        국소한약외용제의 알레르기성 비염 치료 효과에 대한 문헌 고찰

        Objectives The purpose of this study is to analyze studies about the effects of topical application of Chinese herbal medicine for allergic rhinitis within randomized controlled trials (RCT). Methods The search database includes KJTK (Korean Traditional Knowledge Portal), OASIS (Oriental Medicine Advanced Searching Integrated system), CNKI (China National Knowledge Infrastructure), PubMed, and EMBASE. We used the following key search terms: "allergic rhinitis", "traditional Chinese medicine", "traditional Korean medicine", "Chinese herbal medicine", "randomized controlled trial", "clinical study", "nasal spray", and "nasal drop" Results Five studies were selected for analysis. Three studies used nasal spray of Chinese herbal medicine and two studies used nasal drops of Chinese herbal medicine for the intervention. Frequently used herbs were Magnoliae Flos (辛夷), Scutellariae Radix (黃芩), Coptidis Rhizoma (黃連), and Astragali Radix (黃芪). For the outcome measures, studies used symptom score, questionnaire of Quality of Life, nasal airway resistance, or laboratory studies. From all 5 studies, it has been shown that topical application of Chinese herbal medicine was effective for improving symptoms of allergic rhinitis. Two out of five studies showed statistical difference between study group and control group. Conclusions This study shows that topical application of Chinese herbal medicine can improve symptoms of allergic rhinitis. Well-designed RCT studies with low risk of bias and studies with outcome measures for assessing the immunomodulatory effects are necessary to confirm these findings.

        소아 천식 치료의 국외 보완대체의학 임상 연구 동향

        Objectives : The purpose of this study is to analyze the trends in foreign clinical trials for pediatric asthma in complementary and alternative medicine (CAM). Methods : We reviewed 31 randomized controlled trials (RCT) for pediatric asthma treatment in CAM published from 2005 to 2015 in PubMed and analyzed their treatments, compounds of herbal medicines, acupoints, methods of assessment, and treatment results. Results : The treatments used in the studies were herbal medicines, acupuncture, acupoint application, breathing training, supplement, normocaloric diet, yoga, massage therapy, and art therapy. The frequently used herbs were Asari Herba Cum Radix (細辛). Ephedrae Herba (麻黃), Astragali Radix. The most common acupoints were Feishu (肺兪, BL13). The methods of assessment in pediatric asthma were symptom scale, questionnaire of Quality of Life, lung function test, laboratory studies, and medication usage. In 28 out of 31 studies, treatment group gets better than non-treated group. Conclusions : This study shows that CAM is effective in treating pediatric asthma. More clinical studies using objective outcome measures are needed to prove its efficacy clearly.

        간호대학생의 생명존중의지, 죽음에 대한 태도, 자아존중감 및 연명치료 중단에 대한 태도 간의 관계

        본 연구는 간호대학생의 생명존중의지, 죽음에 대한 태도, 자아존중감 및 연명치료 중단에 대한 태도 간의 관계를 알아보기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 일지역 4년제 간호대학생 158명을 대상으로 2019년 12월 9일부터 13일까지 5일간 이루어졌으며 분석은 IBM SPSS Statistics 23.0 program을 사용하였다. 대상자의 생명존중의지는 3.57점, 죽음에 대한 태도는 2.70점, 자아존중감은 2.95점, 연명치료 중단에 대한 태도는 2.78점이었다. 변수 간의 관계를 분석한 결과, 생명존중의지와 자아존중감은 정적 상관관계(r=.178, p<.05), 죽음에 대한 태도와 자아존중감은 정적 상관관계(r=.180, p<.05)가 있었다. 또한 죽음에 대한 태도와 연명치료 중단에 대한 태도는 정적 상관관계(r=.264, p<.01), 자아존중감과 연명치료 중단에 대한 태도는 정적 상관관계(r=.189, p<.05)가 있었다. 따라서 간호대학생의 생명존중과 죽음에 대한 올바른 태도를 확립하고, 연명치료에 대한 법적 기준과 내용에 대해 임상현장과 협업한 현실적인 교육프로그램을 개발하여야 한다. This study was conducted to identify the relationship among respect for life, attitude to death, self esteem and attitude toward withdrawal of life-sustaining treatment of nursing students. Data were collected from December 9 to 13, 2019 on 158 nursing students. For data analysis, IBM SPSS Statistics 23.0 program was used. In this study, the respect for life score of the nursing students was 3.57, attitude to death 2.70, self esteem 2.95, and attitude toward withdrawal of life-sustaining treatment 2.78. Analysis of the correlation between variables showed that respect for life and self esteem had positive correlation (r=.178, p<.05); attitude to death and self esteem (r=.180, p<.05); attitude to death and attitude toward withdrawal of life-sustaining treatment (r=.264, p<.01); and self esteem and attitude toward withdrawal of life-sustaining treatment (r=.189, p<.05). Therefore, it is necessary to establish the correct attitude toward life and death of nursing students, and to develop a realistic education program in collaboration with the clinical field on legal standards and contents for life-sustaining treatment.

