        통나무 도구를 이용한 발목 펌프 운동이 수술실 간호사의 하지 부종 및 하지 통증에 미치는 효과

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of Ankle Pump Exercise on lower limb edema and pain of operating room nurses. Methods: This research was arranged on the basis of the nonequivalent control group pre-post test design. The participants were 41 nurses working in the operating room in 'S' hospital in Seoul and 'H' hospital in Guri City, Korea. Data were collected from August 20 to September 30, 2012. Edema of the lower extremities was measured in terms of the girths of ankles and calves. Pain of the lower extremities was measured in terms of VAS (Visual Analogue Scale) for pain. The data were analyzed by frequency, percentage mean, and standard deviation, using the chi2(p) and t-test, repeated measures ANOVA, and a paired t-test. The SPSS Win 20.0 program was used for analysis. Results: Hypothesis 1 - "There are significant differences in lower extremity edema between the experimental group and the control group." - was partially supported. Hypothesis 2 - "There are significant differences in lower extremity pain between the experimental group and the control group." - was supported. Conclusion: The results of this study demonstrate positive practical effects of the Ankle Pump Exercise in reducing the circumference of both ankles, reducing the circumferential edema of both calves, and alleviating the pain of nurses in the operating room. Based on these findings, application of the Ankle Pump Exercise can be considered as an effective method to prevent nurses' health problems in the lower extremities that can be induced by their work during surgical operations.

        남자대학생의 라이프스타일에 따른 캐주얼스타일 선호

        The purpose of this study was to investigate lifestyle of male college students and their preference of casual wear style. A questionnaire consisted of 60 lifestyle items, 1 casual wear style-preference question and demographic variables was developed. Data were collected from questionnaires distributed to male college students of 7 universities located in the DaeguㆍGyeongbuk area during August 2003. After eliminating incomplete questionnaires, 303 were analyzed by descriptive statistics, factor analysis, cluster analysis, one-way ANOVA, and χ²-test. As a result of factor analysis on lifestyle items, 8 factors were determined: consumption and fashion orientation, future preparation, social concern, a wide range of thought and experience, health orientation, independent spirit, masculinity, and family orientation. 4 groups were identified on the basis of these 8 factors and named as active pragmatic group, liberal empirical group, prospective self-supporting group, and social accommodative group. Their component ratio were 30.2%, 33.2%, 19.6%, and 16.9% respectively. The most preferred casual wear style by male college students was determined as basic casual wear, followed by adult casual wear, fashionable casual wear, and sporty casual wear. Other than the most preferred style, basic casual wear, by every group, the preference of casual wear styles differed among 4 lifestyle groups

