In this study, there is comparison between 〈the World of SIilver〉, ‘New-style novel’ of Korea, by Lee In-jik and 〈Black Tide〉, ‘Social-novel’ of Japan, by Tokutomi Loka. The focus of comparison is the features of plot and how to express the criticism of political situation, the key motive of novels. First of all, in 〈Black Tide〉(1902) Higasi, a retainer of collapsed shogunate (Japan´s feudal government) by the Meiji-restoration in 1868, criticizes the corruption of Mage-regime and reforms that it makes the people more suffer, but finally he admitted that he had been defeated by the justification of the Meiji regime, civilization and enlightenment or heading for a progress, and ‘nationalism’ ideology claiming to protect the government by power. At this point, the critical motive was described in a debating structure and there was a dispute between Higashi and Meiji-regime retainers. And there was the distinct of ‘dialogism’, the terms of Bakhtin.. Higashi hoped his son to learn the modern education, ‘new-edution’ in England for overcoming ‘nationalism’ of Meiji regime. At last He left the will to his son to work and to win in political part by ‘new-education’. Lee In-jik's the new-style fiction, 〈the World of Silver〉 appeared in 1908. ‘the World of Silver’ was a literary record describing the main political and social situation of the period, often called the Era of Enlightenment. In the first part, the writer criticized an absolute monarchy as well as bureaucracy tyrannies by interpreting Choi Byoung-do (main character)'s death as a sacrifice. Meanwhile, Choi Byoun-do became a voluntary victim by refusing an insurrection and compromise with impropriety, which conveys a message of revolution to the readers. And there was the distinct of ‘monologlc’, the terms of Bakhtin. In the latter, political situation was abridged because of the limited space. Therefore, as if Kim Ok-kyun's purpose of reforms, foundation of administrative reform, was confined to ‘new-education.’ Consequently, Lee In-jik, also wanted to enlighten the public based on theories of ‘new-education.’

과학교과교육 : 고등학교 지구과학 2 교과서에 제시된 탐구 활동 자료 분석

본 연구의 목적은 지구과학 2 교과서에 제시된 탐구 활동 자료를 분석하는 것이다. 탐구 자료의 분석은 탐구 내용, 탐구 과정, 탐구 활동을 중심으로 구성된 3차원 분석틀을 이용하였다. 그 결과 두 교과서 모두 실험 활동을 지나치게 많이 제시하고 있는 반면 견학이나 과제 연구는 거의 제시하지 않고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 그리고 탐구 과정에 관련되어서는 기초 탐구 과정의 추리와 통합 탐구 과정의 자료 해석에 지나치게 편중되어 있음을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 교과서를 집필하는 과정에서 탐구 활동과 탐구 과정이 특정 영역에 편중되지 않고 고르게 반영되어야 할 것이다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the nature of activity materials related to inquiry learning in Earth Science Ⅱ textbooks of the 2009 revised national curriculum. The activity materials of 2 Earth Science Ⅱ textbooks were analyzed using the 3D Framework focus on contents of activity, inquiry process, exploratory activity. The results showed that the ‘experiment activity’ is emphasized excessively but the ‘spot study’ and ‘subjects study’ is slighted in the inquiry activities. Also, the process skills is shone very firmly on the ‘inference’ and ‘analyzing and interpreting data’. So it is necessary to arrange inquiry activities and process skills adequately in process of textbooks writing project.

