors, and behavioral technical factors. In phase 4, while the program consists of a total of five times, each discriminatory time is within 1 hour and 30 minutes, and the basic teaching methods consisted of lectures, small group discussions, presentations, and exercises

        간호대학생의 연명치료중단 지식과 태도에 관한 연구

        Purpose: This study aimed to provide basic data of nursing student`s knowledge and attitudes towards the withdrawal of life-sustaining treatment. Methods: Nursing students from two universities in J province participated in this study. The descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe test and Pearson`s correlation coefficient were used to analyse the data. Results: The nursing students` knowledge of the withdrawal of life-sustaining treatment was 7.42 out of 16. The participants` attitude toward the withdrawal of life-sustaining treatment was 50.03 out of 95 which was 2.64 in its mean rating. Regarding their knowledge of the withdrawal of life-sustaining treatment, nursing students whose family members experienced the life-sustaining treatment had significantly higher knowledge than those students whose not (p<.001). Those participants who support patients or their families` right to decide the withdrawal of life-sustaining treatment had positive attitude toward the withdrawal of life-sustaining treatment (p=.007). In addition, the knowledge of and attitude toward the withdrawal of life-sustaining treatment showed significant correlations (r=.639, p<.001). Conclusion: The findings of this study suggest that systematic and professional education is needed for nursing students to equip positive attitude toward the withdrawal of life-sustaining treatment in nursing practice.

        간호학 전공 남학생의 체험

        Purpose: In this study, male students majoring in nursing process to check the experience establishment for male students direction of education development and actual experiences of male students understanding that occur while the Department of Nursing major process of adaptation and socialization can help to provide the basic data for this study was attempted. Methods: male students majoring in nursing 16 people is a qualitative study using focus groups. A primary focus group of male students enrolled 8 to second year student 8 May 24, 2010 was conducted focus groups and, 2nd focus groups to target 8 to third year on 28 May, 2010 focus groups were conducted. Results: male students majoring in nursing is led by the experience can be defined the nursing learning motivation offered to male students and nursing subjects in terms. Conclusion: Socialization and academic adjustment process help establish an experience for the future of the male nurses and nursing research to contribute to the development of clinical practitioners, researchers, educators efforts are required.

        간호사 신문활용교육(NIE)이 간호학생의 자기효능감 및 전문직 자아개념에 미치는 효과

        Purpose: This study was designed to analyze the effect of NIE to nursing students on the self-efficacy and professional self-conception in order to provide basic information to help develop meaning and value of nursing and promote the nursing profession. Methods: This study was a nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design quasi-experiment where the NIE was given to the test group twice a week totaling 17 times during the period of March to May, 2011. Collected data has been analyzed using SPSS 18.0. Results: There was no significant difference in general, self efficacy and professional self concept between the two groups. Scores of the experimental group in self efficacy and professional self concept after the intervention were significantly higher than those of the control group. Conclusion: NIE has been determined to be an educational method that will positively affect self-efficacy and professional self-conception in nursing students. Nursing students who challenge themselves and strive to excel in their studies and improve their problem-solving capacity will have enhanced value and socialization as a nurse.

        원격의료 서비스 실행과정에서의 이해관계자 이슈 분석: 근거이론 접근

        최근 국내 원격의료 시행은 공중보건의사와 함께 시범사업 중 하나로 추진되고 있다. 원격의료 서비스를 안정적으로 관리하고 확대하기 위해서는 다양한 이해관계자의 입장을 이해하는 것이 필요하다. 본 연구의 목적은 원격의료와 관련된 이해관계자들을 중심으로 주요 현상을 관찰하고 기술하여 원격의료 실행에 따른 주요 이슈를 포착함에 있다. 본 연구는 원격의료 서비스 시범사업에 참여한 공중보건의사를 포함하여 24명의 연구참여자와 인터뷰 하였다. 근거이론 방법을 사용하여 인터뷰 원고를 분석한 결과, 코딩 단계에서 총 68개의 개념을 도출하였고, 범주화 과정을 통해 19개의 하위 범주, 11개의 범주를 제안하였다. 아울러서 본 연구의 도출개념과 범주를 통해 이해 이해관계자 간 갈등을 설명하고 갈등 해결 과정을 제시하는 개념 모델과 이해관계자의 5가지 유형을 제안하였다. 본 연구는 원격의료 서비스에서 이해관계자로부터 중요한 이슈들을 포착하여 기술하고 있다는 점에서 이론적 그리고 실무적 시사점이 있다. 본 연구의 결과는 원격의료 서비스 구축 성공을 희망하는 이해당사자들에게 당면 문제의 해결 실마리를 제공할 것이다. Recently, implementation of telemedicine in Korea has been conducted as one of pilot projects with public health doctors. To manage and expand telemedicine services sustainably, it is necessary to understand the positions of various stakeholders. The purpose of this study is to observe and describe major phenomena around stakeholders related to telemedicine to capture major issues following the implementation of telemedicine. This study interviewed 24 research participants, including public health doctors who participated in the pilot project for telemedicine services. As a result of analyzing the interview manuscript using the grounded theory method, totally 68 concepts were derived at the coding stage, and 19 sub-categories, 11 categories, were proposed through the categorization process. In addition, through the elicitation concepts and categories of this study, conflicts among stakeholders were explained, conceptual models that presented the process of resolving conflicts, and five types of stakeholders were proposed. This study has theoretical and practical implications in that it captures and describes important issues from stakeholders in telemedicine services. The results of this study are expected to give some hints for problem solving to all of the stakeholders who wish to successfully build telemedicine services.

        간호.보건 계열 대학생이 지각하는 간호사 이미지

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to compare and analyze the nurses' image perceived by nursing and health allied college students in Korea. Method: The data was collected from October 15th to November 15th, 2004. Subjects were composed of 679 students in three-year Junior College. The data was analyzed by SPSS 12.0 PC+ Win. The difference of nurse' image among departments and locations of Junior College were analyzed by t-test, ANOVA and Tukey test. Result: The mean score of nurses' image 3.1 point of the total 5 point. Nurses' image is showed significantly difference according to the departments; the department of nursing (3.54), physical therapy (3.01), radiology (2.97), emergency medical technology (2.76) and clinical pathology (2.67). Nurses' image was significantly differed among the 4 domains according to 5 departments; 'the qualification of nurse', 'the role of nurse', 'the interpersonal relationship of nurse', 'the social participation of nurse'. Nurses' image formed through directly contacting with nurses' and seeing nurses' action (69.1%), watching nurse in TV drama (15.9%). Conclusion: It is considered that nursing and health allied college students were affected by inter-communications with nurses' more than by mass media.
