1. This study aimed to introduce a range of possibilities on the use of various plant parts of native plants as floral art materials. In this study, domestically distributed native plant species were investigated to determine which plant parts can be used in the floral art work and whether they can differ depending on kinds of design. 2. Highly useful native plants as floral art materials were categorized depending on used plant parts, including root, leaf, stem, fruit, flower and vine in order to suggest their use for different art work types. 3. For Smilax china and Hedera rhombea, their roots can be used as space decorating materials. For Nelumbo nucifera, Fatsia japonica, Pittosporum tobira and Daphniphyllum macropdum, their leaves can be used as table decorating materials. For Betula davurica, its bark can be used. For Celastrus orbiculatus, its fruit can be used. For Phyllostachys bambusoides, its stained split stem can be used as decorating materials by rotating the flesh. For Celastrus orbiculatus, Actinidia arguta and Smilax china, their fruits can be used as closet decorating lis materials. For Wisteria floribunda, its fruit can be also used. For Cornus officinalis, its blossom branch can be used as floral art materials. For Paedria scandens and Euonymus fortunei, their flowers can be used as waterfall bridal bouquet materials. For Smilax china, its vine can be used as herbaceous flower bouquet materials. For Cocculus trilobus, its vine can be used as space decorating materials. 4. Native plants that have excellent ornamental value have attractively colored and shaped flowers, fruits, leaves, stems, barks, thorn, and vine. Nowadays, floral designers have a vast array of native plants materials to use for floral art work. However, the choices of native plant materials and species are still limited, and it may be due to a lack of research about understanding their characteristics of growth and development. It is, therefore, necessary to know how to use various parts of native plants, such as root, stem, leaf, flower, fruit, bark, and vine in order to improve practical application of the materials for the floral art work. The quality and value of native plants would be characterized when the floral designers utilize proper native plant materials to create their art work, such as bouquet, hand-tied, flower arrangement, krantz, press flower, dry flower, landscape, and planting as well as to produce various kinds of design.

There has recently been some research about the intergovernmental fiscal coordination system in germany. This paper represents an overview of the intergovernmental fiseal coordination system reform in Germany before and after reunification, and studies the public finance of the local government Sachsen after reunification. This paper also shows the nocessary requirements for a Korean solution to the local finance system and how these requirements could be achieved in reunited North Korea.

This paper is intended to focus on the direct reduction effect of local fiscal capacity Difference among the local Government in Korea by introducing the Gernan local finance coordination system. The results show that the introduction of the german system os contributive to reducing the fiscal imbalances among the local governments in Korea. However, it is noteworthy that there are two major problems. One is the exploration of the objective comprehensive index measuring local fiscal capacity. The other problem in introducing the German system is how to objectively measure the local fiscal demand.
에어백용 인플레이터를 이용한 미니 가스발생기 연소특성 실험연구

A basic study was performed to develop a mini gas generator by using a commercial automotive airbag inflater. The mini gas generator can be used for industrial and military application like a seat belt pretensioner. Some parameters were experimentally investigated to reduce the size of the inflater. Basic combustion tests were performed in the closed chamber and measured the pressure and the temperature behavior according to the design parameters. From the study, essential parameters were determined to design a mini gas generator.
꽃예술장식용 화훼소재로 이용되고 있는 자생식물 현황에 대한 연구

It is expected that the native plants being foliages and flowers are high value of respectable plant`s materials. Therefore, Against the circulation present condition of the native plant which from floral market is used widely with the flower design materials. The native plants which is circulating generally was investigated with tatal 73, familis, 174 genus, 302 spacies. There were investigated with 8 spacies of annials and biennials, 224 spacies of perennials, 43 spacies of shrub tree, 11 spacies of tree, 12 spacies of liana. The native plants were used by cut flowers(39 familis, 63 genus, 81 spacies), pot flowers(62 familis, 149 genus, 267 spacies). The flower art design use form of the native plant, cut flowers, cut foliages, cut branch, fruit and pot flowers. Used on the cut flower spacies, 26 spacies were recorded : Aster koraiensis Nakai, Cirsium japonicum var. ussuriense Kitamura. Used on the fruit of native plants, 6 spacies were recorded : Smilax china L., Celastrus orbiculatus Thunb. Used on the cut foliages spacies, 3 spacies were recorded : Fatsia japonica Decne et Planch.

We investigated springs in Seoul in 2009 to know the change of water quality according to storage method of spring water, the concentration of chemical compounds and their correlation. Even spring water that originally satisfied national standard for drinking water could be exceeded national standard for drinking water by storage method such as storage bottle, temperature and period; especially used PET bottles could affect the increase of total colony counts. Therefore, spring water is desirable to be consumed on the spot, or to be stored in sterilized bottles in refrigerator rather than room temperature at home, and also to be consumed shortly not exceeding 24 hours. Total colony counts, coliform, yersinia, $F^-$, $Cl^-$, $NO_3^--N$, hardness, total Solids, pH, color and Al were exceeded national standard for drinking water at some springs. The result of correlation analysis shows that hardness and total solids, which are caused by several ionic compounds, had relatively high correlations with other chemical compounds.
꽃예술 소재로 유망한 열매보기 자생식물의 개발에 관한 연구

The object of this study is to explore the ways to produce and develop native fruiting plants for ornamental purposes. The first step to be taken was to select 202 species which appeared suitable for that purpose, and the next was to sort them into two separate groups, i. e. woody plants and herbs. The last step was to study the characteristics of the fruits, including the kind of fruit, stage of maturity, size, color, and shape, and so forth, in order to apply to the creation of oriental flower arrangement, bride decoration, table decoration, and space decoration. Among the 202 species of native fruiting plants, woody plants were 173, and herbs 29. In the classification according to the kind of fruit, the number of drupe turned out to be 48, which comparatively formed the largest number, and in the classification according to the stage of maturity, 170 species belonged to the months of September through November. In the classification according to size, 90 species belonged to small size (1-10mm), whose number was comparatively higher than others. In the classification according to color, 77 species were red, and in the classification according to shape, 97 species were round, proving that they were both numerically dominant.
소형챔버를 이용한 드라이클리닝 모직물 목도리의 휘발성유기화합물 방출 특성

Objectives: This study was conducted to evaluate the emission of VOCs from clothing that had been dry cleaned. Methods: In order to ensure the same conditions, f100% wool scarves were selected as the fabric type. Four identical tests were conducted on the option of either removing the plastic bags which came from the dry cleaning shop or not . The scarf was located inside a closet or room for one or two days. Small chamber tests were conducted to determine the VOC emission characteristics under the same conditions such as temperature, humidity, loading factor, and air exchange rates. Air from the chamber for VOCs was sampled by Tenax TA tube and analyzed by thermal desorption and GC/MSD. Results: Assuming that test represented dry cleaning and consumer’s conditions well enough, we can conclude that immediate emissions after the dry cleaning of the scarfs caused elevated levels of TVOC, five VOCs (benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, xylene, stylene), and decane group compounds. Conclusions: By removing the plastic bags which came from the dry cleaning shop or not, the storage conditions of dry cleaned scarfs by consumers during the storage time periods (one to three days) would be significant for reducing VOC emissions.
