        들깨 잎의 FT-IR 스펙트럼 데이터로부터 다변량 통계분석을 이용한 생산연도 판별

        This study used perilla seeds produced in 2019, 2020, and 2021 to determine the year of production using multivariate statistical analysis of Fourier-transform infrared (FTIR) spectral data of perilla leaves. Spectral analysis based on multivariate statistical analysis of whole-cell extracts was used to distinguish the perilla leaves at the metabolic level. FT-IR spectral data of the leaves were analyzed using principal component analysis (PCA) and partial least squares discriminant analysis (PLS-DA). The FTIR spectrum identified spectral differences between the frequency regions of 1,700 to 1,500, 1,500 to 1,300, and 1,100 to 950 cm-1. This spectral region reflects quantitative and qualitative changes in amides I, II in amino acids and proteins (1,700–1,500 cm-1), phosphodiester groups from nucleic acids and phospholipids (1,500–1,300 cm-1), and carbohydrate compounds (1,100–950 cm-1). PCA revealed separate clusters corresponding to production traceability relationships. Therefore, PCA can be used to distinguish between production in 2019, 2020, and 2021 based on different metabolite contents. PLS-DA showed a similar production traceability classification for the perilla seeds. In addition, this metabolic identification system can be used to rapidly select and classify useful perilla seed varieties.

      • 다중지능 이론에 따른 초등 저학년 불균형 발달 영재에 대한 사례 연구

        본 연구는 초등 저학년 불균형 발달 영재의 특징을 다중지능이론에 따라 알아보기 위하여 실시된 사례 연구 로 불균형 발달 영재 학생의 특징을 분석하여 영재교육 대상자를 재조명하기 위한 시사점을 얻는데 그 목적이 있다. 지능 불균형이 심한 초등학교 1학년 학생의 자료를 수집하여 분석한 결과에 따른 불균형 발달 영재의 특징은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학생의 관심 및 집중력, 흥미 등은 다중지능 발달 영역 및 학습 상황에 따라 큰 차이를 보였다. 둘째, 창의성을 표현하고 호기심을 해결하고자 하는 욕구와 규범 일탈 행동이 동시에 나타났다. 셋째, 학생의 발달 지능과 학교에서의 평가 대상 지능이 불일치하였다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 도출한 불균형 발달 영재를 위한 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 불균형 발달 영재에게 잠재력을 계발할 수 있는 기회를 재공해야 한다. 둘째, 불균형 발달 영재 선별 을 위한 매뉴얼 계발이 필요하다. 셋째, 과학 교과를 비롯하여 교과 수업에서 학생의 다양한 지능을 자극하고 발견할 수 있는 수업을 설계하고 평가 도구를 계발해야 한다. This study is a case study conducted to investigate the characteristics of the gifted student with the imbalanced intelligence based on the theory of multiple intelligence. The purpose of this study is to obtain suggestions through the characteristics that are exposed by the analysis of the overall environment in the classroom. This case study was carried out with a gifted first grade elementary student who had excellent abilities to manipulation and operate machineries but showed difficulties in school social life. Data collection to analyze research subject was conducted in combination with classroom observation, video analysis, one-to-one expert tuition and interviews with his surroundings. Collected date was analyzed and processed in accordance to Gardner’s multiple intelligence theory. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, according to the learning situation and development area of intelligences, it showed a significant difference of concerns and interests, and concentration of students. Thus, the deficit problem situation may occur in the learning process, such as receiving a low evaluation occurs, the effect of stigma from fellow teachers and was feared. Second, it is shown norms deviant behavior accompanying the desire to solve the curiosity and represent the creative thinking. Became the norm deviant behavior, such as stick to his thoughts in violation of norms of the population to express greed or devised a new way, and trying to deformation. Third, the main intelligences of school evaluation and the intelligences that the student develops intelligence are inconsistent. he developed intelligences of student are difficult to expose in the items to be evaluated by the school. And if the main intelligences of school evaluation represented by logical mathematical intelligence and linguistic intelligence are not developed it is supposed to receive a lower evaluation compared student's actual ability. Suggestions based upon the results derived from this case study are as follows. First, a sufficient opportunity to develop gifted students’ full potential must be provided. Second, it is necessary to form an individual manual to differentiate various multiple intelligences. Third, specific assessment tools in combination with instructional design should be implemented in order to stimulate and discover students with multiple intelligence.

