Fatigue life of damper module was evaluated in order to estimate the durability of damper module and fatigue analysis process of damper module was set up. In this paper, strain tensor of damper module was calculated using finite element analysis and was multiplied by load history which was gotten from front quarter car dynamic transient analysis by Adams. Fatigue analysis was performed using strain-life method and using Neuber뭩rule for elastic-plastic correction, cyclic stress strain, S-W-T(Smith-Watson-Topper) for mean stress correction.

본 연구에서는 인계 난연제가 첨가된 경질 폴리우레탄 폼을 합성하여 난연제의 종류에 따른 난연성능 변화를 고찰하였다. 난연제로는 Tetramethylene bis(orthophosphorylurea) [TBPU]와 Tris(2-chloroethyl)phosphate[TCEP], Tris(2-chloropropyl)phosphate[TCPP], Triethyl phosphate[TEP]등을 사용하였다. 콘칼로리미터를 이용하여 열방출량, 질량감소율, 연기발생량, CO 및 CO₂ 발생량 등을 측정하였다. 콘칼로리미터 시험 결과 TBPU가 첨가될 경우 평균 발열량, 최대 발열량, 유효연소열, 질량 감소율, CO 및 CO₂ 발생량이 감소하였고 다른 난연제에 비하여 낮은 값을 나타내어 우수한 난연성능을 나타냄을 알 수 있었다. In this study, the effect of phosphorus flame retardants on the flame retardancy of the rigid polyurethane foam(PUF) was studied. Tetramethylene bis(orthophos- phorylurea)[TBPU] and Tris(2-chloroethyl) phosphate[TCEP], Tris(2-chloropropyl)phosphate [TCPP], Triethyl phosphate[TEP] were used as flame retardant. It was found that TBPU added PUF exhibits low mean heat release rate(HRR), peak HRR, effective heat of combusion(EHC), mass loss rate (MLR), CO yield and CO₂ compared other flame retardants.

Recently automotive company demands supplier to provide goods as a module unit, Automotive company presents some requirements for a modular assembly and supplier delivers modules satisfying those requirements. This trend requires the development of methods to predict the performance of modules in the vehicle environment. The development of assembled analytical models that reflect the interactions between components within a modular assembly is necessary to insure that a module is properly designed. This paper describes the construction of the finite element model to investigate the structural requirements for Damper Spring Module(DSM) as installed in a McPherson strut front suspension. The analytical model is constructed as the 1/4 car. The modeling techniques to construct the components within DSM are presented. Results of the structural analysis under some loading conditions are displayed. Additionally, some aspects to be observed in the assembly model are considered.

In this study, we attempted to characterize the physical meaning of the design parameters used for automobile passive dampers by considering the slit, disc, and hole, which influence the pressure characteristics. We also analyzed the change in the pressure characteristics when mixing various slits and discs. Finally, we used a computer simulation to implement lag according to nitrogen gas and analyzed the dependence of frequency on the nitrogen gas pressure.