        대구지역어의 ㄹ첨가 현상과 신방언으로서의 가능성

        본 연구는 ‘ㄹ’ 첨가 현상이 토박이 노년층 화자들이 사용하는 방언형과는 다른 젊은 세대들이 사용하는 새로운 형태의 방언인 ‘신방언’으로서 대구지역에서도 나타나고 있음을 확인하고 이를 밝히는 데에 있다. 첫째, ‘ㄹ’ 첨가 현상이 ‘신방언’으로서의 조건을 갖추고 있는지를 확인하기 위해 이노우에 후미오(2015)의 조건에 따라 대구에서 생장한 123명의 20대 청년층을 대상으로 언어 인식을 조사하였다. 그 결과 대구지역에서 실현되는 수의적 ‘ㄹ’ 첨가 현상은 젊은 사람들이 많이 쓰는 비표준형이며 개신자들 스스로가 이를 인식하고 있으므로 ‘신방언’으로 볼 수 있었다. 둘째, ‘ㄹ’ 첨가 현상의 세대별 실현 양상을 살펴보기 위해 청년층과 노년층으로 나누어 각각 22명의 제보자들을 대상으로 구어 발화를 조사하였다. 그 결과 노년층에서는 ‘르’ 불규칙 어간과 연결어미 ‘-(으)려고’ 모두에서 ‘ㄹ’ 첨가 현상이 나타나지 않았는데 비해 청년층에서는 두 경우 모두에서 ‘ㄹ’ 첨가형이 생산적으로 실현되고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 셋째, 경상도 방언에서 일반적으로 나타나는 ‘집에 가까?’와 같은 ‘ㄹ’ 탈락형과는 반대로 발음의 경제성이 높지도 않은 ‘ㄹ’ 첨가형이 젊은 세대를 중심으로 성장하고 있는 이유를 알아보기 위하여 대구에서 생장한 123명의 20대 청년층을 대상으로 설문조사하였다. 그 결과 ‘르’ 불규칙 어간에서 나타나는 ‘ㄹ’ 첨가형은 감정 표현의 강조나 극대화 효과를 위해 사용되었고 연결어미 ‘-(으)려고’에서 나타나는 ‘ㄹ’ 첨가형은 ‘공손, 완곡’의 표현 효과를 위해 사용되고 있었다. 그러나 ‘ㄹ’ 첨가형과 비첨가형의 차이에 대한 인식률은 매우 낮은 편이었다. 이를 통해 신방언이 성장의 초기 단계에 있을 때에는 특정 상황이나 언어적 효과를 위해 쓰이다가 그 사용역이 넓어지게 되면 일상적인 상황에서도 빈번하게 사용되는 것임을 알 수 있었다. 그렇다면 ‘ㄹ’ 첨가형은 이미 신방언의 초기단계에서 확산의 단계에 진입했다고 볼 수 있다. ‘신방언’은 단기간의 관찰로 이루어질 수 없고 긴 시간동안 천천히 변화하기 때문에 그 판단이 신중해야 한다. 그렇기 때문에 단기간의 관찰로 이루어진 본고의 결과를 더 정확하게 진단하기 위해서는 긴 시간을 두고 관찰해야 할 것이다. This study aims to confirm that the addition of ‘ㄹ(l)’ to the local dialect of Daegu is being implemented as a ‘new dialect’ used among the younger generation, unlike the forms of dialects used among the old native speakers. For this study, firstly, language recognitions of 123 young people in their twenties, who have grown up in Daegu were studied, according to the terms of Inoue Humio(2015), in order to see if ‘ㄹ(l)’ added to the local dialect of Daegu is qualified as a ‘new dialect’. As the result, it was found that this was recognized as a ‘new dialect’, since the optional addition of ‘ㄹ(l)’ in Daegu is a nonstandard type and the innovators recognized this themselves. Secondly, for examining generational implementation aspects of the ‘ㄹ(l)’ addition phenomenon, spoken utterances from 22 young and old informants were researched. As the result, it was revealed that the younger generation productively implemented the addition of ‘ㄹ(l)’ to both the irregular vernacular word ‘르(leu)’ and the connective ending ‘-(으)려고(eureogo)’, while it did not exist in the old generation. Thirdly, there was a survey targeting 123 young people in their twenties that have grown up in Daegu, in order to find out the reason why the addition of ‘ㄹ(l)’ with low efficiency of pronunciation is growing among the younger generation, unlike the ‘ㄹ(l)’ deleted types like ‘집에 가까?(jibe gakka)’ that is common in the dialects of Gyeongsang-do. As the result, it was found that the addition of ‘ㄹ(l)’ in the irregular vernacular word ‘르(leu)’ was used to emphasize or maximize emotional expressions, and the addition of ‘ㄹ(l)’ in the connective ending ‘-(으)려고 (eureogo)’ was used to express [+politeness] and [+kindness]. But there was a very low recognition of the difference between the ‘ㄹ(l)’ added type and the nonadded type. This demonstrates that new dialects were used for specific situations or verbal effects at the initial stage of growing, but as the registers broadened, they began to be frequently used in ordinary situations. It is, therefore, supposed that the addition of ‘ㄹ(l)’ to the local dialect of Daegu is entering the stage of spreading from the initial stage as a new dialect. ‘New dialects’ require careful judgment, since they cannot be understood through short-term observations and they change slowly for a long period of time. Accordingly, a long and constant observation would be needed for a more accurate diagnosis of these study findings from the short-term observation, based on the generational variables.

        대구지역 화자들의 모음 ‘ㅟ’ 실현양상에 관한 연구

        The aim of study is to investigate that aspects of vowel ‘ㅟ’ change according to vocabulary, age group at Daegu. This study show that, first, vowel ‘ㅟ’ change diphthong [wi] in word initial or non-word initial of given phonatory state in such a way that vowel ‘ㅟ’ would have to precede consonant ‘ㅎ’ and have not preceding consonant. And vowel ‘ㅟ’ change ‘u-monophthongization’ in word initial or non-word initial of given phonatory state in such a way that vowel ‘ㅟ’ would have to precede consonant ‘ㅂ’. And vowel ‘ㅟ’ change ‘i-monophthongization’ in another casese. It is to explain theory of ‘Lexical Diffusion’. Because, Even though same phonological circumstance ? for example 위(up), 위(stomach), 위험(danger) -vowel ‘ㅟ’ change variety aspects. Second, the case of vowel ‘ㅟ’ change diphthong [wi] has high tendency to be more used by the younger age, and vowel ‘ㅟ’ change ‘u-monophthongization’ to be more used by older age. On the other hand, vowel ‘ㅟ’ change ‘i-monophthongization’ to be used all age. Third, the cause of these changes that diachronically floating diphthongs ‘ㅟ’ chage two changing process ①ui>u or i, ②ui>u?i>wi at Daegu.

