In this paper, we redefine an intuitionistic neutrosophic set and study some of its properties. Next, we newly define the correlation coefficient and the cosine similarity measure based on intuitionistic neutrosophic sets and deal with some of their properties. Finally, by using the correlation coefficient and the cosine similarity measure which we propose, we propose an algorithms solving decision-making problems and give examples.

ON THE HAJECK-RENYI-TYPE INEQUALITY FOR ˜½-MIXING SEQUENCES

Let {Ω, F, P} be a probability space and {Xn|n ≥1} be a sequence of random variables defined on it. We study the Hajeck-Renyi-type inequality for p-mixing random variable sequences and obtain the strong law of large numbers by using this inequality. We also consider the strong law of large numbers for weighted sums of p-mixing sequences.

We in this paper discuss the conditions of <수식> completely as n→∞ under not necessarily identically distributed setting and the strong law of large numbers for weighted sums of arrays of rowwise negatively dependent random variables is also considered.

In this paper, we introduced a new asymptotic pairwise negatively dependent(APND) structure of stochastic processes. We are also important to know the degree of APND-ness and to compare pairs of stochastic vectors as to their APND-ness. So, we introduced a definitions and some basic properties of APND ordering. Some preservation results of APND ordering are derived. Finally, we shown some examples and applications.

Let {Xni|1≤ i ≤ n, n ≥1} be an array of rowwise negatively associated random variables and let α > 1/2, 0 < p < 2 , αp≥1. In this paper we discuss nαp−2h(n)max 1≤k≤n|<수식> Xni|/nα → 0 completely as n → ∞ under not necessarily identically distributed with a suitable conditions and h(x) > 0 is a slowly varying function as x → ∞. In addition, we obtained that nαp−2h(n)max1≤k≤n|<수식> Xni|/nα → 0 completely as n → ∞ if and only if E|X11|ph(|X11|1/α) < ∞ and EX11 = 0 under identically distributed case and some corollaries are obtained.
ON THE LIMIT BEHAVIOR OF EXTENDED NEGATIVE QUADRANT DEPENDENCE

We discuss in this paper the notions of extended neg-ative quadrant dependence and its properties. We study a class of bivariate uniform distributions having extended negative quadrant dependence, which is derived by generalizing the uniform repre-sentation of a well-known Farlie-Gumbel-Morgenstern distribution. Finally, we also study the limit behavior on the extended negative quadrant dependence.

최근 의료데이터의 유출사고가 빈번히 발생하여 환자의 프라이버시 침해 및 의료기관의 피해가 날로 증가하고 있다. 정부에서는 개인정보보호법등과 같은 법규를 제정하여 이러한 피해사례 예방하고 있다. 이중 의료기관 및 의료데이타에 대한 가이드라인은 보건복지부에서 발표한 ‘국내 의료기관 개인정보보호 가이드라인’ 정도만 발표되어 있다. 환자개인의 민감정보를 포함한 의료데이타를 타의료기관 또는 제3의 연구기관등에 전달이 필요한 경우가 발생한다. 전달하고자 하는 의료 이미지 데이터를 일반적인 이미지파일 (JPG, JPEG, TIFF)의 포맷으로 자료의 교환이 이루어지고 있다. 이와같이 일반적인 이미지 포맷의 파일은 아무런 보호조치가 되어 있지 않아 외부로 유출시에는 파일내에 포함된 환자의 주요 식별정보가 노출되는 위험성이 존재한다. 본 연구에서는 이미지 파일에 대한 광학문자판독기술(OCR)을 적용하고 민감정보가 포함된 이미지파일에 암호화된 모자이크기술을 이용한 마스킹 기법을 도입하여 이러한 위험성을 해결하기 위한 이미지 비식별화 방안을 제시한다. The recent frequent cases of damage due to leakage of medical data and the privacy of medical patients is increasing day by day. The government says the Privacy Rule regulations established for these victims, such as prevention. Medical data guidelines can be seen ‘national medical privacy guidelines’ is only released .When replacing the image data between the institutions it has been included in the image file (JPG, JPEG, TIFF) there is exchange of data in common formats such as being made when the file is leaked to an external file there is a risk that the exposure key identification information of the patient. This medial image file has no protection such as encryption, This this paper, introduces a masking technique using a mosaic technique encrypting the image file contains the application to optical character recognition techniques. We propose pseudonymization technique of personal information in the image data.
