작업치료사의 생명윤리의식에 관한 조사연구

목적 : 본 연구는 작업치료사의 생명윤리의식 정도와 특성을 알아보고자 실시하였다. 연구방법 : 본 연구는 생명윤리와 관련하여 Kwon(2003)의 연구에서 사용한 설문지의 문항을 저자의 동의받아 사용하였다. 설문지 내용은 대상자 일반적 특성과 생명윤리의식에 대한 9개 하위영역, 49개 문항으로 구성하였다. 설문은 직접 또는 우편을 통해 배부하여 수거하였고 최종 배부된 293부 중 응답의 성실성이 떨어지는 설문지를 제외하고 최종 272부를 분석하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, 독립표본 티-검증, 일원배치분산분석, 사후검증은 쉐페검증으로 분석하였다. 결과 : 작업치료사들의 생명윤리의식은 중간보다 높은 수준이었으나, 윤리적 가치관이 확립되지 않아 의사 결정의 혼돈을 느끼고 있으며 생명윤리에 대한 문제로 갈등을 경험하였다. 결론 : 작업치료사의 올바른 생명윤리의식을 확립하기 위한 교육프로그램 개발의 기초자료로 사용 할 수 있을 것이다. Objective : This study aimed to investigate the degree and characteristics regarding the awareness of bioethics among the occupational therapists. Methods : This study used question set from a bioethical research by Kwon(2003) which was agreed with the author. A questionnaire was composed of 49 questions in 9 subitems regarding the general characteristics of the respondents and their bioethics. The questionnaires were distributed and returned in person or by mail. Except for the questionnaires lacking respondent integrity, 272 out of 293 questionnaires were analyzed. Descriptive statistics, an independent ttest, and a oneway ANOVA were conducted using SPSS 18.0. As for the posthoc test, Scheffe’s test was used. Results : Although the degree of bioethics awareness among the occupational therapists was higher than the median, they felt confused in making decisions because their ethical values were not established. In addition, they found difficulty in dealing with bioethical problems. Conclusion : This study is expected to serve as primary materials in developing a program that will establish sound bioethics awareness for occupational therapists.

최근 인터넷 및 초고속네트워크의 발전과 더불어 원격교육도 활발히 이용되고 있다. 온라인 강의(교수-학습)툴에 대한 상대적으로 많은 연구와는 비교되게 가상실험 툴에 대한 연구는 미진하다고 할수 있다. 본 논문에서는 원격교육용 가상실험실로 사용될 수 있는 웹 기반 시뮬레이션 툴, SimDraw를 설계 및 구현한다. 웹 기반 시뮬레이션기술을 원격교육에 적용시키기 위해서는 다음과 같은 몇 가지 요구사항이 만족되어야 한다. 첫째, 시뮬레이션 툴의 사용자 인터페이스가 간단해서 학생들이 쉽게 사용할 수 있어야 한다. 둘째, 원격 학생들의 다양한 컴퓨터 환경에서도 일관되게 실행될 수 있을 정도로 이식성이 있어야 한다. 마지막으로 셋째, 시뮬레이션 프로그램이 충분히 가벼워서 학생들이 설치 없이 사용이 가능하거나 혹은 설치가 매우 간결하고 쉽게 이루어질 수 있어야 한다. 이러한 요구조건을 만족시키기 위해 SimDraw는 클라이언트/서버구조에 기반하고 있다. 클라이언트프로그램은 모델작성 및 애니메이션 기능만을 가지고 있으므로 자바 애플릿으로 구현이 가능하고 웹 브라우져 내에서 실행될 수 있다. 즉 설치가 전혀 필요 없다. 서버프로그램은 원격컴파일, 모델저장, 라이브러리관리, 사용자관리 등의 기능을 클라이언트 측에 제공한다. SimDraw의 기능을 평가하기 위해 RIP(Routing Information Protocol) 라우팅 프로토콜의 가상 실험을 예로 들어서 시뮬레이션 과정을 보였다. There has been relatively much research with regard to online lecture (teaching and studying) tools for the distance education, compared to the virtual laboratory tools (for self-study and experiments).In this paper, we design and implement a web-based simulation tool, named as SimDraw, for the virtual laboratory in the distance education. To apply the web-based simulation technology into the distance education, some requirements should be met; firstly, the user interface of the simulation should be very easy for students. Secondly, the simulation should be very portable to be run on various computer systems of remote students. Finally, the simulation program on remote computers should be very thin so that students can easily install the program onto their computers. To meet these requirements, SimDraw adopts the client/server architecture; the client program contains only model development and animation functions so that no installation of a client program onto student's system is required, and it can be implemented by a Java applet in Web browsers. The server program supports client programs by offering the functions such as remote compiling, model storing, library management, and user management. 재가방문재활 프로그램이 만성 뇌졸중 환자의 일상생활활동과 자기효능감 및 삶의 질에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 재가방문재활 프로그램이 만성 뇌졸중 환자의 일상생활활동과 자기효능감 및 삶의 질에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 실시되었다. 연구는 재활병원 입원 치료 후 가정으로 복귀한 만성 뇌졸중 환자 11명을 대상으로 작업치료사 1명, 물리치료사 1명, 영양사 1명으로 구성된 재가방문재활 팀이 8주간 주 2회씩 총 16회기 동안 재가방문재활 프로그램을 실시하였다. 중재기간에 재가방문재활 프로그램은 40분씩 실시하였다. 일상생활활동 평가는 K- MBI를 실시하였고, 자기효능감은 일반적 자기효능감과 구체적 자기효능감을 평가하였으며, SF-8으로 삶의 질을 평가하였다. 연구 결과, 재가방문재활 프로그램 중재 전ㆍ후의 일상생활활동 점수를 비교한 결과 전체적인 점수의 향상은 있었으나, 통계학적으로 유의한 향상은 없었다. 하지만 일반적 자기효능감과 구체적 자기효능감 점수를 비교한 결과 통계학적으로 유의한 향상을 보였고, 삶의 질을 비교한 결과에서도 통계학적으로 유의한 향상을 보였다. 따라서 재활전문병원에서 재활전문팀을 구성하여 시행한 재가방문재활 프로그램이 만성 뇌졸중 환자의 자기효능감 및 삶의 질을 향상시키는 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났으며 병원중심재활에서 지역사회재활로의 연속적인 전환을 할 수 있는 대안으로 가능성을 보여주었다.
