직업활동 참여노인의 개인-환경 적합성과 업무 스트레스 및 만족도

본 연구는 직업활동 참여노인의 인구사회학적 특성에 따른 개인-환경 적합성, 업무 스트레스 및 만족도의 차이를 분석하고, 개인-환경 적합성(개인-직무, 조직, 동료 적합성)과 업무 스트레스 및 만족도의 영향관계와 자아효능감의 조절효과를 분석하였다. 설문조사는 서울 지역에서 택시운전기사로 직업활동에 참여하고 있는 60세 이상의 남성을 대상으로 2013년 2월 15일에서 3월 20일까지 실시하였고, 총 358부를 최종분석에 사용하였다. 연구결과에 의하면, 첫째, 인구사회학적 특성에 따라 개인-환경 적합성, 업무 스트레스 및 만족도에 부분적인 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 개인-환경 적합성은 업무 스트레스에는 부(-)적 영향을 준데 반해, 업무 만족도에는 정(+)적 영향을 미치고 있었다. 셋째, 자아효능감은 개인-조직 적합성과 업무스트레스의 관계에서 조절효과를 지닌 것으로 분석되었다. This study analyzed the differences of the person-environment fit, work stress and work satisfaction according to a demographic factors of elderly people under participation in job activities. And this study analyzed the relationship of the effects on person-environment fit, work stress and work satisfaction as well as the moderating effects of self-efficacy. The survey was conducted from February 15 to March 20, 2013 among the male taxi drivers aged 60 or older in the Seoul areas, and 358 responses were used in the data analysis. As a results, there were partially differences in the person-environment fit, work stress and work satisfaction according to a demographic factors. The person-environment fit had a negative impact on work stress, but it had a positive impact on work satisfaction. In addition, the self-efficacy had a moderating effects in the relationship of the person-organization fit and work stress.

A survey was carried out to determine the nutritional status of rural elderly. The subjects of this study comprised of eightyseven persons aged sixty years and over in Seoul area. The questionnaire was disigned to investigate the environmental status of the subjects. At the same time, twentyfour hour dietary recall method was used to estimate their nutrient intakes. The results are summerized as follows: ㆍ Mean body weight and height of subjects were 53.3±12.7㎏ and 153.3±1.6㎝ respectively. ㆍ The chief somatic complains of subjects were fatigue(75.9%), amnesia(66.7%), rheumatism(65.5%) and Joint pain of muscleache(64.4%). ㆍ Most of subjects(74.4%) answered that their appetite changed with increasing age. ㆍ Daily nutrient intakes of subjects were sufficient as from 120 to 150% of RDA. ㆍ The nutritional status of subjects including energy, protein, vitamin and mineral intakes was proven to be improved than the results obtained from the earlier studies.
