        여성들이 술을 마실 때: 어떤 술을 어느 맥락에서 마시는가?

        The purpose of this study is to analyze a women drinking culture, not as problematic approach but as normal culture approach. Participants of this study were 800(man:495, women:305) adult people who have experience of drinking more than once in the last month. The main results were as follows. First, women who preferred beer, and were mainly drink with friends and family situation. Women drinking frequency were usually less than 1 time per week. Women alcohol consumption amount at a time was little more than half a bottle(converted into soju-Korean traditional distilled liquer). Second, the age of most women in their 20s drinking alcohol properties, are decreased and 30s tended to be rising again in 40. Third, the reason for the selection of beer is flavor, while the main factor why the choice of soju mainly acted as an economic factor. And the main image of the beer ‘youth’, ‘fashionable / stylish’, whereas the ‘original / legitimacy’, ‘economic’ image was strong on soju. Selecting the type of alcohol, women is exposing their ‘semiotic meaning’. Fourth, ‘friends/seniror and junior’ context in alcohol consumption is different in gender: women's context is similar to the context of ‘family’, whereas man's context of ‘colleagues’ were similar to those of the context. Finally the implications and limitations of the study were discussed.

        여성음주문화 실태 연구: 여성이 술을 마실 때

        The purpose of this study is to approach the recent increase of women's drinking condition via cultural view rather than a problematic view. Participants of the study were 90 women who were 20 years and older of age with experience of drinking more than once in the past 1 month. The contents were derived through face-to-face interviews. In conclusion, firstly, the most frequent drinking occasion is 'friend relating situation' and 'family relating situation'. Secondly, in the case of drinking partner pattern it was in the order of 'friend/elder/junior', 'colleague', and 'family/relative'. In addition, the types of drink were in the order of 'Soju', 'Traditional wine', and 'Beer' etc. Thirdly, observation of drinking trend and amount yielded the following. Average drinking frequency was once every two weeks. In addition, the average amount was half a bottle of soju per occasion. Furthermore, the suggestion of key findings and limitations of this study are discussed.

        환경친화적 행동의 영향요인 분석

        In this study we tested the ability of the theory of reasoned action to predict the consumer's pro-environmental behavior. The personnel interest, public interest for the society, internal motivation, external motivation, pro-environmental attitude, subjective norms, and behavioral intention were used to predict the consumer's pro-environmental behavior. We examined our model by the empirical data. The sample pool was composed 539 man and woman. Statistics used for data analysis were Factor Analysis, Correlation Analysis and Reliability Analysis. Research shows the following results: 1) The personnel interest and public interest for the society influences the pro-environmental attitude. 2) The subjective norms are influenced by the internal and external motivation. 3) The pro-environmental attitude and subjective norms influences the consumer's pro-environmental behavior through the medium of behavioral intention. These findings will help the government officials and NGO agents to design the environment policy.

        지방행정에 있어서 상급 공무원의 리더십 행태와 하급 공무원들의 조직시민행동의 관계에 관한 연구

        This study is about the relationship between leadership behavior and lower class civil servants' organizational citizenship behavior in local public administration. This study was started at the proposition which the perception for organizational citizenship behavior varies across civil servants, so civil servants differed in what they defined as in-role and extra-role behavior. And so, civil servants' role perception was included as a principal variable in this research model. This study found that leadership behavior have relations with the role perception and organizational citizenship behavior. And this study found that civil servants' role perception have relations with the organizational citizenship behavior. And there is meditating effects of role perception between leadership behavior and organizational citizenship behavior. This study suggested the theoretical and practical meanings of the above results.

        지역주민들의 쓰레기 재활용 행태의 결정요인에 관한 연구

        이 연구는 개인의 재활용 행태에 초점을 맞추어 재활용 행태의 결정요인을 분석해 본 연구이다. 먼저 인간행태의 주요이론과 재활용에 관한 선행연구들을 토대로 인과모형을 설정한 다음, 소비자들을 대상으로 표본추출하여 실증적으로 분석해 보았다. 실증분석 결과, 재활용 태도, 재활용 정서, 재활용 경험 등이 재활용 행위에 유의미한 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 주관적 경험은 재활용 관심도가 높은 경우에 유의미한 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 재활용 관심도의 조절효과 분석에서는 재활용 관심도가 재활용 태도→ 재활용 행위, 재활용 정서 → 재활용 행위 사이의 관계에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 분석결과를 토대로 이론적ㆍ정책적 함의를 제시하였다. This study attempts to identify some of the determinants of Local Residents’ waste recycling behavior. In this study, the causal model for recycling behavior is established based on prior research and TPB. The findings of this research indicate that attitudes toward recycling, affection toward recycling and recycling behavior has a significant effect on waste recycling behavior. And subjective norm has a significant effect on waste recycling behaviors if only concern toward recycling ie. attitude strength is strong. Moderator analyses show that for waste recycling behaviors, affect plays a lesser role when concern toward recycling is strong. This paper discusses theoretical and public policy implications based on these findings.

        한국 여성의 명품 구매행동을 설명하는 통합 모형

        한국 여성들의 명품 구매의도와 구매행동을 설명하기 위하여 행동을 설명하는 국내외 최근 연구들(참조: 한덕웅, 2005)을 토대로 한국 여성의 명품 구매행동을 설명하는데 모형을 제안하고, 조사연구를 통해서 타당성이 높은 통합모형을 제안하였다. 특히 조사연구를 통해서 여성 명품 구매의도를 결정하는 요인들과 아울러 명품의 구매를 실행하는데 기여하는 심리요인들을 함께 반영하여 명품의 구매행동에 대한 태도, 명품의 구매에 대한 주관적 규범, 명품 구매 행동의 통제력 지각, 과거 명품의 구매행동, 명품을 구매하지 않아야 한다고 생각하는 당위성, 명품 구매의 행동의도, 명품 구매에 관한 자기주의, 그리고 명품구매의 시도를 중심으로 명품의 구매행동을 설명하는 통합모형을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study was to find psychological factors that influence on Korean women's purchasing behavior of luxury brands based on the recent domestic and foreign research trends(ref., Doug-Woong Hahn, 2005) to explain Korean women's purchasing behavior of luxury brands. Specifically, the present study was performed through survey research found out the important factors of explaining purchasing behaviors of luxury brands and proposed an integrated model of Korean women's purchasing behavior of luxury brands including the intention of purchasing luxury brands and purchasing behavior.
