Social changes such as the recent increase in single-person households are affecting the increase in the number of pets and the position of pets in the home. The meaning of “pet family” as a household member in a comprehensive sense rather than “animal” in the sense of simple parenting is being newly given, and the explosive increase in pets is focused on the tendency of new consumers, so-called “companion,” along with industrial impact analysis from the perspective of pet food companies. Naturally, it leads to an increase in meat consumption for feed, and paradoxically, the problem of slaughtering other animals for animal feed is emerging. Therefore, it is necessary to review and study alternative meat or cultured meat for the production of pet food, and the current status and future prospects of pet food, one of the ways to revitalize the cultured meat market, were discussed.

Since Professor Willem van Ellen's stem cell culture theory was developed in 1999, Eat JUST, a Silicon Valley food-tech company, has recently received official food approval for chicken culture from the Singapore for the first time in the world, showing full-fledged commercial possibilities. Here, recent domestic and foreign trends related to cultured meat were introduced. Compared to the commercialization of internal and external branding marketing and prototypes such as the US and Israel, research on basic technologies for cultured meat is still concentrated in Korea. The final goal of the cultured meat industry will not be limited to simply securing meat at the food level, and industrial differentiation will occur in various fields in the future, and high-purity cultured meat protein production is expected along with the field of industrialization of regenerative medicine. There is a need for our view of 'cultured meat' to be more creative and innovative.

Due to the recent increase in meat consumption, interest in alternative meat and cultured meat instead of natural meat is increasing. In this situation, the demand for industrial stability through securing institutional rationality through related laws and regulations for the cultured meat industry is increasing. Therefore, a review was conducted on the current status of laws and regulations related to domestic and foreign cultivation. In addition, the current domestic laws related to cultured meat, i.e., Food Sanitation Act, Food Industry Promotion Act, Framework Act on Food Safety, Livestock Industry Act, Livestock Products Sanitary Control Act, and Special Act on Imported Food Safety Control, were analyzed. Although the cultured meat industry is still in its infancy, considering the pace of development in the future, it is time to discuss the enactment of the Cultured Meat Industry Promotion Act or the revision of laws linked to culture meat.
Helmet Mounted Display 장비를 사용한 공대지 표적의 위치정보 획득

무장 전투기와 같은 공격용 항공기는 정밀한 공대공 또는 공대지 공격을 위해 표적의 정확한 위치 정보를 필요로 한다. 본 논문에서는 레이더나 FLIR과 같은 표적추적센서 없이 공대공 유도탄의 seeker head를 조종사의 머리가 가리키는 방향으로 유도하는 장비인 HMD만을 사용하여 공대지 표적의 위치정보를 획득하는 방법을 제시한다. 시뮬레이션 실험을 행한 결과 HMD를 수동 센서로 사용할 경우 다른 표적추적센서와의 연동 없이 HMD 만으로도 높은 정밀도의 표적 위치 정보를 획득할 수 있음을 발견하였다. An attack aircraft such as a fighter needs an accurate location information of a target for the exact air-to-air or air-to-ground attack. In this paper a method is proposed that generates a location information of an air-to-ground target just in use of HMD without the target tracking sensors such as the radar and the FLIR. HMD is an embedded device to induce the seeker header to indicate the direction of a pilot's head. As a simulation result, it is founded that the target location information is able to be generated with a high degree of precision by using of HMD as a passive sensor.

여러 분야에서 SW의 비중과 중요성이 증대되는 추세와 마찬가지로 항공분야에서 SW가 담당하는 기능과 성능이 늘어나고 있다. 또한 위성항법을 기반으로 한 항공관제기술의 발달과 관련 규정이 민ㆍ군항공기들에 공통적으로 적용되고 있다. 본 논문은 지식경제부 지원사업인 항공 임베디드시스템 국산화 과제를 통해 개발되는 T-50 초음속 제트훈련기 항공전자시스템의 항공SW 개발 사례를 기반하여 항공SW의 역할과 특성을 소개하고, 이와 같은 항공SW의 개발과 관련된 기술적 제도적 측면의 변화 추세와 발전 방향을 고찰하였다.
