내국인용 관광패스 개발에 관한 연구: 서울지역을 중심으로

본 연구는 서울시가 보유한 관광자원과 다양한 즐길거리를 하나의 투어패스 시스템으로 엮어서, 서울시민 및 서울을 찾는 내국인들이 편리하고 저렴하게 서울시 관광을 진행할 수 있는 관광패스 서비스를 기획하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 국내·외 관광패스 사례 및 내국인 관광객의 서울 관광행태, 서울관광객 의견 등을 분석하여 시민의 여가선용을 위한 효율적이고 합리적인 패스를 개발하여 제시하였다. 관광패스의 사용자 요구분석을 위해 설문의 모집단을 서울시민을 대상으로 하여 서울역, 용산역, 청량리역 등 역사 안 열차 대기 승객을 중심으로 2018년 12월 7일부터 12월 12일까지 약 6일 간 설문을 진행하였다. 수집된 241부를 대상으로 서울시 관광객 방문행태를 알아보기 위한 빈도분석, 서울에 대한 관광목적지 속성별 중요도, 내국인용 서울관광패스 도입 관련 이용의사 등을 알아보기 위한 기술통계를 실시하였다. 이와 같은 선행연구를 바탕으로 5단계 모델 수립 절차에 의해 관광패스 사업모델을 개발하였다. 관광패스 권 종은 당일여행객을 위한 1일 권, 숙박여행객을 위한 2일 권, 1,2일권보다 상대적으로 여유 있는 기간 동안 본인이 방문하고자 하는 곳을 직접 선정하여 구성하는 Big 3권, Big 5 권 종 등 4가지로 발행하는 것을 제안하였다. 본 연구는 향후 내국인을 위한 관광패스 개발 시 의미 있는 정보를 제공할 수 있다는 실무적 측면과 다양한 국내외 관광패스 사례 및 관광객 의견 분석 등 체계적인 과정을 통해 관광패스를 개발하는 과정을 제시한 학문적 측면에서 의미가 있다고 할 수 있다. This study attempts to design a tour pass service that allows citizens of Seoul and Koreans visiting Seoul to travel conveniently and cheaply by combining the Seoul Metropolitan Government s tourism resources and various entertainment items. To attain this end, efficient and reasonable passes were developed and presented for citizens leisurely use by analyzing cases of domestic and foreign tourist passes, tourist behavior in Seoul by Korean tourists, and opinions by Seoul. To analyze the user s demand for the tour pass, the survey was conducted for about six days from Dec. 7 to Dec. 12, 2018, focusing on passengers waiting for trains at platforms including Seoul Station, Yongsan Station and Cheongnyangni Station. The total 241 survey data were collected and analyzed. With the quantitative data, this research provided the frequencies of visit, the importance of each tourist destination property in Seoul, and the intention of using the Seoul tourist pass for Koreans. Based on such prior research, a tourism pass business model was developed according to the five stage model establishment procedure. Tourist pass proposed four types of model based on the duration of travel(One-Day Pass, Two-Day Pass) and number of destination(Big-Three, Big-Five), and provide working-level implications. This study is meaningful in terms of practical aspects that meaningful information can be provided in the development of tourist passes for Koreans in the future, and academic aspects that suggest the process of developing tourist passes through systematic processes such as various domestic and international tourism pass cases and tourist opinion analysis.

서비스 품질에 대한 고객만족이 신뢰와 재구매의도에 미치는 영향

The study aims to deduce the factors that effect customer satisfaction as well as to analyze a casual relationship among customer satisfaction about service quality focused on residence hotel`s customer, trust and repurchasing intention and to present suggestions that residence hotel make a step forward from now on. The model was tested through a factor analysis using SPSS and SEM using Amos on 200 respondents, who have experience using residence hotel. The results indicated that factors effect customer satisfaction are reliability, responsiveness, emphathy, comfortableness & variety of subsidiary facilities and tangibles. Also, the results indicated that customer satisfaction effects positively to the trust & repurchasing intention.

매실과 홍삼 부산물이 스트레스에 대한 육계 생체 반응에 미치는 영향

This study was conducted to test the efficacy of plum (Prunus mume) and red ginseng (Panax ginseng C.A Meyer) marc as stress inhibitors under heat stress and lipopolysaccharide (LPS) challenge in broilers by investigating their effects on blood biochemical parameters, immunoglobulin concentration and splenic cytokine mRNA expressions. A total of one hundred ninety-two 1-d-old male broiler chicks (Ross 308) were divided into 2 stress conditions (heat and LPS) experiments. Each experiment was divided into 4 treatment groups with 8 replicates of 3 birds in each group. NC (negative control, no immune substances), PC (positive control, 25 ppm β-glucan), PM (1% plum marc) and RGM (3% red ginseng marc) treatments were administered with respective substance through water supplementation. During heat stress, The Ca/Mg ratio in PM and RGM was significantly decreased in comparison with that of NC (P<0.05). The immunoglobulin M was significantly lower in PM than in NC (P<0.05). Expression patterns of splenic cytokine mRNAs (IL-1, IL-2 and IL-6) were similar over the treatment. Expression rates of IL-1 and IL-2 in PM were significantly decreased in comparison with NC. Also, expression rates of IL-1, IL-2 and IL-6 were significantly lower in RGM than in NC (P<0.05). In conclusion, the dietary supplementation of plum and red ginseng marc improved coping ability to heat stress by preventing Ca/Mg ratio increment and by inhibiting inflammatory response in broiler chicks. However, it is necessary to determine optimal dietary level of red ginseng marc for improving growth performances in broiler chickens. These results suggest the possibility that plum and red ginseng marc could be used as the stress inhibitor under heat stress and inflammatory response in broiler chicks.