        심장초음파검사에서 좌심방 확장과 대사증후군 요인과의 상관관계

        This study investigated the relationship between metabolic syndrom risk factors to patients with left atrial enlargement according to the results of echocardiography. Male were 269(8.9%) and female were 46(1.5%) that of the total 315 patients (10.5%) with left atrial enlargement. In the obesity factors analysis, BMI, WC, and WHtR were associated with left atrial enlargement. Among them, WHtR included the many obese people with left atrial enlargement. In the analysis of blood pressure, The systolic blood pressure was the highest in the borderline hypertension group in the left atrial enlargement and the diastolic blood pressure was the highest in the normal range group in the left atrial enlargement. In the blood result analysis, there was no correlation with left atrial enlargement that total cholesterol, HDL, LDL cholesterol, triglyceride, and fasting blood glucose level were within the normal range. Therefore, obesity and systolic blood pressure were associated with the left atrial enlargement group. However, the systolic blood pressure did not show pathological condition due to borderline hypertension, and the distribution of the left atrial enlargement group was smaller than that of obesity. Obesity, which includes the largest number of left atrial enlargement group, has been identified to be the highest risk factor for left atrial enlargement.

        글쓰기 효능감 향상을 위한 교과 운영 및 피드백 방안

        하이퍼텍스트 형식의 디지털 매체로 정보를 얻고 의사소통을 하는 Z세대인 대학 신입생들에게 글을 쓴다는 것은 지겹고 부담스러운 일임에 틀림없다. 글쓰기에 대한 자신감이 낮은 학습자들을 대상으로 글쓰기 교육을 진행하기 위해서는 그들의 글쓰기 효능감을 높이는 일부터 시작되어야 한다. K대학 글쓰기 교과 사전 설문조사에서도 학습자들의 글쓰기 자신감이 낮은 편임을 알 수 있었다. 본고에서는 이를 위한 고민의 일환으로 Fisher&Frey(2021:4)의 효과적인 교육을 위한 프레임워크를 기반으로 한 3단계 글쓰기 교과 운영 방안을 제시하였다. 1단계에서는 학습 목표와 성취 기준을 설정하여 학습자들에게 명확하게 제시한다. 2단계에서는 성취 기준에 부합하는 예시를 제시하여 안내 교육하고 피드백을 진행하여 학습을 지원한다. 3단계에서는 학습자들이 개별 학습을 완료하고 이에 대한 교수자의 피드백이 이루어져야 한다. 3단계 교과 운영 과정에서 교수자의 피드백은 매우 중요하다. 따라서 본고에서는 학습자들의 글쓰기 효능감 향상을 위해서는 학습자의 정서적 측면을 고려한 피드백이 필요하다는 점을 살펴보았다. 또 이를 위한 구체적인 피드백 절차를 제시하고, K대학의 글쓰기 교과에서 적용한 사례도 함께 살펴보았다. K대학 글쓰기 수강생들의 설문 결과에서 확인할 수 있듯이 본고의 논의들이 글쓰기 학습자들의 효능감 을 향상시켜 쓰기 능력을 향상시키는 데 도움이 될 것이라 생각한다. It must be tiresome and burdensome for college freshmen to write, the Z generation, most of whom get information and communicate through hypertext, digital media. In order to conduct writing education for learners with low confidence in writing, educators should start by trying to increase their student’s writing efficacy. In the preliminary survey of K University’s writing subject, it was found that the confidence of learners in writing was low. As part of the review, this paper presents a three-stage writing curriculum operation plan based on Fisher & Frey’s framework (2021:4) for effective education. In the first step, learning goals and achievement standards are set and presented clearly to learners. In the second stage, examples that meet achievement standards are presented to guide and educate, and feedback is provided to support learning. In the third step, learners must complete individual learning and instructors should present them with feedback. In the course of operating the three-stage curriculum, the feedback of the instructor is very important. Therefore, this paper examined that feedback, taking into consideration that the emotional aspects of learners is necessary to improve their writing efficacy. In addition, specific feedback procedures were presented for this approach, and cases of students enrolled in the writing curriculum of K University were also examined. As can be seen from the survey results of K University’s writing students, I think that the discussions in this paper will help improve writing skills by improving the efficacy of writing learners.