현대문학 : 최인훈 소설 < 총독의 소리 > , < 주석의 소리 > 의 서술 형식 연구

In the study I examined < Voice of viceroy > and < voice of Generalismo > which are the most rich experimental temper among Chai In- Hoon`s novels. Both fictions are intimated to political essay rather than the fiction in the point of that there contained mainly for political discourse tranmission by deconstruct extremely the descriptive technique, and without almost consecutiveness of the character, which is novel`s characteristics, and without the phenomenon shape of the character. But, in the point of narrator`s minimum intervention, and in the point of there selected imaginary character of "the viceroy" or "the Generalismo", so in the point of there expressed symbolic linguistic expression, this is not an essay and have no choice but to see as a fiction. Why the writer should publish not essays but as a type of fiction? In its reply, there have a meaning of literal history of the experimental novel. First ; these < Voice of Viceroy > and < Voice of Generalismo > alleviate the jopsidedness and the enlightenment that retaining transmisson of political descourse, and to elevate novelistic interest, this is not a essay but descripted as fictitious descrition. Second ; The reason that these fictions published the subject of the discourse transmission not an educated young men but fixed with false image of the Viceroy or the Generalismo is not by political commonsense of intellectual of 1960s but transmit the writer`s progressive and special advocay to the readers, such as, nationalsm, evasion of ideology, and unification formula of Austrian. This may be coincide with the theory which is related to the wroter of Lanser would narrate what kind of character`s sight. Third ; the fiction that fond of broadcasting form which is kind of speech is that to revive the function of the criticism among the element of speech ,and Poet`s interior monolog also a kind of speech, and mostly, depicted Korean those days realities, and not simply perceived but, there have abundant for the consciously discerned apperception. Fourth ; In order to be embossed the falsehood narration, there formed double discourse, and described with double style, and showed political situation and future`s prospect of present and past of Korea, and on the other hand, biased and negative vision was expressed with symbolic simile, colloquial expression, and metaphor. Also, the part of Poet`s monolog was consistent with dim description, so that, it was inconsistent with hopeful discourse presentation. Such phenomenon can be seen as descriptive techiques in order to disguise various voices. Fifth ; Though it is difficult to analyze narrative situations because of it is description of notion without writer`s behavior, if we quote Stanzel`s narrative typology these two fictions hardly intervened narrator`s intervention, and calls the Viceroy and the Generalismo that are the subject of the announcement, as "We", and so, it is better to see the narrative circumstance of the first person by seeing it gives the prime object fot the discourse transmisson. By seeing the point of view of the Generalismo and the Viceroy and Poet was subjective and limited, it interacted with the reflector - character, and it can be seen the internal point is predominant.

영화 <올드보이>의 주체 소멸에 관한 서사론적 연구

<Old Boy>, a film directed by Park Chan Wook, is an action thriller. But it is also a human drama that discusses the deep inside and memory extinction of man by using retaliation and incest as motifs. This study reviewed the movie through narrative and discourse analyses to get the following results. The narrative of the film has a plot regarding karma that is developed from chasing to revelation, self-punishment and to conclusion, rather than that as in a thriller which is characterized with chasing and criminal punishment. It illustrates the process of retaliation in form of a game in which the victim and the assaulter are reversed with each other. Incest and punishment are key motifs of the reverse in which two main characters, Lee Woo-Jin and Oh Dae-Soo violate the taboo, or incest and punish themselves. In the plot, the abyss of man is revealed, positioning the film text as a sort of human drama. The discourse analysis of the movie focuses on changes in the point of view and distance found in the work. Unlike in other movies, the text of the film keeps using character's point of view, but has difference in the focalizer between its early and later parts. In the early part of the film, Oh Dae Soo becomes a focalizer as an outside narrator reflecting his point of view in the movie. In its later part, however, the movie is developed mainly from Lee Woo Jin's point of view. This is substituted by Oh Dae Soo's point of view at the end of the film. These changes also bring changes in distance between the movie viewers and Oh Dae Soo and between the viewers and Lee Woo Jin. Changes in the point of view of the film text are closely related with two aspects, memory and forgetfulness. They ultimately seek to show Oh Dae Soo and Lee Woo Jin's sufferings from their memories to the movie viewers more clearly. Such sufferings are pains experienced by taboo breakers who have been forced to remember socialized and culturally acceptable things. Shown at the end of the movie, making forgotten pains by removing memory through hypnosis cannot avoid being interpreted as 'self- effacement' in which the sensitivity and identity of man are extinguished.