        일 지역 보건의료계열 대학생의 취업스트레스 영향요인

        본 연구는 일 지역 보건의료계열 대학생의 자아존중감, 외모 만족도, 대인관계 및 취업스트레스 간의 관계를 알아보고, 대학생들의 취업스트레스에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 파악하기 위해 시도된 서술적 상관관계 연구이다. 2018년 6월 11일부터 15일까지 4년제 보건의료계열 학과에 재학 중인 4학년 학생 184명을 대상으로 하였다. 연구결과 대상자의 자아존중감은 4점 만점에 2.92점, 외모 만족도는 5점 만점에 2.89점, 대인관계는 5점 만점에 3.65점, 취업스트레스는 5점 만점에 2.24점이었다. 자아존중감, 외모 만족도 및 대인관계는 모두 취업스트레스와 부적상관관계가 있었다. 취업스트레스에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인은 자아존중감이었으며, 18.5%의 설명력을 보였다. 따라서 보건의료계열 학생의 취업스트레스를 감소시키기 위해서는 무엇보다도 학생 개인의 자아존중감을 향상시킬 수 있는 전공영역별, 개인별 맞춤형 취업프로그램개발이 필요하다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between self-esteem, appearance satisfaction, interpersonal relationship, and job-seeking stress in health care related students and to investigate the factors influencing college students’ job-seeking stress. A self-report type survey was conducted targeting a total of 184 of college students in a city from June 11 to 15, 2018 were enrolled. The results are as followed; The strongest predictor of job-seeking stress was self-esteem (β=-.407, p<.001). Self-esteem, employment impact of appearance, academic grade accounted for 18.5% of job-seeking stress based on multiple regression analysis. In order to reduce the job-seeking stress of health care related students, it is necessary to develop a personalized employment program for each major field and individual that can improve the self-esteem of the individual.

        간호․간병 통합서비스병동 간호사의 재직의도 영향요인

        본 연구는 간호․간병 통합서비스병동 간호사의 간호전문직관, 역할스트레스, 동료간 돌봄-배려행위 및 재직의도 간의 상관관계를 알아보고, 간호사의 재직의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하고자 시도되었다. 서울 및 경기 지역의 300병상 이상의 중소종합병원의 간호․간병 통합서비스병동 간호사 165명을 대상으로 2018년 9월 12일부터 21일까지 이루어졌다. 간호사의 재직의도에 유의하게 영향을 미친 요인은 연령(β=.287, p<.001), 간호전문직관(β=.234, p<.01), 주관적 직무 만족도(β=.223, p<.01) 및 역할스트레스(β=-.190, p<.01)였으며, 이들 요인의 총 설명력은 38.5%이었 다. 간호업무의 전문성을 인정해주어 간호사 스스로 긍정적인 자가 평가를 통해 자기효능감을 높일 수 있도록 도와주어야 하며, 급여 및 복지체계 개선과 업무스트레 스를 낮출 수 있는 다양한 방안을 모색해야 한다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between nursing professional values, role stress, peer group caring behaviors and intention to stay and to investigate the factors influencing on intention to stay of comprehensive nursing care service ward nurses. A self-report type survey was conducted targeting a total of 165 of nurses in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do from September 12 to 21, 2018 were enrolled. Factors that significantly influenced nurses intention to stay was age (β=.287, p<.001), nursing professional values (β=.234, p<.01), subjective job satisfaction (β=.223, p<.01) and role stress (β=-.190, p<.01). These four variables explained 38.5% of intention to stay. Nurses should be able to improve their self-efficacy through positive self-evaluation by recognizing their professionalism. It is necessary to find ways to improve the pay and welfare system and to reduce work stress.