        Granulocyte Macrophage Colony Stimulating Factor에 의한 생쥐 초기 배아 발생의 신호전달

        Objective: Present study was aimed to verify the effect of granulocyte macrophage-colony stimulating factor (GM-CSF) in the preimplantation development of mouse embryos and the involvement of the mitogen activated protein kiase (MAPK) in the GM-CSF signaling. Methods: Two-cell embryos were cultured for 96 h in the presence or absence of GM-CSF (0, 0.4, 2, 10 ng/ml) and PD98059, a MEK inhibitor (10 ${\mu}M$). Morphological development, cell number per blastocyst, and apoptotic nuclei, were eamined. MAPK activity of embryonic immunoprecipitate by MAPK (ERK1/2) antibody was measured by in vitro phosphorylation of myelin basic protein. Results: At post hCG 122 h the embryonic development among the experimental groups was significantly different (p=0.018). The rate of blastocyst development and cell number per embryo were the highest in 2 ng/ml GM-CSF treatment group. The percent of apoptotic cells of the GM-CSF-treated embryos was the lowest among the group. In blastocysts, GM-CSF treatment transiently increased MAPK activity. PD098059 attenuated the effect of GM-CSF on the morphological development, increase in cell number per blastocyst, down regulation of apoptosis, and upregulation of MAPK activity, suggesting that activation of MAPK cascade possibly mediated the embryotropic effect of GM-CSF. Conclusion: This result suggested that GM-CSF potentiated the development of preimplantation mouse embryos by activation of MAPK.

A finite sequence of random variables {$X_n|n{\geq}1$} is said to be conditionally negatively associated given $\mathcal{F}$ if for every pair of disjoint subsets A and B of {1, 2, ···, n}, $Cov^{\mathcal{F}}(f_1(X_i,i{\in}A),\;f_2(X_j,j{\in}B)){\leq}0$ a.s. whenever $f_1$ and $f_2$ are coordinatewise nondecreasing functions. We extend the H$\grave{a}$jek-R$\grave{e}$nyi-type inequality from negative association to conditional negative association of random variables. In addition, some corollaries are given.

        주관적 건강수준과 삶의 질 사이에서의 주관적인 스트레스 수준의 매개역할에 관한 연구

        The aim of the study is to find out the difference quality of life and the influence of subjective health status on subjective stress and quality of life (EQ-VAS: euroqol visual analogue scale). The level of subjective health is affect the EQ-VAS and subjective stress is found to be a mediating role. Data were collected from 2010 community health survey in Jeonbuk. Of 12,668 data, 115 incomplete data were deleted and 12,553 were analyzed. As a result, the level of subjective health was affected the EQ-VAS and subjective stress was found to be a mediating role. EQ-VAS was difference depending on the gender and dong/eup. Therefore, in order to increase the EQ-VAS, depending on gender and dong/eup need to find another way. Argument of this paper is subjective (health, stress) that it is the quality of life that is left is a large part. 본 연구는 일반적 특성에 따른 삶의 질(EQ-VAS: euroqol visual analogue scale)의 차이, 주관적 건강수준이 주관적 스트레스에 미치는 영향, 주관적 스트레스가 삶에 질에 미치는 영향 및 주관적 건강수준과 삶의 질(EQ-VAS) 사이에서 주관적인 스트레스수준의 매개역할을 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 데이터는 2010년 지역사회건강조사 데이터 중 전라북도 자료를 이용하였다. 전라북도 대상자 12,668명 중 무응답과 응답거부 등 결측값(115명) 제외하고 12,553명을 분석에 사용하였다. 분석에 사용한 프로그램은 SPSS 18.0이고 분석방법은 독립표본 t-검정, 분산분석, 상관분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 주관적 건강수준이 삶의 질(EQ-VAS)에 영향을 미치고 있으며 주관적 스트레스가 매개역할을 함을 알 수 있었다. 삶의 질(EQ-VAS)은 성별과 동읍에 따라 차이가 있었다. 그러므로 삶의 질(EQ-VAS)를 높이기 위해서는 성별과 동읍에 따라 다른 방법을 찾을 필요가 있다. 이 논문의 주장은 주관적(건강, 스트레스)인 것이 삶의 질(EQ-VAS)을 상당부분 좌우하고 있음이다.

        초등학교 고학년 아동의 비만도에 따른 비만 스트레스, 자아존중감 및 학교생활적응과의 관계

        Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the correlation between obesity stress, self-esteem, and adaptation to school life according to body mass index of elementary school students in higher grades and to provide basic data for the development of health education programs. Methods: A convenience sampling method was used to select four elementary schools. Self-reporting questionnaires were distributed to the subjects to collect data, which were then analyzed using the SPSS 18.0 program. Results: The higher the obesity index, the more obesity stress the students experienced. Second, the lower the level of obesity, the higher both self-esteem and the level of adjustment to school life were. There was a meaningful correlation between obesity stress, self-esteem, and adjustment to school life. Conclusion: The study results are expected to be useful in serving as a basic material for the development of programs that can improve students’ adjustment to school life and self-esteem while reducing their stress caused by obesity.