인간망막 내피세포주에서 고농도 포도당이 caspase-3 경로를 통해 세포자연사 유도

당뇨망막병증은 서구에서 성인들의 실명을 일으키는 원인이다. 당뇨병이 있을 때 고혈당증은 여러 세포 형태에서 세포자연사를 유도하지만 그 기작은 명확하게 밝혀지지 않았다. 본 연구의 목적은 인간망막 내피세포에서 고혈당 포도당이 세포자연사에 미치는 영향에 대하여 알아보았다. 망막 내피세포는 5, 25, 50 mM 포도당이 포함된 IMDM 배지에서 37℃, 5% CO2 조정된 항온기에서 24, 36, 48시간 동안 배양하였다. 여러 농도의 포도당을 처리한 인간망막내피세포 형태의 특징은 위상차현미경으로 관찰하였고, 세포의 생존은 MTT assay를 통해 산정하였다. 고농도 포도당에서 활성산소종인 세포 내의 H2O2는 FOX II assay와 caspase-3 assay에 의한 세포자연사를 통해 측정하였다. 고농도의 포도당을 처리한 세포에서의 DNA 분절화는 아가로스 겔 전기영동을 통해 관찰하였다. 25, 50 mM 포도당을 포함한 배양액에 48시간 동안 배양한 세포는 형태가 변하고, 세포자연사에 의해 유도된 DNA 분절화를 관찰 할 수 있었다. 25, 50mM의 포도당에서 배양한 세포와 5 mM 포도당에서 24, 36, 48시간 배양한 세포와 비교했을 때 25, 50 mM에서 죽은 세포의 수가 더 많았다. 또한 과산화수소의 양과 caspase-3의 활성은 고농도 포도당을 처리한 세포에서 증가하였다. 결론적으로 고농도 포도당이 배양된 인간망막 내피세포에서 세포자연사를 유도하는 것을 증명하였고, 고혈당증의 유도로 caspase 활성에 의존적인 세포자연사는 증가하였다. 고농도의 포도당이 처리된 세포에서 활성산소종 유발과 caspase-3 활성간의 관계는 아직 조사되지 않았다. Diabetic Retinopathy (DR) is a leading cause of blindness among adults in the western countries. Hyperglycemia is a condition, that induces apoptotic cell death in a variety of cell types in diabetes, but the mechanism remains unclear. The aim of the study is to understand the effects of high Glucose on Human Retinal Endothelial Cells. Retinal endothelial cells were cultured in Iscove`s Modified Dulbecco`s Medium (IMDM) containing 5, 25 and 50 mM Glu-cose, incubated for 24, 36 and 48 hours in humidified 5% CO2 incubator at 37℃. Human Retinal Endothelial Cell Line (HREC) were characterized for morphology with different treatment by phase contrast microscopic analysis. Number of dead and viable cells was counted by trypan blue exclusion and supported by MTT assay. The intracellular Hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), a Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS) generation in high glucose conditions was assessed by FOX II assay and apoptosis by caspase-3 assay. The high glucose treated cells undergoing DNA fragmentation was witnessed by Agarose gel electrophoresis. We found that the cells incubated with 25 and 50 mM glucose containing medium for 48 hours altered the morphology of the cell, induced apoptosis and DNA fragmentation. The dead cell number were high in 25 and 50 mM when compared to the cells incubated with 5 mM glucose for 24, 36, and 48 hours. Also, the H2O2 levels and the activity of caspase-3 were increased in high glucose treated cells. Conclusions/interpretation: Our results demonstrated that elevated glucose induces apoptosis in cultured HREC. The hyperglycemia-induced increase in apoptosis may be dependent on caspase activation. The association between ROS generation and caspase-3 activation on high glucose treated cells is yet to be investigated.