        간호대학생의 인성, 대인관계, 대학생활 적응과의 관계

        본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 인성, 대인관계, 대학생활 적응간의 관계를 알아보고 대학생활 적응에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하고자 한다. W시에 소재한 간호대학생 180명을 대상으로 2016년 5월 30일부터 6월 9일까지 자가보고식 설문조사를 시행하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 23.0 프로그램을 이용하여 Mann-whitney U-test, Kruskal-wallis test, Pearson’s correlation coefficients, multiple regression로 분석하였다. 연구결과 간호대학생의 인성 수준은 평균 4.42점(범위 1-6점), 대인관계는 평균 3.70점(범위 1-5점), 대학생활 적응은 평균 3.33점(범위 1-5)으로 중간수준 이상이었다. 간호대학생의 인성, 대인관계, 대학생활 적응간의 관계는 대학생활 적응과 인성(r=.506, p<.001), 대학생활 적응과 대인관계(r=.585, p<.001)은 통계적으로 유의한 중정도의 양의 상관관계로 나타났다. 간호대학생의 대인관계가 좋을수록, 인성의 행동 영역 수준이 높을수록 대학생활 적응을 잘하는 것으로 나타났으며 대학생활 적응에 대한 설명력은 46%로 나타났다(F=75.28, p<.001). 본 연구결과에 의하면, 간호대학생의 대학생활 적응을 증진시키기 위해서는 간호교육과정 개발 시 간호대학생의 인성 특성을 고려할 것과 간호대학생의 대인관계를 증진시킬 수 있는 실천프로그램 개발이 필요할 것이다. This research investigated the relationship among character , interpersonal relations, and adjustment to college life of university nursing students as well as to identify the factors that affect college life. A self-report type survey was conducted on a total of 180 nursing students in a city between May 30 and Jun 09 of 2016. According to our findings, the relationship between the adjustment to school life and character (r=.506, p<.001) as well as between the adjustment to school life and personal relations (r=.585, p<.001) showed a significantly positive correlation in the medium level. With improved personal relationships and with higher level of character, nursing students appear to more successfully adjust to college life. It was also found that an explanatory power for the adjustment to college life of these factors is 46% (F=75.28, p<.001). The study results indicate that it is necessary to develop a program that can improve interpersonal relationships and character of nursing students in order to enhance the adjustment process to college life.

        손자녀를 돌보는 할머니의 경험 : 내러티브 탐구

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to understand the meanings of grandmother’s experiences who are taking care of her grandchild. Methods: Three grandmothers participated in the study. Data collection took place between October, 2010 and June, 2011 via unstructured in-depth interviews. Data collection and analysis were conducted simultaneously and The collective data were analyzed using a narrative inquiry methodology. All interviews were audio taped and transcribed verbatim. Results: The meanings of grandmother’s experiences who are taking care of her grandchild included seven central meanings: “don’t entrust others with her own kinship,” “sacrifice herself for her son (daughter),” “be beyond one´s capacity what she takes care of grandchild on son’s (daughter’s) behalf,” “caring for grandchild is easy if there are support groups,” “can not take her eyes off a child. at a moment,” “grandchild is vital energy for life,” “fading life fasten to grandchild.” Conclusion: The finding of this study will offer profound information on understanding grandmother’s experience who are taking care of her grandchild.

        간호대학생의 자아탄력성, 의사소통능력과 문제해결능력

        Purpose: This study was done to identify the influences of ego resilience and communication ability on problem-solving ability in nursing students. Methods: The subjects consisted of 448 first and second year nursing students. The data were collected from June 10 to 21, 2013. The data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe’s test, Pearson’s correlation coefficients and multiple linear regression with IBM SPSS Statistics version 19.0. Results: The Ego resilience score of subjects was 2.84 out of a perfect score of 4, the communication ability score of subjects was 3.51, and the problem-solving ability score of subjects was 3.44 out of a perfect score of 5. A positive correlation was found for problem-solving ability with ego resilience and communication ability. The strongest predictor of problem-solving ability was a communication ability. Conclusion: These findings indicate that there is a need to increase communication ability to improve the problem-solving ability of nursing students. The results should be reflected in the development of effective curricula.