영종도 복합리조트형 카지노 사업의 가치 창출과 경쟁우위를 위한 전략 도출에 관한 연구 : 포터의 산업구조분석을 중심으로

본 연구에서는 아시아 시장의 복합리조트 사업에 대항하여 영종도를 중심으로 향후 한국의 복합리조트가 어떠한 전략을 선택해야 할지에 대한 부분을 분석하여 시사점을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 국내 복합리조트 사업 및 개발 현황을 살펴보고, 복합리조트 사업 관련 선행연구를 탐색하였으며, 포터(Porter)의 산업구조분석을 바탕으로 전문가조사를 시행하여 이를 바탕으로 한국의 복합리조트형 카지노의 가치 창출과 경쟁우위를 위한 전략을 제시하였다. 전문가조사 설문지는 포터(Porter)가 제시한 5Forces Model을 기반으로 하여 구성되었다. 설문 문항은 총 6 문항으로 해당 내용은 ‘새로운 경쟁자의 위협’, ‘공급자의 영향력’, ‘소비자의 영향력’, ‘대체재의 위협’, ‘기존 경쟁자들 간의 존재하는 경쟁’, ‘정부 정책의 영향’ 등으로 구조화하였다. 본 연구에서 도출된 4가지 실행전략을 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 클러스터를 선정하여 선택과 집중을 하여야 한다. 둘째, 클러스터 전체의 투자규모가 일본 복합리조트 한개소와 경쟁을 할 수 있는 규모가 되어야한다. 셋째, 한국의 복합리조트 클러스터의 구성 복합리조트들은 다양성으로 경쟁력을 확보 하여야 한다. 이를 위해서는 규모보다는 콘텐츠의 다양성을 평가한 신규 사업자를 유치하고, 다양성 확보를 통한 일본과의 경쟁 관계를 포지티브섬(positive sum)으로 변경하는 것이 필요하다. 넷째, 우리나라 복합리조트의 투자 대비 수익구조가 일본 복합리조트의 투자 대비 수익구조보다 유리하여야 한다. 이러한 전략을 바탕으로 하여 시사점을 제시하였다. The purpose of this research is to provide strategic master plan for Korea’s Integrated Resort Industry to succeed in such a competitive environment of Asia’s Integrated Resort Market. To achieve this goal, this research reviewed Korea’s current Integrated resorts development status, previous researches and interviewed industry experts based on Porter’s industry structural analysis. The interview survey is created based on Porter’s Five Forces Medel which consist of Six questionares. These are structured with “Threat of new competitor”, “Influence of service provider”, “Influence of customers”, “Threat of subsitute”, “Compitition of existing competitors” and “Influence of Government Policies”. To summarize Four Execution plans to achieve this researches’ master plan is as following. First, Korea need to select & concentrate on an Integrated resort cluster. Second, total investment amount of the selected Integrated Resort Cluster must be similar or competitive with a Japanese Integrated Resort. Third, Korea’s Integrated Resort Cluster must establish its competency by achieving diversity of concepts and services. by doing so, it must create positive sum relationship with Japan’s Integrated Resorts. Fourth, Korea’s profitability of investment on Integrated Resort must be more profitable than Japan’s profitability on its investment.

국내 카지노 산업 세수확대방안 및 재원활용방안에 관한 연구: 제주지역을 중심으로

본 연구는 제주지역을 중심으로 한 카지노 산업 세수확대방안 및 재원활용방안에 관한 연구이다. 제주 카지노 산업의 건전한 발전을 위한 제도정비 방침에 따라, 도내 카지노업계의 매출 수익을 도민에게 환원시키기 위한 조세납부 및 지역경제 기여방안을 마련하고, 제주지역 카지노의 매출 규모 및 운영상황에 맞는 적정 세수확대방안을 도출하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 이를 수행하기 위해 국내외 카지노 조세정책 및 국가별 재원활용 사례를 활용하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 세수확대방안으로는 과세표준조정, 징수비율 확대, 관광진흥개발기금 구간 확대, 라이선스 등록을 통한 재원 확보, 전문모집인 등록을 통한 과세, 지역발전기금 부과, 영업투명성 강화를 통한 매출 증대로 과세 규모 확대이다. 재원활용방안은 관광진흥개발기금의 활용 확대 방안과 재원 추가 확보분에 대한 활용방안 두 가지로 제안하였다. This study is on the expanding tax measures and utilization of funds in domestic casino industry around the Jeju island. The purpose of this study is to establish a tax payment plan for reducing and contributing to the local economy and citizens by using the sales revenue of the casino industry and to draw the appropriate tax measures meet the expanding sales and operating situation of Jeju Casino Industry. In order to carry out the purposes of this study it was utilizing the domestic and international casino tax policy and regional funds use cases. The expanding tax measures presented in this study are expanding the collection rate, expanding tourism promotion fund segment, license registration, tax professional recruiters, local development funds, and strengthening business transparency. And utilizations of funds are proposed utilizing of the tourism promotion fund and utilizing of securing additional funding for the minutes.
