본 논문은 한국형발사체(KSLV-II) 발사대시스템 상세설계 단계 중 수행된 산화제 충전 운용 설계를 검증하고자, 나로호 1차 비행 시험 실증 자료과 해당 설계 모델링 유동 해석 결과를 비교하였다. 나로호 비행 시험에 적용되었던 공급 조건과 충전모드에 따른 유량조절밸브 개도와 구동 절차 조건을 한국형발사체 발사대시스템 상세설계 모델링에 적용하여, 실증 자료와 모델링의 산화제 공급 유량값과 주요 압력값을 비교하였다. In this paper, KSLV-I flight test data and critical design results of filling operation for liquid oxygen filling system are compared to validate the reliability of the critical design modeling. Applying the filling and operation conditions on the critical design modeling, comparison of major flow rates and pressure values between test data and calculation results are conducted.

Arterialized venous flaps have been used clinically, but are to date still limited in their application to small surface areas. The varying degrees of necrosis of the larger arterialized venous flaps remain an unsolved problem. We have treated 13 patients, acute traumatic soft tissue defects in 9 cases and scar contracture in 4 cases. All were treated either with surgical or surgical-chemical delayed arterialized venous flaps from Mar.1993 to Feb. 1995. There were 9 male cases, 4 female. Average age was 34.7 years. Donor sites were the medial calf in 5 cases, volar surface of the forearm in 6, the dorsum of the foot in 2, and the medial thigh in 1. Before arterialization, surgical delay was done in 9 cases and surgical-chemical delay in 4 cases. There were 12 pure venous skin flaps and one composite venous tendocutaneous flap. We followed up from 6 months to 28 months with a mean of 15 months. The survival rate was 100% in 10 cases, axial 70% in 1 case, axial 50% in 1 case and total necrosis in another. Among the 10 flaps with total survival, the flap size varied from 6×8cm to 14×16cm in maximum. Possible causes of incomplete survival were insufficient delay, one-side venous drainage and thrombosis by failure of anastomosis. The advantage of a delayed arterialized venous flap are 1) developing a larger flap than a pure venous flap or arterialized venous flap, 2) decrease of the morbidity in the donor site, 3) taking a thin flap, 4) easy elevation without deep dissection, and 5) additional possibility of a composite flap. The disadvantages are two staged operations and the requirement of operative skills. We suggest several points to get a successful reconstruction of the defects with an arterialized venous flap. First, the effect of the delay procedure should be maximized. Second, veins should be located on the central part of the flap. Finally, more than two veins should be anastomosed with the recipient veins for sufficient drainage of the arterial blood.

발사대 시스템의 산화제 공급계(Liquid Oxygen Filling System)는 발사체의 추진제(Propellant) 중 연료의 연소를 위한 산화제(Oxidizer)로 사용되는 액체 산소(Liquid Oxygen)를 저장하고, 발사체 요구조건에 맞게 공급하는 하는 설비이다. 본 논문에서는 한국형 발사체(KSLV-II) 발사대 시스템 상세설계(Critical Design, 2015년 8월에서 2016년 4월, 8개월) 동안 수행된 한국형 발사체 발사대 시스템 추진제 공급설비의 산화제 공급계 설계 내용을 주요 설비 구성에 대하여 구조적 관점으로 소개한다. In this paper, the liquid oxygen filling system (LOXFS) of the launch complex system of Korea Space Launch Vehicle-II (KSLV-II) is introduced based on critical design result by KARI in 2015 to 2016. The function and specification of the main systems of the liquid oxygen filling system, such as the storage tank, the drainage tank, the supply pumping system, the curved heat exchanger with liquid nitrogen, end valve block system, and umbilical connection, are presented.

Ear reconstruction using a superficial temporal fascial flap is indicated in ear defects with scarred surrounding tissue caused by burn, trauma, or previous surgery. It is also applicable to a congenital microtia with low hairline or severely constricted ear. From May 1989 to December 1994, the authors have experienced 29 patients(30 cases) of ear reconstruction using a superficial temporal fascia and skin graft. The cases were including 8 cases of post-burn ear defects, 8 cases of previous surgeries, 6 cases of congenital microtia with low hairline, 4 cases of traumatic defects, and 4 cases of severely constricted ears. The surgical results were evaluated based on patients' satisfaction in 22 cases which were followed up more than 6 months. The most favorable result was obtained in the ear defects caused by trauma, but the scarred condition caused by previous surgeries uniformly resulted in unfavorable results. The frequent causes of dissatisfaction were hyperpigmentation of grafted skin, blunt contour, and unnatural connection with remnant cartilage in the recipient site.

본 논문은 한국형발사체(KSLV-II) 발사대시스템 상세설계 단계 중 수행된 수력학적 관점의 한국형 발사체 산화제 3단 동시 충전 과정의 유동 해석 결과를 소개한다. 한국형발사체 발사대시스템 상세 설계 결과물을 바탕으로 1-D 유동해석 모델링 및 계산을 수행하였으며, 이를 이용하여 충전모드에 따른 유량조절밸브 개도, 구동절차와 충전완료 시간 등을 선정하였다. In this paper, 1-D calculation results of the liquid oxygen filling system (LOXFS) of the launch complex system of Korea Space Launch Vehicle-II (KSLV-II) is introduced from critical design result The characteristic of pressure drop of all components of LOXFS are considered in 1-D flow model. Simultaneous filling operation of three stages of KSLV-II is calculated with hydraulic flow model. Filling scenario, detailed process of liquid oxygen filling process, and opening ratio of the end valves are considered with calculation.