조선시대 문헌설화에 나타난 부부담론 연구: 외도담을 중심으로

이 논문에서는 조선시대 부부담론에 주목하여 문헌설화집에 나타난 부부담 중 외도담을 중심 서사로 다루는 자료를 중심으로 고찰하였다. 다수의 자료에서 여성의 외도는 부정적인 양상으로 묘사되지만, 남성의 외도는 부정적인 양상으로 묘사되지 않으며, 이같은 외도담의 서술시각은 당대의 법질서와도 무관하지 않음을 확인하였다. 또한 여성의 개가를 조력하는 남성이 등장하고, 남성의 외도에 대한 비판적 시각을 제시하는 일부 자료에서 남성 중심적 사회상에 대한 비판과 진보적 의식도 나타나고 있음을 확인하였다. 향후 논의의 범주를 확대하여 부부 서사를 다루는 자료 중 혼인담, 현부담(賢婦談), 치부담(致富談), 처첩담, 이별담 등도 함께 다룬다면 조선시대 부부담론이라는 주제를 보다 심층적으로 연구할 수 있을 것이다. This paper focusing on the couple discourse of the Joseon Dynasty was studied on the basis of data that address as the main narration the adultery discourse of couple discourses in the written tales. In a number of data, wife’s adultery was described as negative aspect, while the adultery of husband was not described as negative aspect, and this descriptive perspective of adultery discourse was not unrelated to the legal order of the present time. Also, in some data where men assist women’s remarriage and where the critical perspective of husband's adultery was presented, there were critics of men-centered social situation and advanced consciousness appeared. If addressing the marriage discourse, wise woman discourse, rich discourse, wife and mistress discourse, separation discourse which address the couple description by expanding the category of future discussion, it would be possible to study more in depth the theme of couple discourse of the Joseon Dynasty.

미디어 파사드의 뉴미디어 가능성에 대한 연구

뉴미디어와 미디어 파사드와 의 상호적 교류를 연구함에 있어 미디어 파사드의 콘텐츠 적 요인과 디지털 미디어를 보는 시각에 대해 알아 볼 필요가 있다. 교감 소통이 트렌드화 되고 있는 추세에 미디어 파사드의 기능은 영상물과는 다른 뉴미디어적 감성을 자극한다. 오히려 뉴미디어는 영상물의 제한적 상영 공간과 시간을 기존의 기술, 표현 양식을 변화시켜 융합적 다중 매체성을 띠게 되는 것이다. 이 연구는 미디어 파사드의 단편적 특수효과의 영상에서 벗어나 스토리텔링으로의 가능성에 대해 그동안의 사례와 함께 연구하였다. 디지털 미디어 산업은 언어, 행위로 발달하여 사회와 문화를 만들며 더 나아가 공간과 시간 속에 그 텍스트의 변이를 이루고 있다. 미디어와 산업이라는 두 텍스트의 만남은 또 다른 텍스트로의 변이를 준비하여 시간적 공간적 제약을 뛰어 넘을 준비를 하고 있다. 그동안은 미디어 파사드는 상업 물과 미적 공익성이 주류를 이루었다. 그러나 미디어 파사드의 입체감을 극대화한 시각적 효과를 이용하여 스토리텔링이 가능한 영상이 나온다면 새로운 뉴미디어 아트로의 확장이 될 것이다. Prior to researching the mutual interaction between new media and media-facade, it is necessary to look into the content feature of media-facade and the perspective of digital media. While communion has become a trend, the function of media-facade stimulates the sensitivity of new media that is unique from other medias. New media rather change the limited showing place and time with existing technologies and presentation styles so make itself a multi-fusion media. Storytelling about the possibility of escape research the media facade fragmentary special effects in the video, and studied with the case in the meantime. Digital media industry developed by texts and behavior, created community and culture and bring further changes of the texts in space and time. The convergence of media and industry has prepared the further changes towards another type of texts and is ready to move beyond the limits of time and space. Until today, media-facade was mainly consisted of commercial and aesthetic public interests. However, if story-telling medias are created by using the visual effect that is maximized by the cubic effect of media-facade, it will expands into a new media art.

아이트래킹 연구 활성화를 위한 모바일 아이트래커의 활용

사람의 인지 능력은 시각에 많은 것을 의존하고 있다. ‘시각’은 눈을 통해 빛의 자극을 받아들이는 감각을 통칭하며, ‘시선’은 눈동자의 중심점과 외계의 시점을 연결하는 직선 작용으로 일반적으로 주목하는 물체와 눈을 잇는 직선을 의미한다. 시선에 대한 연구는 ‘심리학’, ‘인지 언어학’등 여러 학계에서 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 시선을 객관적으로 분석하기 위한 방법으로 ‘아이트래킹’에 대한 연구가 활성화 되어 있다. 아이트래킹에 관한 연구진행을 위한 장비가 ‘아이트래커’이며, 연구 분야가 웹페이지 개발 분석 등의 범위에서 매장분석, 교통신호처리 방법, 운송기기, 영상콘텐츠의 사용자 경험분석과 마케팅 분석 기법 등으로 확대됨에 따라 고정형 아이트랙커 보다는 고글형의 모바일 아이트랙커(Glasses Eye-Tracking Device)의 수요가 확대되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 아이트래킹의 개요와 특성을 파악하고 아이트래킹 연구의 확산을 위한 방안을 제시한다. The cognitive ability of humans depends much on the vision. ‘Vision’ refers to the sense that receives stimulus of light through eyes. ‘Gaze’ refers to a function of a straight line that connects the central point of the pupil and a viewpoint in the external world, and, in general, it means a straight line that connects an object that is viewed and the eyes. There are active studies on the gaze in various academic circles including ‘psychology’ and ‘cognitive linguistics.’ As a method to objectively analyze the gaze, studies on ‘eye tracking’ are revitalized. A device for studies on eye tracking is an ‘eye tracker.’ As the fields of the study expand from development and analysis of Web pages to analysis of stores, methods of traffic signal processing, transport equipment, analysis of user experiences on image contents, and marketing analysis, there occurs a greater demand for a glasses eye-tracking than that for a fixed eye tracker. This study identifies the overview and characteristics of eye tracking and presents a way for spreading studies on eye tracking.

연구논문 : ≪완월회맹연≫에 나타난 가족갈등 양상 -계후갈등(繼後葛藤)과 옹서갈등(翁壻葛藤)을 중심으로-

<Wanwolhoemaengyeon> is long and there are many people in this book, so family conflicts of <Wanwolhoemaengyeon> are various. This manuscript examined succession conflict between Sokyowan and Junginsung, and conflict of father-in-law and son-in-law between Jangheon and Junginkwang. The more the incidents develop, the more these two conflicts expands people involved in these incidents, and these conflicts make the structure of conflicts deepen. And, these conflicts lead the work with occurrence of new structure of the conflict. The conflicts do not seems to be solved, but in the end of the work, are resolved by that Sokyowan stops evil deed and Jangheon effects a reconciliation with Junginkwang. Family values are exposed through occurrence and resolution of the succession conflict and the conflict of father-in-law and son-in-law. Jung family desires to solve Sokyowan’s tendency and evil deed quietly. This can be solved like the way guarding stability of family. When Jangsungwan’s father attempted to betray Jung family, Jang sungwan took off the skin of face himself and then jumped into a river. This was to maintain chastity. As a result that Junginkwang’s wife born children and manage a household well after marriage, in spite of Jung inkwang’s poor treatment and abuse, Junginkwang changed his mind and lived in harmony with her. Like this, in <Wanwolhoemaengyeon>, people in the work solve family conflicts and protect family through filial duty and women’s excellent chastity, Confucian values of the time, are practiced. This manuscript focused on the succession conflict and the conflict of father-in-law and son-in-law about the aspect of family conflict, but if subsequent discussions analyze conflicts between father and son, discord of wife and concubine, conflicts between couple, and conflicts between sibling, more meaningful results can be deducted in the study of <Wanwolhoemaengyeon> as family novel.
